From the moment I pulled in for a quote, until I picked up my vehicle, I had exceptional customer service here. Daryl is the best, he helped ease the stress of a car accident and his empathy is real. He walked me through each step, keeping me aware of everything and handling everything for me, from having the rental car place pick me up...to dealing with the insurance company. If the customer service aspect wasnt enough, the workmanship of the repairs and the care given to making sure its done RIGHT, took this place over the top!! My vehicle looks perfect, and they cared enough to make sure that every detail, even the ones I couldnt see...were handled. I have taken my daughters car there recently, and I received the best service once again. I cannot recommend this place enough.They are the best auto shop and honestly...best business in general that Ive dealt with in a very long time, and I have dealt with a few other body shops in my years that never came close. You can tell they wont rip their customers off and actually give a damn and that goes a long way for me. Daryl and his shop are awesome. They did really fast work and came in under budget on a quote that was much better than everyone else nearby. Very responsive, good with updates, and they even vacuumed and washed my truck!

Not sure Ive ever written a review before but I feel compelled to for Matrix.Wow. What a great experience it was working with Dave and his team. I only needed minor body & trim work and the quote they gave me was much lower than previous quote from elsewhere. They finished the job quickly and on time, even cleaned my car, and it looks as good as new. This will be my new shop for any autobody needs. Highly recommend Matrix Autobody.

I had an issue with the passenger side window coming off the track. I took my car in and they fixed it at a very reasonable price. They were pleasant and efficient. This the second time I have used their services and I could not be more pleased. I totally recommend Matrix and their staff.

I was given 3 choices from my insurance company and Matrix was one of them. I did my research on all 3 and Matrix had the best reviews. I called to set up a drop off appointment. and Daryl, before we hung up he asked if I was going to need a renal car, of course I did, He called Enterprise and got that rolling for me. My car was done within the week. went to pick it up with plans of going to the car wash and vacuum my car, but it turns out they basically washed and detailed the interior for me. (Son of a biscuit)! AWSOME!!! Was not expecting that. My car looks great inside and out. they even shined up my tires. I would highly recommend Matrix. I still have more work to be done and I already know where I am going. MATRIX AUTO BODY!

Lowest price out of 3 estimates. I chose them because they seemed professional when I stopped in for the estimate and their shop seemed good. I was treated very well and they did great work. They used manufacturer parts and even cleaned up my truck before I picked it up. Great guys to work with

They did great work. The repairs to my truck are top quality, and were done in a timely manner. No horse pucky, and no use of generic knock off parts. Very easy to deal with and prompt customer service. There are a thousand body shops in this town, I hope I never need one again, but if I do, I would come back to Matrix in a flash.

I could not be more impressed with their honesty, integrity, and flexibility. On my first car, they gave me both perfect world repair options and less expensive options based on my lower expectations because it is an older car. I loved the results, so, of course, I had them fix my other car. They ended up charging me less than the estimate even though I would have never known the difference. It is great to find a place I can take my car that I can trust!

When they are a recommended business by your insurance you would think when you called they would be happy to help. Not the guy I got on the phone he talked realllllllly slow like he was lost. I asked him if I could set a appointment to get an appraisal he said yes when could I go but apparently theyre booked until 2024 because every time I said they were not available. Then after naming a bunch of times he said no to he asked me Sooooooo are you trying to get your car fixed? No dips**t I like calling auto body repair shops to make appointments in my spare time.

Darryl is always so helpful!! I had issues with the other parties insurance not paying Matrix in time so he called a number of times to fight for me. Appointments are usually a week out but it is so worth it because I feel like they actually care and Im not just another customer. They also clean the inside of your care once they are finished! Unless I move on the other side of the state I will always take my care here!

The person who hit mes insurance sent an adjuster to me to do his own estimate of my repairs. He isnt associated with a repair shop. He said the next step is for me to call a repair shop to get the work done.All I wanted to do was schedule an estimate for repairs on my car. I spoke to Darrel from Matrix on the phone and he wouldnt even LOOK at my car without a copy of the estimate from the insurance company to go off of. I tried to explain that I just have a check from them and that I would be the one communicating if any extra repairs were needed outside of the adjusters quote. Darrel was extremely condescending on the phone and unwilling to listen to my specific situation. He was a total jerk. He kept saying I dont understand the process and talked to me like a child. Im NEVER giving this place any business. He clearly wanted to get as much money from me as possible. All I wanted was for him to look at my cat and get an estimate which he refused to do.

These folks did a great job. Hate dealing with problems and none here. Fixed ontime, as quoted and they even washed my car and cleaned the inside. Super happy.

Awesome service at Matrix Autobody. I recently brought my 2013 Subaru Outback to Matrix. I needed my back bumper replaced from a fender bender that happened 3 weeks after I bought the car. I was devastated when the car was hit and reluctant to give it to any body shop because I was worried that it wouldnt come out looking like it was done by the factory. The guys at Matrix are pros! The car was done in 3 days and was sparkling like new when I picked it up. The paint job on the bumper matched perfectly with the rest of the vehicle and looked just like it did when I picked it up from the dealer. The guys at Matrix also touched up this small chip on my hood because I had mentioned wanting some touch up paint to fix it. As a bonus they washed and vacuumed the car for me. It was cleaner when I picked it up then when I dropped it off.I would happily recommend Matrix to anyone dealing with body damage and worried about the job getting done right.
