A new beautiful piercing (bridge) today by the AMAZING Casey!! I started my facial piercings and my daughters 1st ear piercing at 2 months old with Alicia at Twisted Sol over 13 years ago, then the minute she opened Sol Tribe, I started going there to get pierced by Casey. THEY ARE THE BEST!!!! Immensely clean, professional, kind and ALL INCLUSIVE!! Highly highly recommend!!

I have nothing but praise for Sol Tribe. It was really important to me to get my piercing by myself and they felt so safe and welcoming to the point that I didn’t even realize I hadn’t been nervous at all until I was driving home. The COVID procedures were great and actually enforced. Jimmy did an amazing job helping me settle on the jewelry and location for my nose piercing based off my interest in eventually moving to a ring instead of a stud. I’m already thinking about the next piercing I want to get!

This first tattoo experience absolutely spoiled me. The staff was so professional and kind, and Andie was amazing. She walked me through everything she was going to do, calmed me when I got nervous, and drew up the most beautiful flowers right in front of me. She’s so talented and so kind, and listened to everything I said. The knowledgeable staff was patient and understanding with all of our needs and questions. They were able to not only address our concerns, that help us to have a higher education and knowledge when it came to the specific jewelry and piercing we were inquiring about. Sol Tribe was recommended by a friend to get my daughters ears pierced. She just turned 6 and felt ready to to get her first set of earrings. I called and got the information and release emailed, it was very thorough and easy to understand. After submitting it back to them I got a call to schedule the appointment.Jimmy was our piercer and he was beyond awesome. He spoke to her on a 6 year old level and made sure she completely understood everything that was happening as he did it. He took his time and didnt rush through which I appreciated. He guarantees his work and I felt like I made the perfect choice with choosing Sol Tribe and will absolutely go back to Jimmy for all future piercings.

James is excellent!! He did my belly button 19 years ago and it looks great still after 3 kiddos! I just had to bring my girl here for a legacy piercing on her lobes. I came here because I realized my former piercer (at a different shop) was not at all professional. I found James on APP and booked an appointment. I was astounded by his gentleness and professionalism, as well as the overall atmosphere of the studio. Best place for a piercing! I got my conch pierced twice here and it was the least painful of all my ear piercings. They’re a bit pricey, but worth it. The jewelry selection is beautiful!

So for the most part this place seemed to be one of the best selections of jewelry I could find in the Denver area. I was really excited and picked out what I wanted before I got to the store. Once I got to the store I was greeted on the sidewalk by someone who would not let me in, would not allow me to show her my nose ring for sizing and all around made me feel like I was a problem from the start. I understand it is COVID time but after talking with the woman I found out that they are doing only appointment (makes sense) but it did not mention that at all on their website, which annoyed me.This is when I decided to go home and just order the nose ring online. After I ordered it I received a confirmation that they got my order and I waited. It’s been a few days since I got confirmation they had the order and I had heard nothing and received no further emails. I decided to call the store and the person who picked up told me she has no idea who is in charge of shipping orders and to try and call back tomorrow.I’m sick at the idea that I gave them my money and that there are no refunds, I can’t even ask for my money back.Do not go here.Update: They called me back after seeing this review and have sent out my nosing for shipping.

Im just Disappointed that I did all the things Heather at the front desk asked me to do & did not receive what I was looking for. Which was to get tattoos for a friend and I. I understand that this was a last minute 24 hour day before kind of thing but it happened to be a special occasion and a one time opportunity. I was told to email & I explained over the phone that Im better in person. First time by the shop And was treated like I was a bother for just being there. Second time aka next day. She never Received my emails of the photos for the artist to look over. NO customer service & more of what do you want kind of place. Not friendly & it broke my heart because I really need some tattoo therapy for my sol 😕😪Find a Tattoo shop with Good vibes coming from all the employees. One bad apple kills the shops rep.ONELOVE

My best friend and I got tattoos from Rio and it was one of the best tattooing experiences either of us have had. Rio does phenomenal line work and has a very calming demeanor that made the experience relaxed and rejuvenating. Becca, who works the front desk, is also extremely kind and open. What I especially loved about Sol Tribe is the emphasis on the LGBTQ+ community and being a safe space for all tattoo getters.The final product is absolutely perfect and we couldnt have asked for a better, safer option! Edit: first of all I didn’t hang up the phone! I was told all of this and even your website says it. Second it doesn’t matter how many years experience you have. The fact that you won’t let a customer have someone in the room for a fear of an assault is absolutely ridiculous.Called to make an appointment for a vch piercing. I asked if my husband could be present because it’s a pretty private area and I didn’t want some random person down there with no one else present. I was told no and no one can come with me. Well I don’t know about anyone else but being in a room with my pants down with a stranger and the possibility of being assaulted isn’t what I want to happen so it looks like I will not be going there.

I had my sons ear pierced for his birthday and the person I had do it completely screwed it up. We let it heal and went to Sol Tribe and James was super professional and re pierced the ear, and its been great ever since. I will never ever go any where else. James is professional and knows his stuff. Super thankful for him and this shop.

I’ve been coming here for years but only recently got an actual piercing done. They’ve always treated me so well, no matter what I came in for. Jimmy did my nipple piercings and it was a great experience, especially considering all the precautions taken for safety. He was so much fun to talk with, and there was 0 discomfort - except for when the needle went through lol one of the best piercing experiences I’ve ever had. If you need any piercings (or tattoos) done, Sol Tribe is well worth it, and you’ll be supporting lovely people at the same time.

I was pierced my James Maldonado! He was a true gentleman and informed me on everything I needed to know in regards to proper anatomy consultation and jewelry selection. The gorgeous receptionist was very welcoming as well!!! She welcomed into the lobby and took my temp and guided me to the sink to wash my hands. Definitely recommend visiting them!! Im definitely going back to get more piercings in the near future.

I had an appointment with Casey at the end of October 2020 to get two new lobe piercings and a new helix, and just had a follow up appointment with James to have the posts shortened now that piercings are healed a bit.Both times I had a great experience! Both Casey and James were very kind and let me know what they were doing. Casey worked with me to find jewelry within my budget and that works with what I already had. In terms of COVID procedures I felt very comfortable. You immediately have your temp taken and have to wash your hands, and appointments are staggered so there are less people in the store. Ill be back to Sol Tribe for my next piercing for sure!

I had two piercings done with Casey and it was such a pleasant experience. From the moment I submitted an interest form online to leaving the shop after my appointment, I felt cared for and listened to. I had lots of questions going into my appointment, but Casey answered them all for me right away. I felt comfortable and safe throughout the entire appointment. The person who greeted me and checked me out (I believe their name was Alyssa, but Im not sure) was also great! The COVID precautions you have in place were stellar and made me feel much less nervous about being in the shop as well. I will definitely be returning, and I have already referred a few friends your way.I didnt see much online in terms of parking, and Im sure at times, that may be a bit difficult, but I was thankfully able to find tons of street metered parking, so I didnt have issues on that front either.

Sol Tribe is a AMAZING tattoo, and piercing shop.Everyone is very educated, professional, and extremely clean! Its a very friendly family like environment.I came up with a idea for a tattoo and by the time Alicia was done with it , it was a beautiful piece of art so much more then the art work I had originally given her. I booked an appointment with Jimmy to get my septum pierced. First off- their Covid precautions are awesome. They made sure everyone was apart from one another and upon arriving you immediately wash your hands.Anyway, Jimmy took a lot of time and care to measure and find the sweet spot for my piercing. When he first pierced it, I noticed it looked a bit crooked and Jimmy immediately explained to me that this can happen and that they can straighten out within a week. I decided to give it a shot and wait it out and im so glad I did! My piercing is now perfectly straight and nearly healed after a month.Thank you so much Jimmy for being so kind to me and just explaining the process. I just want you to know that Im super happy with my piercing and recommend my friends come visit you!

Not a lot of choice in merchandise and the staff seemed flustered.

I went up the door to purchase some gauges. Was told I needed to fill out a form and set up an appointment. I entered all of my info to receive the forms via email but never received anything. I waited outside for over 30 minutes but never received an email. The female employee was extremely rude and made me feel as though purchasing product from this business was an inconvenience.

I had a nose piercing to Casey. She was so nice and tell me all the things I should know so kindly. They are really taking care of COVID. It was clean. I love to got my piercing back!!! 😍

I had to remove all of my piercings for a surgery and had no hope of getting nose rings back in on my own, so I scheduled an insertion appointment to get them replaced. James was an absolute rockstar, but we couldnt locate the second piercing!! We thought we found it and James pulled the tapering needle through while sympathetically repeating sorry, sister to me (loved that). When I got home I realized the rings were too close together! I contacted the shop right away and they got me booked in the next couple of days. We couldnt just insert a new ring into the original piercing so we had to re-pierce it. James was really candid about how it would be best to put in a stud and talked me through when I can come back to replace the stud with a ring! I cant wait and I love my accidental triple nostril piercing.The entire staff is SO friendly and easy to work with and they make following the COVID precautions so simple. I truly appreciate their positive attitude and how seriously they take the precautions!

They were very nice as we set up the appointment and did the covid release and info. However, we drove 40 minutes to get a piercing only to be told 2 minutes before the appointment started that they were canceling our appointments because of an ‘internet issue.’ There was no offer of a solution or apologies for the massive inconvenience. An extremely frustrating experience.

I was warmly received by the receptionist, who did a temp check and had me wash my hands. Jimmy came back to get me, went over the piercings I wanted in detail and was totally transparent about costs and answered all my questions throughout my appointment. Amazing place with wonderful staff!

I felt very comfortable walking into that. I only interacted with Rio (my artist) and a receptionist. Both were friendly and helpful. Rio did an amazing job, listened to what I wanted and had great input as well. The attention to detail Rio has is amazing!

I’ve been to sol tribe and (twisted sol prior) for tattoos, piercings and jewelry. The shop is top notch and professional in many ways. The staff is highly trained and knowledgeable about jewelry, products used, and the history and tradition of tattooing and piercing as well as aftercare of your tattoos and piercings. Their jewelry is of the best quality. My daughter got her ears pierced here, as I would never trust a mall store to do this. The shop is very clean and polished. They are also advocates for their community as a whole. I highly recommend this place.

Came into Sol Tribe for my VERY first tattoo off a recommendation from my friend (who had come for moral support). I was pacing around and crazy nervous but everyone there chimed in with their experiences which helped to quell my nerves. Andie (my tattoo artist) was highly informed and very supportive. Not to mention, INCREDIBLY creative and talented in making the simple idea I originally had into something beautiful and deeply sentimental, intricate yet simple. Alicia is the best of the best. I saw her a few years ago for a piercing and couldnt be happier. Ive returned to the Sol Tribe for additional piercings and even though Alicia now works a reduced schedule, the piercer working still was extremely knowledgeable and seemed to have similar skills/abilities Alicia had passed down. Very, very happy with her and team. Ive went to locations closer to home and it seems everyone knows her name and how good she is across the state. If you can, grab her for your next piercing you wont be disappointed.Update: if you do basic research on qualifications and experience youll quickly find Alicia, Casey, and James(Jimmy) are, in my opinion, the best you can find in Colorado. Just did 3 more piercings with Casey, and as always it was painless... quick... and easy. Do not go anywhere else!!!

I have been here a few times for piercings and always had the greatest experience. Today though I had a scheduled consultation for my first tattoo that was needing to be rescheduled on the artist side. No big deal at all, things happen. I would have loved to reschedule but when Vanessa called and left me a voicemail and said to call the shop back I did. I called once and then a second to leave a voicemail since they were still not open yet. ( my appointment was at noon). She calls me back and immediately says “you keep calling the shop” um you asked me to call and if you knew I was calling why didn’t you pick up. She said she called me and left a voicemail and a text which I didn’t receive a text. But when I informed her my phone has a safety feature when driving all she said was Ohhh (in a that sucks kind of voice). I was already at the shop about to park since I live about 30 or so minutes away and wanted time to park. She did not once apologize for the cancellation or even have a professional presence on the phone. She really left a dirty taste in my mouth and sucks that she is representing such a great place.

You need an appointment to purchase jewelry even if you know your size, I appreciate the safety measures for covid but that seems a little to extreme

Such a beautiful environment and refreshingly polite staff. Out of all of the shops Ive been to, I dont think Ive come across such friendly artists and piercers.

Just got what most consider to be a scary piercing, but I was put at total ease by the piercer. She told me everything that she did before she did it to make sure I was comfortable. Great atmosphere, nice staff.

Staff is very nice and helpful, and their jewelry is pricey but high quality. Sad to have to take my business elsewhere, but have stopped by twice to get a nose ring reinserted and both times was over an hour wait. The second time there was not a single customer in the shop and I was told it would still be over a 2.5 hr wait to get a nose ring reinserted, which has always taken less than 5 mins any time Ive had to get it done.

Absolutely love this place, flew in from Minneapolis just to see my girl Jessie Super. Shes the only one whos allowed to put ink on me from here on out.

Im not one to complain about price most of the time, but over 100$ just to have ear lobes pierced without paying for the jewelry is very steep. Nice jewelry selection and pretty store, associate was friendly, but would not recommend based on price.

Got my septum and the left side of my nose (my right side was already pierced) pierced by Casey and she was phenomenal! She was so informative and the experience was relaxed and easy because she made it that way. The shop itself was clean and professional, I will definitely be coming back for any future piercings!

Highest quality body jewelry I have seen, including things like 14 ct gold studs and opal balls. Great setup and decor, prices definitely reflect the quality though, you wont find much of anything for a low price here.Parking is a little difficult, no free parking provided, thus could only give the 4 star.

Stopped by impulsively on my lunch break to get my nose re-pierced and cant say enough good things about the experience. Casey is a pro and was quick but super thorough during the process. I walked in yesterday evening, the staff was very friendly, helpful and patient. Casey was my piercer and she was AMAZING! I felt so comfortable and relaxed. I had my septum done and it was hands down the best experience Ive had getting pierced. Having had my septum done previously by a different piercer, I definitely love her placement and how she discussed different options with me and I didnt feel rushed. I also love the unique jewelry they have in store.

Ive gotten four tattoos here, from three different artists. All of them were awesome. But I especially recommend Thu for anything with color. Hes also really nice and pleasant company, which is cool when youre getting tattoos done since it can take a while.

Knowledgeable staff that truly loves their craft. High quality and wide variety as far as jewelry selection goes, with occasional deals in the clearance spots. I even got a walk in foot tattoo and Jeremy knocked my idea outta the park. Big fan yall. Do call ahead, do schedule appointments because this place stays busy.

Extremely clean and well appointed shop environment staffed by an incredibly friendly but professional staff. First time visiting this location, just checking out pricing and portfolios, and I was blown away. Great selection of jewelry in a variety of prices and styles, amazing artists. Definitely worth a look if you want quality ink in the Denver area.
