Fantastic customer service! We dropped in on a Wednesday afternoon to find a replacement king mattress for one that we bought less then a year ago and is drooping pretty bad already. We explained all of this to the sales rep, Kyle, and he walked us through all of the brands he thought would best meet our needs (i.e., back pain, firmness, sleep position, in our budget, quick delivery).Kyle was extremely informative and in addition to answering all of our questions, he asked a lot of good questions to get to know us better, too. We initially came to “window shop” but with the holiday specials and Kyle’s amazing customer service, we walked away 100% satisfied with our purchase. Highly recommend!

The mattress quality deteriorated rather quickly, and it led to me purchasing a new one. I explained the situation to the manager, Kyle, and he went above and beyond to find a solution. Great experience! Was in and out with a mattress I actually wanted in 20 min. My preferred style and cost were considered to show me options I would actually want and so I could get it quickly. Loved it, would definitely return and send friends.

The in-store experience at the Colorado Blvd location was great! Our sales professional was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the pros and con of each bed without being pushy. We were very happy that we were able to get next day delivery. Unfortunately, the delivery team delivered the wrong box spring. We did not notice this until we put it on the bed and it did not fit. When we called the store, the sales team were apologetic and quick to try and reschedule a new delivery, but unfortunately we were leaving town that afternoon and now will not get our boxspring for another couple of weeks when we get back. The delivery team needs to pay more attention to their job.

I’ve been dreading buying a new bed… It just sounds like such a hassle! Went in, BJ greeted us, gave me my space to try out the different firmness of each bed and was there with all the answers to my questions. I’ve already recommended this location to multiple of my friends, he was a pleasure to work with and really took the stress away! Update/Edit: a gentleman named Edmundo from the store reached out personally and changed our bad experience to Awesome. He offered a few options to compensate with our bad experience and also refunded the delivery fee that I paid for the damaged mattress. This is the true definition of taking care of customers.Terrible experience!! Spent $800 for a brand new mattress and received a damaged mattress from the warehouse. When I asked for an exchange they charged me $30 delivery fee.... Not sure why I am supposed to pay a delivery fee for a damaged mattress in the first place.. it doesn’t make sense. When the delivery guy showed up today he said he would have to inspect the mattress first. After inspecting the mattress he refused to take mattress with him by saying this mattress is already “damaged”.... YES I was aware it’s damaged that’s why I requested an exchange and paid the delivery fee. I did not mean to pay a 30 dollar delivery fee for the guy to tell me it’s damaged..

The best customer service and care Ive received in a long time! Edmundo made sure we got the best mattress for the value. We went in because I have low back pain and needed something to help take the pain away and give support while sleeping. He was not only knowledgeable in his products but also in best sleep practices and genuinely cared about me and my health. I highly recommend him and this store.

In January 2020 I purchased a Serta Willow Brook Pillowtop mattress to replace the Sealy mattress that I had in my Airbnb suite that was at least 10 years old. I tested the new mattress and although it was a bit soft, thought it was very comfortable and the price was good. Its now September and Ive received three unfavorable reviews concerning the BRAND NEW mattress. I looked at it carefully between guests and Im not even sure it is the same mattress that I tested (purchased floor mattress). It has a very distinctive dent in the middle but slightly off to one of the sides. I couldnt believe a brand name like Serta would already have developed a problem and I called the store twice, and twice I was told I would get a called back to resolve the issue that he was with a customer...you guessed it, no call was ever returned. Ive addressed the problem the best I can with plywood and a folded up blanket under the problem dip. I will NEVER purchase from Mattress Firm in Glendale again and I will never purchased a Serta mattress again either.

I went into to order a second Beautyrest adjustable mattress frame as we liked the first one we ordered so well. The sales person was very friendly and helpful in getting it arranged and shipped to our location. The frame is sturdy and easy to self assemble.

Great experience! I walked in and was quickly helped by BeJay. He asked what my major keys I was looking for were (budget, firmness, etc), and showed me many great options. He also explained all of the deals they were offering. When the mattress I choose wasn’t available for 2 weeks, he was able to get me some additional deals on the delivery and protector to go with the other mattress that I chose, since it was a bit more expensive than my other choice. When checking out, explained all of the financing, 120 day price guarantee, and 120 day ‘trial’ (in case I don’t end up liking the mattress). I absolutely recommend this store to others!

Edmundo was the perfect salesman an we were (and are) totally satisfied with our purchase, but the delivery was problematic. Ultimately we received everything we expected, but the wrong sized non matching mattress and box spring mattress were delivered. They were unable correct the mistake immediately and I had to disrupt my schedule and come back to town from vacation to accommodate the delivery. Overall, Mattress Firm made everything right . I just wish they had done it right the first time.

Mattress Firm is ubiquitous around the Denver metro, and if it werent for corona virus I would have been in the stores trying out beds and looking for sales.I used the Mattress Firm website to get an idea and look for deals. The site is very user friendly and allowed for comparative shopping, as well as letting me know what is available at what store and when it can be delivered. I spent a few days online shopping, deliberating, and talking things over with my partner, then we made a decision. I was about to order online, but there was some confusion regarding which base was available for the mattress I wanted, so I called the number on the website for a store at a nearby zip code.Edmundo answered the phone. He was extremely helpful. He was not pushy at all and he did not try to sell me anything. In fact, he helped me save hundreds of dollars by getting a base, rather than buying a box spring, and he added additional discounts on top of the holiday sale price I was getting online. He emailed an invoice with a link to set up payment, and he also arranged for next day delivery, on a Sunday the day after a federal holiday. Im very happy with the customer service, especially Edmundo, and Im told I have 120 days to try the mattress and return it if Im not satisfied. I definitely recommend.

We have bought multiple beds from Mattress Firm and will continue to do so in the future. We bought a mattress 5 years ago that didn’t fulfill its guarantee. Mattress Firm took care of us and gave us warranty. Kyle, the store manager, answered all of our questions. He went out of his way to call other stores to find answers to the question of what the warranty would cover. We got exactly what we wanted and were covered for every penny that we originally paid for the old/bad mattress. Kyle also waited patiently and answered every question as we tested seemingly every bed and pillow in the store.

Horrible Experience.I ordered a bed for my toddler online as it is the COVID time and stores were not open. I placed the mattress delivery about 3 weeks out as his bed frame was coming then as well. My husband and I spent a ton of time prepping my son for the shift from crib to bed and got him excited and his room ready. I had confirmation e-mails of my purchase with the delivery date and an initial window from 8am-9pm. The night before I received no call-ahead to give us a more updated delivery window. I also went to their website and called their help line, online chat, and e-mailed them asking for more information. EVERY SINGLE LEVEL OF ASSISTANCE led me to a robot or computer and I could never talk to a single person. I eventually gave up and just assumed my window was 8am-9pm and it would be delivered.The delivery date comes and by 1pm I had still not heard from anyone about a mattress delivery, my sons whole room was cleared out and set up for him to have his toddler bed, and I could still not reach a single person on the phone to help. Every avenue of assistance was a recording that gave me zero information and ended with due to COVID we do not have live agents at this time.Eventually I returned to their phone system and followed the instructions to get a sales team rep who could help me buy a new bed. The recording, before a live person picked up, told me that this sales person could not help me with existing orders, delivery, etc (exactly what I needed help with). but I continued anyway. Low and behold, a live sales person picked up IMMEDIATELY! The saving grace of this whole thing was the awesome gentlemen who answered the phone, looked into my order, told me my mattress has been back-ordered and was not available for delivery for another 4 days. He was awesome, but this was unacceptable. My toddlers room has now been rearranged, and he has been prepped for this transition just to lead to 4 more days of waiting and he will now be even more out of his routine in preparation for this change.This was an incredibly terrible experience. I will never be shopping here again and will tell this to everyone who will listen in hopes that another family does not have to deal with this.I would give Mattress Firm SOME leeway on the COVID times had I not been immediately connected to a sales person but could not get help I desperately needed after they already had my money.This was inexcusable. Never again.
