When a customer service based establishment blames their customers when that establishment messes up, that is not customer service. I would suggest going anywhere else, literally anywhere else would be better than this place. I booked an appointment, and when I showed up for the appointment, nobody was around to take care of me, when I called to let them know, they said it was my fault because I didnt call to confirm my appointment. This was not part of my instructions when I called them the night before this happened. I was told they would call me the next day to confirm a form a payment, which no one did. Then they changed their story and said they couldnt do it because it was raining. No apology, whatsoever. When I was understandably irritated because of this, they simply hung up on me and refused to help me. I had just gone through a loss when hail practically ripped apart my car, and now I have to put up with this? I make my living as a pizza delivery driver which I cant do with a busted rear windshield. I would wait out the wait and go to someone who values their customers instead of ever patronizing this establishment. (Oh and if anyone from the company is reading this, Arvada, Colorado)
