Ive been to this location several times in the last five months as we have been furnishing our new (to us) home. The staff are always warm, welcoming, and professional but not smothering. Today we were graciously assisted in selecting several prices. In the past we were getting ideas and not ready to pick exact pieces, yet I felt like there was the same helpful approach offered by everyone we encountered in HW Home. I look forward to doing business here!

What a wonderful store! Their assortment is spectacular with a variety of different options for any style. I was in browsing the other day and found some great gifts. Ill definitely be back!

We might have had an unusual experience with this store. We are building a home and ordered a coffee table with different grains of wood for $2500+. It arrived damaged in shipping, and we did notice the damage because it was hidden due to the grains of wood, and we were swamped dealing with contractors and other furniture delivery. We let them know the next day and waited and waited. Calls were ignored. Finally, we spoke to someone who denied responsibility by stating we accepted the delivery. Reasoning did not help. We have the time and the means to resolve this issue, but you may want to rethink and take your business elsewhere. We are also working with Restoration Hardware and Ethan Allen; they are a class apart; the quality of product, people, and culture make for a wonderful customer experience, especially when you expect service. Just be careful.

I love this furniture store. They always have beautiful options and new stuff comes in all the time. The staff is extremely helpful without being pushy, and the customer service is unlike anything Ive ever experienced. We purchased a very nice sofa a few years ago, and during a move the leg broke off. We contacted HW to see if they knew anyone who could fix it for us, and a few weeks went by with no response. One day I got a call from HW apologizing for how long it took to get back to us, and informed us that they had another couch they could exchange for us free of charge. A day or two later, two very pleasant movers came, took the broken couch away and delivered the brand new couch. I will always stand by HW because no other furniture store would care for their customers like they did.

I really enjoy stopping by Cherry Creeks HW store because they have such beautiful merchandise and pleasant staff. Im not in the financial situation to buy their furniture but I hope to one day. I do buy a lot of candles from them and usually spend anywhere between $50 to $300 when I stop in and I always feel welcomed even if I dont buy a lot. I dont always feel that way in other Cherry Creek stores partially because Im so young looking so I really appreciate this store.

A wonderful place to find unique, beautiful home furnishings with talented, knowledgeable, and helpful consultants. Everyone is so incredibly easy to work with, and they are always able to find/show me exactly what I am looking for. Definitely the best at what they do, and I love that they are a local company.

We love our beautiful new couch. They spent so much time with us finding the perfect couch and fabric. The customer service was great. Our couch arrived with a small issue and they send someone out to fix it without a problem. Recommend.

The store is beautiful. But if you interested in actually buying anything, expect to wait 90days (and counting). They will quote you 5 weeks for order and then just perpetually keep you in limbo. I still dont have my order.

To late to start caring about the wave of 1-Star reviews, I am guessing the store is not doing great. We are in the age of client experience, not bottom line $$ make 💰 at all cost.

Just walked into your store to furnish our brand new home, and my wife and I were never acknowledged. The older lady, kinda acted like she wanted to say hello, but I guess she decided against it. Another woman walked right past us and didnt say a word. Not to play the race card, but maybe it was because Im a black man and my wife is white. Whatever the reason, it doesnt matter because your competitor 2 blocks away (West Elm) acknowledged us several times, and in return we spent $4000 there. West Elm thanks you for your rudeness.

Very unwelcoming feeling. My mom and I were browsing, one staff member walked right passed us with no greeting, nor eye contact. Moments after she greets some others in the store. Will never step foot in a place so unpleasant and unprofessional. 👎🏼

Not sure why the bad reviews. Excellent service, personalized and completely content with how they made everything right. Id happily shop here again.

This was a horrible experience!!! I will never shop here again!And like a fool, I did buy towels and when I tried to return one of the six I purchased (of course I had not washed it or used it!) they RUDELY refused and treated me like a disgusting maggot or something to be ushered quickly out of the store!I will never return!!!!

Wow I was intending to buy my new furniture for a new condo there, but after reading the reviews I think not.Id like to see a reply from management or owners apologising for such rude behavior, and asking how to make it right.HW, youre not the only one in town.
