I got a flat (nail between tread) and went to this location to get it fixed under the road hazard warranty. The manager told me it would be a week before he could get me in.It’s a flat tire! It’s a 10 minute fix, tops. This guy won’t honor the road hazard his chain sold me.Screw em. Took my truck to Derby Tire in Commerce City, that guy knows how to run a shop. I’m so mad at myself for buying this road hazard when the shop managers don’t even have to honor it. What a sick joke.Bought the road hazard when I bought a new set of tires in May 2021 (total was over $1200). The Tires Plus that sold me the tires (Thornton) couldn’t balance them properly, told me to take them to a “professional tire shop.” Yes, massive red flag, but I needed tires. Man. Tires Plus sucks!

Not woman-friendly. I took my car in for four tires, I showed them the style I wanted. Unfortunately, my car required larger rims, and they would need to go to their off sight to pick up the fourth tire. I said yes sounds good. An hour and a half later they came and got me and said only two tires needed to be replaced. I informed the tech that one of the tires they said was good I have been having issues with. He said they could patch it. I took their advice and replaced the two tires - with the more expensive brand. Within a few days, the patched tire was flat again. I tried making another appointment with another location online, when I got there they said the email appointment confirmation doesnt mean an appointment was scheduled. I called and the manager said I could buy the additional two tired for another $450. When I looked up their return policy the 90-day policy is only on all four tires. I called back and explained how they took advantage of me and tried to sell me more expensive tired knowing I would need to replace the other two soon. The manager talked in circles and completely disregarded the fact that his tech tried taking advantage. As a woman, I shouldnt require a man to assist me when dealing with anything car-related.

I scheduled an appointment at 10:00 this morning, and it was confirmed for a go ahead. I get to the store, and there’s a sign on the window saying that the store is closed for a meeting. The website said it was open, when I called ahead to confirm the appointment, I was told the store was gonna be open, and I have received emails confirming this. I tried to call, nobody answered. I try to schedule an appointment online, nobody answered. I ordered wheels off tire rack and they’re at the store, and I’m worried I’ll never get them.

Scheduled an appointment request online around 11am for 5pm this evening because I need an emergency tire repair. They called me back nearly 5 HOURS later and only 50 minutes before the appointment time to say THEIR OWN WEBSITE is wrong and they close at 5pm and could easily fit me in on Saturday since I work for a living! I will never give TiresPlus or Firestone a dime after this experience

I only go here for tires, but they always get the work done in the promised time, and for the agreed upon price.Got to give a shout out to Rob who is great at recommending services without being overly pushy in trying to sell them to you.I would recommend you give them a try, just make an appointment as they are very busy most the time.

Took my tire in to try to get it fixed, told it was unrepairable because of the place the nail was and they tried to push off selling me a new tire(of course a pair)... okay cool. But why is my schrader valve COMPLETELY missing off the tire i brought in now and it wasnt before? Stuff like this is why people prefer to just work on their own cars. Wonder what else they get away with here.

Fantastic customer service. Everyone I talk to is very friendly and willing to help. They are busy but it’s worth the wait. I had to do a warranty repair and they were booked for like a week but they got me in. Very thankful. I’ll definitely be coming here for all my car services.Update: I went for my first oil change here and told them specifically that I needed to be out by 2 for other appointments I had. I wasn’t able to get my car until 315 so I missed my other appointments for which I was charged fees. My oil change took 6 hours... I understand they are busy and things happen. A call with a heads up would have given me the opportunity to make other arrangements.

Go somewhere else. A simple request of “hey you never gave me back my wheel lock” became a months long ordeal of looking for it, saying they would order a new one until they simply went dark. Unfortunately this place doesn’t deserve to be in business any longer nor will I be back again.

I have been going to this location for about 10 years and never had an problems. Today I went in because I had a nail in my tire.While explaining my issue to the clerk, he was shaking his head. I had to ask him what that means. He said they didnt have any appts for today. I asked if I could leave it and he was still shaking his head. Then eventually he said I could leave vehicle (after I kept asking) but there was no guarantee they could get to it today or tomorrow. He never suggested that I leave my vehicle, I had to suggest it. He had a horrible attitude!! I got frustrated and walked out! I am thinkimg about closing my account with them after this clerks unwillingness to help me.

Do you ever read negative reviews and sometimes ponder, well maybe these folks just had a bad day or perhaps had an extreme circumstance where no likely outcome would have satisfied them?I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt since my need was so simple. I ordered tires from tirerack.com (highly recommend going this route as you get a $40 discount if you pick them up from their warehouse) and all Tires Plus needed to do was install them.Made an appointment for 2pm. Rob at the front said it would be an hour to 1.5 hours. Fair enough I thought.4 hours later it was done. Unacceptable! If its going to take a long time, just say so. I also overheard a mechanic say to Rob that someone elses car was going to take longer because he broke something. Wow.Some other guy had been there since 10am and his car wasnt even done!Never coming back here again. They will try to upsell you on things you dont need as well.They epitomize everything wrong with the auto industry. Ill go back to Firestone next time even though theyre farther away. Had a much better experience there.

I brought my mom vehicle for an oil change.. they told me I have to set up an appointment online and we would have to leave it over night?? why? there was no car in the lot (at noon).. funny thing is I work at a shop.. so I dont have my tools.. went to brake plus dropped it off had it done in a matter of time..

Recently had a new set of tires put on my truck. Despite being extremely busy the front desk guys took the time to walk me though several different options until I found the tire that worked best of me. Came back on installation day and the guys had my truck ready to go as promised. Will be back when my wife’s car is ready for a new set.

We were traveling in from out of state and had a horrible sound all the sudden. Had recently had work done on the drivers ball joint at a different company. They were unable to get us in right away, important when you are on vacation. The guys at the store was able to get us in and get us fixed up very quick. I cant say how much I appreciate your crew. Called ahead of time, asked if they would align a pathfinder with a small lift kit with adjustable control arms, yeah, not a problem at all, our lifetime alignment would be good for that sounds great. So i made an appointment online outlining the factory alignment points on my vehicle, also included a link to the alignment instructions for my upper control arms. The appointment is reviewed and I receive my confirmation email confirming my appointment and details. I arrive for my appointment a week later... no we cant do that, not sure who told you that. We can do a one time alignment without warranty but CANNOT adjust your upper control arms. Yeah, no thanks.

I bought all new tires here and have had issues with them on and off. They always fix them and are so nice. I will say the prices here are a bit high if you are familiar with cars or know mechanics. They are also rather busy. Call ahead for an appointment!

I have lived in Denver for 17 years. I have taken 3 different vehicles to this so called tire shop. I have had issues with every vehicle I have taken there. 1st vehicle, I bought 4 tires and instead of asking me, they assumed I wanted the white lettering on the tires turned inside. When I noticed the guy mounting the tire, I let him know I wanted the lettering out, he got huffy. 2nd vehicle, I bought 4 tires. I got a call the car was ready. When I walked outside to get in the car, one of the tires were completely flat. 3rd vehicle, I bought 4 tires. When I picked up the car, the wheel cover was missing. They lied and said it wasnt on there when I dropped the car off. They also mounted one of the tires going the wrong direction. It took an act of Congress to get it replaced. I highly suggest you dont take your vehicle there. They are CROOKS!!!

My exact words were, what ever is wrong, go ahead and take care of it. Originally brought my vehicle in for a thermostat to be replaced. Was told I had a host of other issues as well, hence my previous statement. Had my vehicle for a weeks time. When I got it back everything seemed to be in working order. My vehicle was serviced late February. Mid May my check engine light comes back on. My OBD II scan tells me my thermostat is bad. Rather curious I called the shop to inquire as to why I would be getting that type of code. (Especially after having close to $1500 worth of work done!) Only to have the employee inform me that according to his computer screen I had denied the thermostat w/housing being replaced. So I went and looked through my paperwork and what do you know. It says I DENIED the work! If that was my initial issue. Why would I deny it. Something as simple as a thermostat. Not to mention my reason for coming to your shop to begin with! I believe one of the employees made that decision without ever speaking with me. Everyone there speaks perfectly good English. I dont have any type of accent that could misconstrue things. Seems as if some sort of game is being played to have you keep running back to them. Or maybe just lazy employees not wanting to do the work. No thank you. I will not be returning.

If I could give a zero I would. Worst service ever and fraudulent. Employee stopped by with a low tire on a brand new vehicle. There was a small nail in the tire. They told the young lady that it couldnt be repaired due to its location by the side wall. They also told her she would need two new tires since it was 4 wheel drive. I called and spoke to the manager after she sent me a picture. Clearly it isnt in the side wall. Also they apparently never measured the tread so after I questioned why we would have to replace two tires on a vehicle with very few miles they changed the story to its recommended to replace not required. Run away. They will lie and cheat to sell tires you dont need.

Took a fleet vehicle in for maintenance the invoice claimed they rotated tires but I had marked the tires on the inside before I took it in and when they were all done tires were in the same spot. Happened at the tire plus on chambers the last maintenance aswell.

Its 2020 scheduling should not be this damn difficult. WHY IS IT SO HARD TO FIND SOMEONE TO CHANGE MY OIL!?!?

Abby was very helpful getting my flat tire checked in. They’re very busy and operating on reduced hours so it was kinda stressful at first but Abby was so patient and nice and helpful and still made me feel like a valued customer.I always come here when I need air in my tires and they’re very helpful then too.

Watch Out! The lead mechanic Alex is a scammer! Went in to get an alignment and purchased the lifetime alignment. My truck was done and I got it back. Within a week my truck developed a power steering leak. I took it back into to tires plus for an inspection and they said the entire rack & pinion need to be replaced, as well as the entire brake system and was quoted over $2000.I took the truck to another mechanic for a second opinion and the power steering leak was a loose high pressure power steering fluid line that needed to be tightened. Also the brakes are 4 months old...There was no need to have these parts replaced. Alex tried to scam me out of $2000.I will be reporting this shop to the Attorney General.

Do yourself a favor and make an appointment for any work you may need done even an oil change. Emergencies do happen but save yourself a wasted trip, call the shop instead of just showing up. Your time is valuable to you. I like taking my car in for routine items like an oil change. In addition, I have used Tires Plus for complex repairs for things that are situational, like wiring that caused the Check Engine light to pop on and off randomly including causing me to fail the emissions test. Or the manager that knows I am cheap with my oil change coupons always in hand who recommended a far less expensive comparable replacement tire for a full size spare.

These people are crooks. They will try and sell you unnecessary stuff. The warranty doesnt cover what it says. Have spent over 1000 in tires due to lack of correct information not being relayed. They think its a joke. Wasted a whole day in this establishment tires were not available had to wait for them to arrive. Manager is a joke and full of excuses. Dont go to them even in an emergency. Very disappointed.

Don’t waste your time here. I made an appointment the day before and they called an hour prior to tell me they couldn’t complete the appointment. He told me I could drop it off and he might have it done by the end of the day (7 hours later). I went down the street to DISCOUNT TIRE and they took me as a walk in, had it done in 30 minutes, and did it for FREE!! Go to discount tire instead.

Buyer beware!!! Theyll gladly sell you their tires, and their road hazard protection, but good luck getting them taken care of, unless you have nothing better to do. They will not allow you to be put in the schedule for a tire repair. Since they wouldnt let us schedule an appointment to get our tire fixed, we went ahead and scheduled an appointment to get our oil changed and have them repair the tire at the same time. Im assuming they changed the oil, but I assure you they did not repair the tire. They simply put air in a damaged tire and sent us on our way. The next day the tire is flat again and when we take it in to question them, they report it is a tire that cannot be repaired. Why didnt they tell us that the day before. Instead they sent us off with a very dangerous situation that could have ended terribly. Pathetic!! Then they conveniently claim they cant find the paperwork for the purchase of the tires and expect us to pay full price to replace the new tire. I hope to never purchase tires from this place again.Very unprofessional!!!!

They turn down business with open bays. The customer service receptionists are the worst. Im sure they hate life and their job. Even simple business like mounting and balancing a single tire and wheel. Also, dont ask for an extra service like changing a single tire, they dont have time for that.

I had brought in my car to have brakes done. There was some quiet noise coming from them, so they needed to be fixed. They also fixed a few other small issues I had (small lights, wiper blades.) I had hoped to get the car back that day after being dropped off at 2PM. I did not hear from them. I finally called the next day and they were just starting to work on it. It was nearly 8PM by the time they were done (although I did appreciate that they went through the trouble of working late to get it to me.) Now the problem: 3 days later, my new brakes make a VERY pronounce squealing noise...not good. I called immediately to have them address this, and was told the next available slot they had for me was 3 DAYS later to fix their work. Just amazing. I called another place, and was able to get an appointment the next day AM (but at a $55 charge for adjustment....nothing like paying extra money to have things fixed) The people were very nice at Tires Plus, but I do not recommend their work.

Everyone at this location was really friendly and helpful. I had a lot of things that I wanted done all at once, so I was in their waiting room for a while. The employees explained to each customer exactly what needed to be done, what the manufacturer recommendations were, what really needed to be done and what could wait for a while. There wasnt one unsatisfied customer, including myself. They were attentive and very helpful to everyone they interacted with. Great place!

Worst service I have ever received, If I could give 0 stars I would. I had low air pressure in my tire and went to the the location at 3710 Quebec St, Denver, CO 80207. The first time I went they patched my tire and said they found a small nail. I arrived when they opened at 8 am and left around 12 ish noon. 4 days later the same tire said it had low air pressure, when I went back and tried to tell them I thought there was something wrong with the patch they said they couldnt see me because they were too busy. They wouldnt even let me make an appointment because they dont make appointments for flat tires due to how much flat tires they get. All they could do for me was put more air in the tire to last me until I could try to catch them when they arent busy. I work overnight and its hard enough for me to schedule this kind of stuff to begin with. 4 days later I come back and two guys were at the desk. One of which has seen me the last two times. Apparently, he didnt remember me. The other guy was very rude and sarcastic when speaking with me, telling me that they arent taking any more people and that I can go to another location because they dont make appointments for flat tire repairs. All while starring into his computer screen and not even looking at me. So thats what I did. I rather travel 30 minutes to a Firestone than 8 minutes to this tire plus. I got confirmation that Tire plus buffered my tire too much that the patch was useless. I needed a brand new tire that originally costs $300.

Horrible customer service. No communication and I was waiting at the store the entire time. Was originally told my tire repair and oil change would take 2 hours. After 2 hours my tire was deemed unrepairable and I would have to purchase new tires. 4 hours in I was told they didn’t have the tires in stock. 5 hours and $500 later I finally had my car.

I’m late on the review, but this location is AWESOME!! Bob went above and beyond for me on his day off trying to find a part for my car so I could go on my road trip! He was funny, friendly, and made everything I needed to happen, happen so I could be on my way. I’ve used Tires Plus for 10yrs, I won’t go anywhere else.The guys have never tried to up sell me on stuff I didn’t need, and have always respected when I have said I’ll wait on something! After discovering a slow leak in my tire, I asked if they could fix it. This location is close to my house. They said they couldnt fix it then and come back tomorrow morning (Saturday) we open at 7am. I was the first car there, no one else in shop but they still refused to fix it, stating they had other cars to get to that where there before me (from the night before). I told them their employee told me to come back, and didnt explain the other cars, the manager still refused to fix the flat. No flexibility, no customer service, and did not honor their employees promises/ statements. My mother also had the same experience and she bought her tires from this location. A couple days later, I went to Discount Tire near my job, waited about 25-minutes and although I did not buy the tires from Discount (its a new 2015 car), they fixed my slow leak for no charge and had exceptional customer service. Tires Plus should learn to be more like Discount Tires. Dont go here at all. Find another location or Discount Tires to go to. I wont waste time or resources EVER at this store.

I called them needing a repair done quickly and they were quick to accommodate. Finished the job ahead of schedule, kept me informed all the way through, and even worked to find me a discount for the work done. Alex the manager was very helpful, but all the staff were knowledgeable and fair.

I bought 4 tires and a 3-year prepaid alignment package, good for alignment, tire rotation, and tire pressure setting, in Aug. of 2012. On 08/03/15 I had an appointment at 1:00 P.M. for the alignment service that I bought. When I brought my car in, I was told it would take 3 hrs. I went shopping in the area and came back to pick up the car at 4:00 P.M. The car still parked at the same spot and it had not been serviced. I was told that it would take another 2 hrs. and definitely would be ready by 6:00 P.M. I walked home with all my shopping I had to put away right away and walked back, 1 1/4 miles each way, to the store at 6:00 P.M. I was told again that it still was not done; the car was still in the parking lot where I first parked it. The man behind the counter asked me if I wanted to hang around till the store closed at 7:00 P.M., maybe they would get it done by then. I decided to leave because I did not want to waste another hour waiting and not knowing whether it would be done or not. Before I left, he handed me a card to bring in for a 40% off on the next service. I did not take it, just left and very upset. I was thinking to myself if they could not make an attempt to get the alignment done within 5 hrs., why offered that alignment package to me in the first place.They required that I made an appointment but in this case appointment did not mean anything to them. Last time I brought my car in for the same thing, had to wait 4-5 hrs. before they could get it done even though I had an appointment. While I was waiting there, there were a few walk-ins and most of them had their cars serviced before mine. Since my service had been paid, they did not seem to care to deliver the service as promised. They should have told customers who bought this service that this service would be done only when and if Tire Plus is willing to do it.This business is so bad that I have to write the first bad review in my life. Thank god there are many other places that I can go to get tires and car services. I will never, ever go back to this store again.

Inept and ignorant of current health pandemic:I had scheduled an appointment for my wife to get her car battery replaced and was assured they had a contactless option which would allow her to remain in her car while the battery was replaced. She arrived for the appointment and the staff were confused and did not think they offered contactless service. Ill have to check with my service manager, is what she was told. Service manager was not available so they told her she could leave the car running and they would drive it into the bay - which is not contactless. Waiting room was populated with 5 customers, staff not wearing masks or any other PPE. I want to support businesses because I know everyone is struggling, but the management of this location leaves a lot to be desired, especially in the context of the current pandemic.

Dont waste your time and money here. I brought my truck to get the AC repair and they never fix the issue. Every time time I would take it my AC would work for one day and I would take it to get it checked again and they only ask for more money. But they never fixed it.

Have had very bad luck with these guys this past year. We have two cars that we have used these guys to change our summer tires to snow tires. On the first car, they lost the summer tires when making the switch. After a number of call to try and work the situation out, they said that they found my tires....the problem was that they were trying to give me tires that were a different size than what fit my car. We ultimately were able to come to an understanding and they made that situation right.Then on my other car, the tire sensor was not reset so i went in to get them to check the pressure and reset the sensor. The manager noticed that the tires were put on backwards (reverse rotation). They asked who put these on? Our simple response was you did. They said that they did not have time to fix the problem today but they will take care of it if we schedule a time....I will say we have used these guys for a number of years without issue but it seems like in the past year, things have changed and there is a serious lack of pride in their work. Every time that i have been there, i have has some issue and i am not you typical difficult customer.

Been a customer since 2010. And a happy one until last week. I wont be going back again however because they got a new customer service manager last October...if you can call him that. Unaware of his own company policies regarding tires plus credit cards, he chose not to honor benefits I have been getting from that card since 2010, and in the process did all he could to be the worst customer service manager he could be. If you want to have a good experience go ANYWHERE ELSE but here. Should they get rid of the new guy who goes above and beyond to demonstrate he clearly doesnt have a clue about customer service, this place may be worth another shot.

Last Wednesday as I was pulling into work I blew a tire. I had my car towed to tires plus that evening and came back around 10am to pick it up but they still werent done with it. When I asked about it they told me it was being held up because the wheel that the tire had popped on was also broken and bent so Id need a new one. They also told me that my back two tires were the wrong size for my car!I went in there thinking Id just be getting two tires replaced and now I was to pay more than double what I expected. Now, all I do for work is walk dogs. That coupled with the fact that Im about to drive across the country to Michigan this Friday caused me to kind of panic - I didnt plan for an emergency like this.I forgot to get the names of the guys I worked with but I think everyone there that had anything to do with my visit was amazing. They started by coming into the waiting room to comfort me (I was being a big baby) and talk me through my options. After they showed me all of my payment options and we figured out something that worked with my budget, they called around to different yards trying to find the most affordable wheel for me, got it delivered immediately, and switched out all of my tires for me. They even gave me a cookie on my way out :)I meant to take a survey after my experience at tires plus but I didnt see my email in time... If I could I would give them the highest possible rating! I definitely plan on coming back any time I need any work done on my car, and you better believe Ill tell my friends to do the same! I was surprised to see so many negative reviews - I had a positive experience both times I used Tires Plus. I went in first to get my tires changed and second to have a problem with my engine fixed. Both times I set an appointment and was seen promptly. I suspect that without an appointment it might have been harder for me to get in, and wonder if this was part of the issue that other reviewers may have had, but I found their service to be prompt and professional. Their prices were very reasonable as well. Thanks guys!

Went in for for new tires and wheels on my Edge. Alex ran through all the issues that could come up when replacing the rims and was a little reluctant to do the work. (All the specs on the new rims were the same as the originals, so he went ahead with the work order)The price was fine and they ran in to some issues with the pressure sensors, but at the end of the day, they completed the job and all is well now. I would trust Alex again should anything else need to be done on my car.

I had a run-in with a curb in Denver during a cross-county move. Since the next day was Saturday, I was pretty sure I would be delayed until Monday at the earliest. These folks were open at 7am on Saturday and saw me right away for what ended up being a bent exhaust and a thrown-off alignment. They fixed up my Toyota at a reasonable cost and I was back on the road by 9am. Thank you, thank you for helping make my move less stressful!

To be brief I would never recommend this shop or Firestone to anyone, at least not in Colorado I have had much better experiences in other states. You can expect to be treated well when they are taking your money but they do not stand by their work.The long story is I bought a full set of new tires from this shop. They were very helpful and took care of me right away. Fast forward 3000 miles and my front tires are completely worn through. I call to make an appointment in order to get the tires replaced and the helpful attitude disappears. I was immediately put on hold. Finally I was begrudgingly given an appointment.When I arrive for the appointment I am greeted with a friendly what can I do for you? The tone changed the moment I mentioned warranty. They said it would take nearly the entire day to take care of. My appointment was for 8am. They called back at 4pm to tell me they would not change the tires. When I insisted they told me I would have to wait a week to speak to the manager.When I call to speak to the manager I am transferred over. As soon as I mention warranty I am put on hold for twenty minutes. I then called Firestone and was told that the warranty is only covered if the manager approves it. So I was left with two warn though tires and a huge headache. They even wanted to charge me for them to throw away my bad tires!

I had a nail in my tire so I brought my car here for them to fix it. Not only did the service take 8+ hours but my tire is now worse than it was when I brought it in. Called and spoke with two associates and the manager and they were so rude. The manager literally said “I’m assuming” that they’re responsible for my tire losing more air now than it was before I brought it in despite the fact that i started losing air from the same tire the day after I left. Then they told me I’d have to wait another whole day from them to fix it. Luckily I can just go somewhere else!

Took my car in after hitting a curb, I have insurance and told them I would be making a claim if the total was over $1000. I was told they were going to find out what was wrong and call me when they did. I got a call saying they have to put new wheels on and it would right around $1000. I went into the store to talk with them and was once again assured I would be contacted if the cost was going to be over $1000. After two days I get a call saying the car is done, which was a huge surprise. Go in to pickup my car and the total they give me is $2,018.84 I asked what happened to my phone call and immediately get I called you. Show him my call log to prove he didnt and he says you can still make an insurance claim, which was just another lie. If you do choose to take your car here avoid Robert (Bob), as I was leaving another customer was being double charged by him as well.Update: Insurance was able to cover some of it, but I would still avoid this place. They definitely care much more about money than customers.

I made an appointment at 12pm in my lunch thinking it wouldn’t take long to get my tire patched up. I ended up 30 mins late due to the point they didn’t start on my car until about 30-45 mins after getting there. You guys really shouldn’t take appointments and then say it will be within the hour and turn around and take an hour and 30mins.I would not recommend this quebec store at all. No apologies or nothing. You guys have no respect for other people’s time. Or at least let the customer know it’s going to be longer than an hour

Came in for an oil change, my appt was at 11am, I let them Kno I was on my lunch break and they said no problem it shouldnt be more than an hour. It is now 1:20pm and Im here still waiting. Im over an hour late. When I asked at 12:15pm they said only 15 more minutes. The staff in the shop you can see in the windows playing in the shop.!!!😡😡😡

GREAT SERVICE & friendly staff! Got an amazing deal on 4 brand new tires in November, less expensive and a better brand than any other tire shop within the vicinity! When I got a flat tire a few months later they got me in pretty quickly and did a free repair and resetting of my tire light! They get busy fast, so only downfall was had to leave my car with them while being tire was being worked on. Staff is super friendly and very helpful. They call you every step of the way and even know how to work on BMWS!!

Horrible customer service!! Called ahead of time and made an appointment regarding my check engine light being on and not being able to pass a emission test. Told me over the phone it would cost $25 bucks for them to check the codes I came in with a printout of the codes. So when I take my car in right from the jump the Store Manager is rude and condescending. Me being women you already feel intimidated praying you don’t get ripped off. Go to sign the paperwork and it says $100 for them to plug it in which is fine if that’s how much it cost. I question the price with the store manger. Right away he was rude and told me we don’t have to service your car!! I was why!!! Because I question the pricing I was quoted over the phone. Didn’t remember who I talk to on the phone so he acting like I was lying! He is absolutely right you don’t have to take your car here!! There are better places out there. Totally rude customer service I won’t be taking my car to get service by them ever again. Total waste to time. Rude Store manger goes on to say he treats all women nice seeing how he has daughters. What a joke!

I ordered tires from Tire Rack 11/02/2019, they arrived on 11/08/2019,at Tires Plus on 37th and Qubec, Denver ,Co. SO I called Tire plus on 11/09/2019, they told me, they had no open appointments available until 11/22/2019 at 2pm.I made the appointment,(2 weeks to get a tires mounted appointment), I called today on 11/22/2019, at 14:30 , that I was running a little behind from my job , can I still come down and dropped the car off to get the tires mounted, they told me no ,I would have to make another appointment,I said screw that, I am coming to get my tires ,so I called up Firestone ,they told me if you can leave the car , we will work it in , even without an appointment ,moral dont buy tires from Tires Plus in Denver ,the Tires Plus in Broomfield has always treated very well , but I will never go back to Tires Plus again

I really wish I would have turned to google or yelp and read some of these reviews before I took my tire here to get repaired. I had ran over a nail and got a flat so thought the easiest thing to do would be to take it somewhere close. Threw my spare on my car and brought it over in the morning to get repaired. They said it would be done by the end of the day. Not ideal, but that is fine, as I did not have an appointment. I came back the next morning and they put the original tire back on my car in less than 5-10 minutes, but it was flat. I voiced my concern and the tech agreed that it was weird that it was flat again and put some air back in it and told me to keep an eye on it and just bring it back in if it lost some air. Well, I woke up the next morning and it was completely flat again. I put my spare back on and drove it down to the shop. They told me the same thing- it will be done by the end of the day but due to my work hours I didnt get a chance to pick it up until the following day. It was raining when I went to pick it up the following day. No, not raining, POURING. The good news is, it appeared they had fixed the tire correctly the second time. The bad news is that the manager/boss is a complete hot head and does not care about customer service OR SAFETY one bit and they would not put the original tire back on for me. He said I would need an appointment to put the tire on and the next appointment they had was 4 days from then. Are you kidding me?!?! It is one thing to not care at all about customer satisfaction. After all, it is just a tire repair and they dont make any money on these (free warranty, supposedly) but the fact that it was pouring and he clearly did not give a darn about my safety during the SECOND time I brought the tire in was extremely disappointing. This was over 5 days since I took the tire in the first time. FIVE DAYS. I walked out with the tire, quite disappointed that I would have to put the tire on by myself with my little jack in the rain. Again, just not safe. So I drove to the tire shop at Sams Club and they put it on no problem. In less than 5 minutes. I learned a lot from this trip.** The first time I went in I dealt with a really nice guy named Clint and the tech that put on the tire (the first time) was extremely friendly and helpful (even though it still wasnt fixed). These guys are terrific at their jobs and should probably get promotions. It is sad that the manager is the one that has no clue how to deal with customers, and in all honesty is losing a bunch or repeat business for this store.

Got a flat right out front in shopping plaza , and they wouldnt help us . We would have bought 4 new tires as incentive but they didnt even have time for air. Walmart had filled our tire with air sold us a jack, we patched the tire ourselves, stayed with us even though they were closing and got 4 new tires priced out for tomorrow.

Last month I brought my car in here for an oil change, as I have done FOR YEARS. I was told I needed an alignment but they were unable to complete it because a part was needed which they would have to order in. They gave me a quote of $600+. I just took my car into the dealer this morning, they did a free alignment check--turns out all wheels are perfectly aligned, everything in the green. Beware of dishonest mechanics !!!

My husband and I have been taking both our vehicles here for about three years. These guys are amazing - they get the work done on time, guarantee their work, and have always taken care of us. Alex has gone above and beyond on more than one occasion to help us. He is knowledgeable, honest, kind and so great to work with. Having a safe car for my family amidst the crazy Colorado weather is a priority for me and I am so grateful to the staff here who make that happen. Today I walked into his shop completely stressed out and worried about the safety of my vehicle, he had me in a rental car within 10 minutes and squeezed me in to take a look at my vehicle even though they are crazy busy. The only positive thing to say about this place is theyre open at 7am. Pretty much the worst customer service ever. They barely know how to use a phone. And dont know what voicemail is. Dropped off a car to get two tires replaced. Got a call 24hrs later (yes they are that bad) that company policy says they cannot replace two tires. Which is a lie. No company policy. Holding my car hostage. Immediately had my car towed away to a better shop at my expense.

Thieves. Went here on Sunday....only place open. Had a slow leak, and needed a simple plug repair. They told me the tire was beyond repair, and that Id need to buy a new tire. I had them top off the air, and I took it to Peerless on Colfax the next morning....$20 repair, fast and easy.

Where do I start? First of all, they did not originally fix what I wanted them to fix, then had to go back due to them not putting clamps back in a part that ended up hitting my fan when i would drive, then had to go back a third time as the wrong size serpentine belt was put on my vehicle! Horrible experience. I would rather go to an actual mechanic and pay more to get the job done right. I will never go back, even for tires!
