Cheap, damaged furniture. She gets her stock from places they had been damaged or because they didnt sell. Most of her distributors are already second hand. She makes them look good with proper placement and then when you get home, you find out why. Contacted her about the damage same day. Said she would make a claim. Followed up multiple times to find out what that meant. She never returned our attemtps. Over priced, second, or third hand junk. Trash product and service.

Horrible quality and way overpriced. No price tags on anything. She’ll ask you what’s your budget then up it by a couple hundred dollars. Furniture came damaged and I told her about it and she kept saying she’ll file a claim and never follows back up nor picks up the phone. My bed frame is already cracking and I had it for less than 9 months. My dresser leg came broken and she was supposed to file the claim and that never happen, then proceeded to tell me I can just fix it myself.

First I have to say that Laurie is outstanding. We got the best deal on 3 twin matress. Laurie understands the people that work hard and want the best for the children to sleep on. Please Take the word of a Hard work Pops and Nana the deal she gave us was great. If you want quality this is where you need to shop for quality and great prices and Ill be back over and thank you Laurie.

I saw an ad for this place on Facebook and they looked decent. So me and my husband go on a Sunday afternoon. As soon as we walk in the door, there is no one to greet us...which is fine... whatever, it’s not the most important thing. We walk in and there is hardly any room to walk around because the building is so tiny and it was full of people. You would think that’s a good sign, but it was full of people WAITING to be helped, because there was only one person on the floor. We walk around and there is not a huge selection of furniture, but we still look anyways.... almost nothing has prices on it-which means... you have to get helped. Since we didn’t feel like waiting about an hour to be helped we just left. And no one came up to us and told us they would get to us when they could.... nothing. I won’t be returning.

Avoid doing business with this company for your own protection. Ordered a mattress and bed frame, which was paid for in cash up front, and still took a month to deliver product. Who ever I was texting in the office took days to communicate back to me, and never did what she said she was going to do. When I finally get the set up, I find the frame has no instructions and no hardware. Boxes were damagedHad to go to ace to buy my own hardware for a $1200 bed setup. They were happy to take up front payment but not so happy to do a good job.

Great place! Great quality! Great people! Laurie and her son were straight foward with me through the entire process! Would definitely refer friends and family to only buy from here. Shoved children out of the store wasn’t very nice! Items completely overpriced yet they advertise they are 60-80% off on Facebook but carry $3,000 sectionals!

This place is a total SCAM. Do not get taken advantage of just because the payment plans. Prices are hidden and you have to tell her a budget. The higher your budget the higher the price for the same couch that is low quality, plus she makes sure she never says a price out loud and writes them down before you leave the store. She will not even tell you the brand or manufacturer of the couches.

Worse place ever that my family been. Just went there today and one of the female workers in there just talked to us very rudely. We did not even get a chance to look at the furniture. We walked away very disappointed. Never again..

My grandmother bought her kitchen table here and unfortunately while she was there one of the chairs was wobbly and Laurie told her that her floor was uneven when the table was delivered two of the chairs were already assembled and already wobbly and the other h 4 needed to be assembled no big deal when I started to put the chairs together they all were wobbly Laurie gave my grandma something to put into the chair Incase it wasn’t even to make it even but they broke when trying to put them in every time while at the store my grandma was told to sign her copy of what she thought was the receipt on the back side of the paper was the store policy where she later found out that there was no returns but was not told any of this my grandmother was taken advantage of in this situation and will no longer be a customer. the table she bought was low quality and made poorly and now have to figure out how to recuperate the money she lost because this table is unsafe for her and her husband who are handicapped

Honestly seems overpriced for an outlet. I have seen many items at other stores for far less (sofas, beds, dressers). The ladies are nice and the financing option is great, but not worth the price you pay. I really dont like how they wont list prices on things, it seems really shady to me. They can take the time to print out a paper with the pictures of items and write in the product #, but not the price? I feel like they waste more time having people ask them the prices. I would ask for a price then wait awhile. Had to ask 3 times for the prices of some mattresses. We were about to buy a mattress for $650 which seemed like a good price when laurie told us it retails for $1600. My husband and I are both young and i think once she realized how much credit we were approved for she decided to start giving us prices and thought she could take advantage of us. Another lady that was in the store was nice enough to pull my husband aside and tell him that the mattress was way overpriced. So we backed out of the sale right before she bagged up the mattress. I hate doing that but I didnt want to get ripped off. Sure enough in the parking lot we pulled up the same mattress and it was $450 online. And that is for a new one delivered. We were going to buy a floor model and haul it away. It seemed like a good idea at first because we really wanted a new mattress. My husband was frustrated after waiting so long for prices that i just wanted to buy it and get out of there. So grateful for the lady that stopped us from making a huge mistake. Please be more transparent about your prices.

Waste of Time! I waited 38 minutes to be given price ranges not actual to the penny amounts. When I asked for the true price on a bed, I was told that bed is over $400 and it looks like you are not ready to buy... Well yes, I was not ready to buy without knowing exact price. Waste of time in my book, so many other places I can take my business, and they will be happy to help! In fact, went down the road to Big Lots and got BETTER pricing then the price ranges offered at a Wholesale outlet (same Simmons brand names).... They also have the 90 day financing option for people who need assistance...

Still looking but they might have what I want. They are a whole saler so dont expect the living room layouts of other stores but there prices werent really any better. Was left to my own devises but help was there is I needed it.

I would not recommend. Low quality for a low price, on a mattress company that I couldnt find anything good on the internet about. Do your own research on royal heritage and then consider making the drive.

Purchased a floor model that was missing a piece, a month later no piece and no communication from the company. When purchased told it would come in on the next truck, still waiting. Phone calls, texts not returned. Poor business all around.

Dont bother coming to this place they have their doors locked and they dont answer it and shut the blinds during open hours while someone is in there. Thanks for wasting my time!
