Great People, Great Place - Thanks Ryan! I recently got some work done here following a car accident and had an incredibly good experience! Unlike most other body shops the staff was incredibly friendly and useful. The employee I worked with, Ryan was not only very knowledgeable, but also was able to get me in before any other body shop in town. I have used caliber before and will definitely be coming back!

These people are dunces. The first appointment scheduled went terrible as a consult even though it was scheduled for repair work. Then I waited 2 moths to get back in to find out they didnt write my appointment in their system because of their incompetent staff and so even though I was scheduled and confirmed with them a month prior, the date of the appointment I wasnt in their system and they wanted me to wait another month. Idiots.

The staff was efficient and the office clean. The whole operation was professional. Ryan was polite and knowledgeable and did a terrific job. My automobile looks wonderful.

Joe and his staff were incredibly fast, friendly, and kept me well informed during the entire process! My car came back in cleaner and better condition than I left it. I am thankful for such a great interaction and for great service by the entire team.

Incredible work they did on my 2020 Ram Rebel. I cant say enough good things about Caliber Collision. They did a fantastic job fixing the damage and kept me informed every step of the way. I had some minor scratches from the 4x4 trails and they even buffed those out. Not only did they clean up the outside but they detailed the interior as well. Im really bad about leaving reviews but I wanted to make sure they get credit for the great work. I highly recommend them.

I wish I could remember the name of the amazing receptionist at the front or the man who worked on my car, but they were both incredibly helpful. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and made the process very simple. The mechanic was in constant communication with me and even offered to drive the car to my house. This was the exact opposite of your typical auto shop experience - they seemed very trustworthy from the moment I walked into their business and exuded confidence. There was no point where I found myself nervous about the level or service that I was receiving. I will 100% recommend them to anyone, and (heaven forbid) use them again myself should I ever have to. Brought my vehicle in here from a rear end collision that I thought was going to total my vehicle. I never thought my car was going to look the same but amazingly my car came out better. Excellent work. Alex was amazing yet very knowledgeable. I do not think I could get a better experience at another caliber.

I went through my Geico insurance policy for body repairs and chose Caliber because they were convenient in location to my home. With that being said, I would go to them again, and even drive out of my way to do it, they were that good! Jen at the front desk was super friendly and courteous when I arrived, and Alex took it from there. Huge shout out to Alex, who explained the whole repair process and kept me informed along the way. He went above and beyond to make sure my car got back to me looking the way it did before the accident. To top it all off, my car was ready three full days before they said it would be. I had a great experience with Caliber! Im super satisfied with the repair on my car and will use them again. In fact, my husband is about to take his car in to have some dings repaired (after hearing about my experience and seeing the repair on my car). Their estimate was thorough, simple to understand, and right on target. Everyone I interacted with was extremely professional and personable. Hello , I have used caliber collision for over 7 years.. caliber collision always does a fantastic job at repairing the car . Recommended by Honda . This location in particular is the worst Iv been to . I’m very disappointed in the service I have received . the general manager is very nice. However once my repairs were finished I noticed a popping noise so indeed I brought it back in to have look at . They say they couldn’t replicate the popping noise coming from the top of the hood . . I picked up my car week later disappointed that they couldn’t replicate the problem the minute I got back from vacation the sound occurred I was very upset and frustrated with the ignorance and attention to detail of the problem . So I picked up the car the minute I started driving not only could I hear the popping noise which was so obvious . I started to hear clunking noise coming from where the original repairs . It was almost like a suspension or strut issue this never occurred during my accident when I had to bring it in to have my repairs . Iv been to this location dropping and picking up my car total days with out 23 days counted . This is far by the worst location Iv been too and will not be recommending people to this location . I’d also prefer owner or anyone not to respond as though this is completely finished and I will not be taking my business there no more . However my repairs were clean and customer service was exceptional .

My experience at Caliber Collison was wonderful. They got my car in for the service very quickly and finished with it sooner than expected. The work done was great! Tims customer service was also amazing. I was able to leave the rental car at Caliber and when I realized that I didnt fill it back up with gas to what it had when I got it, Tim allowed me to come back and take it to the gas station so I didnt have to pay the hiked up gas price the rental company would have charged me, on his day off I also should mention. I would highly recommend them and will definitely take my car there again if I ever need more work done.

They did ok my car, they took 3 days longer on my car, in which cost me 200 or so more on rental. left a scratch on the quarter panel i had replaced, they did try to buff it out with no success. I just didnt understand how that happened. The communication between the shop manager was pretty good. The repair went ok, id say they are a good shop, better then most.

Im really happy with my cars repair. Tim and Lamont were super responsive and helped coordinate my rental pickup and repairs with my insurance agent. They made what could have been a stressful experience a breeze. It was a quick turnaround for the repairs (just 4 days) and they looked great.

The workmenship at this place is so incompetent, I took the car in on a Geico recommendation for a minor collision, literally they had to replace a bumper or fender. Two hours after getting the car back the check engine light comes on. I took it back the next day to utilize their satisfaction guarantee... What a mistake that was. They held the car over the weekend, called me on Monday and claimed their were no issues. Three hours later my engine blew. I maintained my work truck to the tee. Three days at Calibre and instead of going over 200,000 miles like it should, it dies in under 500. No mechanical problems they told me.

I had several issues going on with my 2017 MDX, it was a lease and needed to have all the grocery cart run ins fixed, along with other peoples cars running into me. That vehicle seemed to be a magnet for objects to hit it, mostly when I wasnt in the vehicle. Very upsetting as you cant file a claim on a grocery cart. Tim at the Caliber on Evans in Denver was fantastic to work with, very helpful, thoughtful and my car looked superb. They even detailed it without me asking and left change they found under the seat in the tray area. Who does that!! Not many. Very happy with their service. Will use them more for my clients and rave about the service. Great attention to detail. Great job all of you.

The work done was beautiful and I love my car even more. Alex was a great service advisor who kept me informed for all the days (only four) that my car was in the shop. The young woman at the front desk at this location was also friendly and professional.There are two locations on East Evans. The longstanding location at 5101 East Evans has a baby brother a dozen or so blocks farther east. Although this has been my part of the world for, like, forever, I was not aware of this second location...neither was the GEICO claims kid who set up the appointment. (Be sure to go to the correct location, or you will get chewed out by Brenda who hates us.)

My Range Rover was keyed on the passenger side and required painting. For some reason, Caliber Collision took off the doors and broke the rear door window regulator. Keep in mind that this is secured safely inside the door panel so they must have been very rough or dropped the door when removing it. When I finally picked up my vehicle, the window regulator was not repaired. In fact, it was not even left in place in the door and they informed me that they would have to order a replacement and it would take a week or so to get a new one. I elected to have Land Rover fix the problem as it was obvious that Caliber Collision didnt know how to handle a sophisticated repair. When Land Rover worked on the vehicle to install the new window regulator, they informed me that Caliber Collision had removed all of the mounting hardware and broke the door handle cable. Very unprofessional and incompetent

The customer service here was awesome. I came to pick up my car and I had lost the key inside my rental car, but Tim didn’t hesitate to take the time to help me and HE FOUND IT! He was so nice and made the whole process go smoothly.Also: Even though I was VERY annoying and called everyday for a week, Tim was very helpful and not once showed any frustration. This dude needs a raise.

They did a great job on my car. When I tried to drive off the lot, unrelated to their work, my car wouldnt start. The team didnt hesitate to offer me a rental car. But then they figured out it was most likely a battery discharge issue or something with the shifter and we were able to get the car going again. I really appreciate the team going above and beyond.

They are amazing at what they do, I was recommended to use them for my auto body repair and I never regretted making that decision to use them.

Our car was rear ended by another driver, so that we needed an entirely new back hatch on our SUV. Caliber did a great job replacing the hatch so it’s as good as new and you would never know there had been any damage. If we need car work done again (fingers crossed that’s not the case), we’d easily be back here as a first choice.

This is my second time using Caliber Collision. Their customer service is excellent, they communicate via text so you are aware of whats going on at all times. The work they have done for me is flawless. Tim handled my last repair and he was amazing to work with, his measure of success was my level of satisfaction you dont find that type of customer service much any more so kudos to the team at Caliber!!!

No joke, my car has had the unfortunate opportunity of being hit twice, basically in the same place (once parked, the other driving) andthey did a fantastic job with everything! BOTH TIMES!!! Very friendly, very informative, very accomodating; I would NEVER go ANYWHERE ELSE if I needed serious work on my car! Google may take you to the wrong place on E Evans, dont be dismayed... You want the Caliber Collision closer to Jasmine St. Also, there is work being done outside on the telephone lines (again, not their fault) on that whole stretch of Evans during the time of me writing this review, so if you get the phone keep ringing and ringing... stay calm... try again... maybe send a text, if youve set that up with them. Jen is AMAZING at receptionn!!! Very friendly and helpful. And if you like dogs, sometimes her sweet doggie is there waiting to be petted!!!If you need a rental while your car is being worked on, they have Enterprise available. To not have to figure out where to go rent a car after dropping the car off, is wonderful, to say the least. He seen how stressed Patrick was seeing that he was a elder man then offered to help us. It was hot and Carlos probably had better things to do on 4th of July weekend but he still help us get Patricks car back on the road. We are grateful for his kind service.

Embezzlement........ i had took my car their because my insurance recommended this shop they gave me a estimate on the intake of the car which was not bad it was lower then the one I got from the shop I preferred so I was feeling ok but then the had removed the damaged hood n bumper and grill to see if any additional damages need repaired which was expected so then they sent the new estimate with the additional work need for repairs to me which I called my insurance to get the approval which they did approve I called to let them know and they said ok a hour later the found more additional work that was needed come to find out from them taking my car apart they had damaged my fender trying to get it off so then they didnt want to fix it out their pocket so they added a headlight to the estimate which was over priced for 1000 dollars because they said they had to get it from the dealer (Mercedes-Benz) so by this time my insurance company now considered my vehicle as a total loss which it wasnt so came pick my car up from them in notices the excessive damages to my fender I noted it n I took it back to the original place that I had got my first estimate from which they was able to fix and my car was not considered a total loss n so I contacted the manager Mike and explained the problem and he didnt care told me if they did the damages they wouldnt come out of pocket for it they would just add the estimate so the insurance could take care of it which explains why they came up with additional damages to my car they supposedly had found an hour later after the second estimate but worst experience I ever had in my life in worst company ever to take your car to they will try to get over as much as they can

I have never had a better customer service experience in my entire life. Brenda is phenomenal, above and beyond anything I’ve ever seen. She called with updates, worked as fast as possible, and even swept the snow off my car when I picked it up. I would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone. This was the easiest, friendliest, best auto experience. From the friendly, sweet front desk receptionist, to Brenda who is sincerely amazing, I would absolutely come back. In my 59 years, I have not seen such an efficient body shop. Having been in even a fender bender can take its toll on the brain. Alex Palomino made the entire transaction/transition a surprisingly pleasant event. He was SO kind. I use a cane & he pulled our car up to front door because it was dark & a bit icy. He is a wonderful young man! Our car was repaired overnight! The entire team there, including the receptionist are remarkable. Alex is our guy. He even said It was a team effort. What a guy. Everything went smoothly & Alex kept us updated on repairs. He is professional, yet friendly-GENUINELY. Five star service, it was.

Great customer service.

My car was taken here because of my insurance. When the snow melted off the car (it was repaired in winter) there was black paint splatter on my white car where the damages were repaired. Less than two years later the paint at the repaired area is cracking, upon further inspection to the area, the bondo on the hood isnt even straight, its more accurately described as a wave. In this same area there are bubbles in the paint. My car hasnt been driven in over a year, its been by itself in a garage, the paint damage is due to the bad job, its the only spot on my car that has these issues.

I took my mustang into caliber collision to have exterior body work completed. I am very particular on what I put on my muscle car, basically rebuilding my mustang to look amazing. Anyone that drives a muscle car understands it’s not only what’s under the hood that’s important but also the exterior as well. Jake and the entire caliber collision crew did just that. When it comes to customizing your car there’s no expense spared and they instill confidence that you’ll leave happy. They not only met but exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend caliber collision for any work. Thanks again you guys were amazing!

Went out and got three estimates from Body Shops all within a mile of each other. Threw out the high and low bids and went with Caliber on Evans Ave. in Denver with the middle bid. Friendly, got me in and out in a week for major body damage and paint job. I highly recommend this shop.

I wouldnt take my worst enemys car or truck here. Just read the bad reviews nothing has changed. If they allowed pictures I would show you in the review. Two weeks to put a bumper on and it didnt look right. It was a after bumper that didnt line up right. They said they couldnt do anything about it. Several weeks later when I had a minute a brought it to the attention of the manager and he adjusted it so it looked even but, not the way it was. My insurance company recommend them. Dont do it. If you do I warned you. These people giving it 5 stars are probably there buddies or just dumb. I had a part they broke in my truck and they just left it in my truck.People should look at the stars how they are all 5s or 1s this manager is a con artist. After I gave him a 1 star he called and I guess he was at a loss of words. It looks like he has someone give a 5 star for every 1 star if you look at the posts. What I had experienced is what happened to several other people.

Im disappointed. I waited 3 weeks for an appointment slot that fit into my schedule. When I get to the shop Im told there was a mixup with my appointment time cuz some with a similar name was confused for me and took my appointment time and that I would now have to wait an hour now. I couldnt wait, so I had leave.If this shop cant get peoples names straight and their resolution was to just ask me to wait for the other customers appointment time then I can guarantee too they have other issues too.If you choose repair your car here Id suggest double checking the parts theyre putting on your car. Hopefully theyre better with car parts names than peoples names...

I have brought my 2013 VW SUV to Elder auto a few times. Ramon and his team are super professional. Ramon also knows other professionals in the auto repair, auto body business and is always available to refer me to another professional as needed. Just today, I needed a quick estimate for body work, and all shops were booked a week or two out. Ramon gave me the name of a shop and got me connected with the manager, who based on Ramons reputation, took a look at my car same day.

Apparently some Caliber locations are ok but I dont know how these guys are in business. Called to make an appointment several times, no call back. I tried again a week later, someone answered after it ringing a dozen times (at 1pm). I scheduled an appointment for second opinion on a damage estimate later that day. I show up they say I have no appointment & am at the wrong location. I check my call log and read the last four digits of the phone number & ask if thats them. She replied curtly, whats the rest of the number? Like I was lying? I figure out who I talked to, she goes back to get the lady (who clearly showed no desire to help me). Didnt bring out a camera or notepad, quickly glanced at at my previous estimate, barely looked at the car, provided yes or no answers (like pulling teeth) and got rid of me as quickly as possible. I was done with my estimate in two minutes, tops. Basic customer service isnt that hard is it?

I know of another Global location that is horrible but this location cannot be the one that these terrible reviews on here are referring to. This location does great work. I had them re repair my car because another location was terrible and I am now really pleased. The manager is genuinely interested in a job well done. He addressed my concerns at great length and my car now looks fabulous. My car is 7 months old and I was concerned that it may never be the same, especially after what the other shop did. It absolutely looks amazing and if something happens again I would not hesitate to bring it here again. I just know that if you brought your car to this particular location and had any issue whatsoever that you could tell this manager and it would be taken care of. And not just hastily bandaged either. Legitimately addressed and fixed. I recommend this location whole heartedly.

Gave them 1 star only because I couldn’t give them none. I wouldn’t bring a bicycle to these incompetents. Had some front end damage from sliding into a curb. Original estimate was for $1500, one week later they changed it to $4500. Car was promised in two weeks but it took them over 3. Finally got my car back and it had a front grinding noise and a wobble. Brought it back and was told “Oops, we forgot to replace the bent rotor”. This cost me another day of rental car and they submitted another claim to my insurance. Got the car back again and the transaxle starts leaking transmission fluid. Had the car towed back to them for repairs and the service advisor argues with me saying its motor oil. He finally agrees to have it checked and lo and behold it is transmission fluid leaking from a seal they screwed up when replacing the axle. This cost me 3 more days of a rental car and they submitted another claim to my insurance, even though they caused the problem. Service advisor tells me not to worry because insurance is paying for it, yeah, right. Caliber submits claims for problems they caused, my insurance pays them and my rates go up. Two more things: 1) Caliber charges for a diagnostic test before starting work (no problems found), after completing repairs they do another diagnostic test and charge double the rate for the same exact test. The second test should have been free as it was their responsibility to check the work they did. 2) Brought my car to the dealer for scheduled service and was told I am missing the main front end splash guard. Apparently this was something else Caliber either missed or forgot to replace when they took it off. This cost me $179 because I’ll be damned if I bring it back to Caliber. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS. Service is lousy and they treat customers like dirt.

I needed a body shop, after a mishap with a parking garage entrance and my car. The parking garage gate won, darn! I called my insurance company, and they suggested three different boy shops. Of course, I did my research on Yelp! the BBB, and other research on the internet. I decided to go with Caliber Collision on E. Evan Ave, in Denver. Im glad I did.The damage to my car was cosmetic, so I could have just let it go, but I didnt want to. This was my first accident, my car was only 3 years old with only 12,000 miles on it. Of course, I had to have it taken care of.I took my car to Caliber Collision, and got an estimate on it. The damage was $3,000, and my portion was less, due to my insurance coverage. Thank goodness for insurance! Anyway, I asked when I could get it in, and was given the date of the following Tuesday. Great! I was also told the repairs would take three to four weeks! Yes, weeks! Yikes!!! I wanted it done, so there was nothing I could do about it. I was at their mercy.I took my car in, and picked up a rental car. I left my car in their capable hands, and proceeded on with my day. Caliber Collision kept me informed every step of the way. There were absolutely no surprises. AND, my car was ready in eight days! Yes, the repairs only took two weeks! I was thrilled, absolutely thrilled to get my car (a Subaru Legacy) back! The work was done perfectly, and the paint job matched too!Thank you, Caliber Collision! Great job! You took good care of my car, and me as well!

Job was done on time and on budget. Ive used Caliber several times previously (although not this location) with good results. I was pleased with the job done.

The people at Caliber Collision bent over backwards to meet my needs!My car was going to be ready when my schedule disallowed me from picking up my car. My insurance company (quite rightly) only covered my rental until my car was ready. Brad and Lamont worked to find a solution that would work with my schedule and helped prevent additional rental fees.Additionally, Brad kept me updated every step of the way, in some cases breaking mechanical technicalities into bite sized pieces that a vehicularly challenged guy like me could understand.I highly recommend Caliber Collision. They did a really great job with my car tbh dont see what the hate is all about. I bought my car used and it had a couple of dents and scratches didnt fixed it until I got into a accident; well the dents and states that were there b4 are now gone! When I went to retrieve my car they detailed it inside and outside you can tell that this company is serious about there customers. Bravo Caliber Collison!👌🖒
