My dryer went out right after my warranty was up. Called for a repair an paid the diagnostic and travel fee up front. The tech came and it was a minor issue a thermal fuse which cost 20$ paid 125$ for part an labor. Called the repair manager that was only hungry for the cash an nothing more trying to understand breakdown of fees. 40 for part remaining towards labor feel completly ripped off when it was less than 30min. Never again will I give them my cash.

I was looking for a washer fast. And just so happen to run across their number. The customer service rep who assist me was friendly and extremely helpful. But i have a issue with my washer it will not drain and i the washer is under 6months old from purchase time. I cant afford to buy another washer at this time and i have a pretty large family. I hope i can have one of your techs to come look at it. Because if not thats 200 plus dollars on the curb.

I scheduled service for my dryer and I couldnt be more satisfied. All the staff was professional and very helpful. The tech was experienced and honest. I was told by a different company that I needed another unit but little did I know I only had a blown fuse. The technician was in and out. Thank you Ecopliance!

The worst customer service ever. My refrigerator went out on a Saturday. They could not be there until Wednesday. I lost over $50.00 worth of food. After the repair gentleman came on Wednesday and said it was fixed, it still did not work. They then said he was rushed and so it was my fault. The receptionist and or scheduler is extremely rude and does not care about pleasing the customers.

Terrible Terrible. Your washer and dryer will break right after your warranty ends. They do not take good care of the washers or dryers at the store. The literally buy them and sell them broken. Ive had both washer and dryer for 7 months both has broken on me a plethora of times. Its ridiculous. I know there used but dang bro really? I paid almost 800 for what i thought was some good digital display appliances and they both were duds. I highly recommend another used appliance store. Not to even mention the customer service was terrible. I think i spoke with a lisa at the denver store and she was just completely rude. If i could give negative stars i would. All around trash. Have a nice day!

The sales people at the Colorado Springs Store are great. The warranty department is not. They did a repair under warranty (May 2020) that failed 2 months later (July 2020). Despite it being THEIR repair they refuse stand behind their work and fix their own failed repair. Same error code in May 2020 and July 2020. They also refused to fix my LED panel in May 2020 because the washer still washed. They also never answered the phone when you call. You have to wait until they get around to calling you back.

They deserve 0 stars. They advertise a warranty but dont stand behind their warranty. Specifically speaking on their own labor. They installed my dishwasher incorrectly. They came out and wouldnt reinstall the unit because they said it doesnt fall under the warranty. If I wanted the unit reinstalled they would charge me a $125 install fee. How about install it correctly?

Find another repair shop. Find another appliance store. They dont stand behind their warranty. And they have unqualified technicians. Keep googling for another company. Thats the best way to save your money and sanity.

How about you reinstall my dishwasher and if it’s the same result I’ll pay the fee? If it’s corrected upon reinstall I don’t pay the fee. Simple question....why didn’t my previous dishwasher have this problem. I have the same floors and same countertops and my previous dishwashers didn’t have this problem. So why am I having this issue now? Because your technician didn’t do it correctly that’s why.They installed the unit incorrectly. They won’t come again and reinstall the unit. They don’t stand behind their warranty. Not very good customer service at all. They don’t listen to the customer. They only go of off their “notes” from their technician. Very one sided.

I am all about supporting family run businesses, but this has got to be the worst experience I’ve had in my life. My parents bought a fridge from the Colorado Springs store and after a short while, had to have it replaced with another “new” one but not before I had to make 20 calls to their facility in Denver and finally having someone pick up the phone. Another short while later, this “new” fridge starts completely freezing over in the back and effectively stopping any of the fans from working and keeping our food cold. Rotted about $300 worth of food because they couldn’t get someone in to fix the problem until a week and a half later. Even after the first three visits, this happens every 1-2 month but now it makes a very loud buzzing noise which we can’t even speak or hear over. Tried asking for a refund or a replacement, but they said we weren’t eligible for for one. Only offered a $50 refund for a $750 fridge after demanding one. Received another visit recently and was told that they couldn’t fix the buzzing noise because it wasn’t listed in the work order given to them. The warranty expires tomorrow and they have fixed none of our issues with this fridge after nine months. Please save yourself the pain of working with this company, they will drag out every problem until your warranty is over or until it is too late for a refund.

All of the employees are easy to work with! We have a stacked washer and dryer and the two men that came out to fix the issues were polite and helped me understand the issue. I recommend ecopliance for any repair needs!

**UPDATE** - 10/30/17: Since my last review Ecopliance management reached out to my husband Steve personally and realized they were not aware of the issues we were having. Once they were made aware, they offered to do whatever it took to make the situation right. Scott went above and beyond to immediately swap out the broken appliances for newer, upgraded ones. I am so happy to have a working fridge, washer, and dryer! Thank you so much Scott!, they are great! **** I advise anyone who wants working appliances to stay as far away from this place as possible. We bought a refrigerator, washer, dryer, dishwasher, and range and thought we were getting a great deal. We have to return the range because we dont have gas hook up in our kitchen (totally our fault), but out of the other appliances the only working one is the dishwasher. The dryer wont turn on, was told the circuit board was bad, tech came out twice to fix it and still does not work, same with the fridge - the compressor shuts off randomly and everything in the freezer defrost/melts, food goes bad in the fridge - tech replaced the temp sensors, still doesnt work. The washing machine bounces around everywhere and unplugs itself during the spin cycle even after completely leveling it. They require 3 service calls to attempt to fix the broken appliance before they will replace it, meanwhile It is now going on 5 weeks without working appliances and over $500 in lost groceries from food spoiling and $50 spent at the laundry mat because I cant do my laundry at home! Do NOT buy from this place!

I was worried about the delivery, but it went off without a hitch. They called to let me know they were on the way, and were right on time. Eric and Jube were friendly, patient, and efficient. They carried my appliances up three floors with smiles and good natures. They were careful and thorough with installation, making sure the appliances worked before they left. They had to remove a door to get the appliances in, but replaced it just fine. I am very happy with their good service!

Got a good deal on a fridge, half the price of new. Works great! The delivery team was on time and took exceptional care of my floor and the fridge bringing it in to the house. They hooked up the water for the ice and answered any last questions I had.

Absolutely terrible customer service. We purchased an LG washer/dryer over a month ago, and upon installation, we discovered the washer was not functional. The sale included a 6 month warranty, but nothing has been done thus far. We have contacted the Ecopliance numerous times, and have only had one service call from a tech who was unable to fix the unit. The customer service representative with whom we have been dealing is terrible, and refuses to acknowledge any issues, simply telling us that when a tech is available, they will repair the unit. It has been over a month and we still dont have a working washer!!!!! At this point, I just want my money back, but they refuse to refund!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

I took my brother-in-law there as I had two good previous experiences there. The trip to the facility was fine and the couple people that we talked to there were very good. However the delivery had a lot to be desired. First, the delivery was supposed to be in the morning. They called the afternoon before and said that the delivery would be 1-5 the next afternoon. Called at 420 and they were still out on deliveties and his was next, and they had a problem with one of their other deliveries. At 552pm they called that it would be another 30 minutes. They siad that they had a problem with their last delivery They finally showed up and the rest went smoothly. Basically, our whole day was shot waiting on this delivery. Not happy with the late delivery.

They go way above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of should something happen to your appliance. Do not hesitate, drop in and check out what they have. Eric and Skyler were great for delivery. However, the refrigerator, which I spent nearly 2500 bucks upon, did NOT work. This was tremendously disappointing. To their credit, the owner of Ecopliance reached out to me on Monday (the first day of business after delivery), and got the machine running. I am pleased Ecopliance has been so forthright in addressing the issue. There was a small re-assembly issue, after the repair, which i have made the owner aware of, and hopefully that can be addressed, as well (it is 2 minute job that simply pertains to the clips when it was put back together). If this issue is also addressed, and the thing keeps running well, I plan on taking them back to 5 star, and referring my neighbors.

Sammi in Service was great to work with. As with any appliance repair, sometimes the machines just don’t want to cooperate. Well, she stuck with it until the problem was resolved and our fridge was humming along again.I wish I could work with her on every issue we have around the house!

Seriously really bad, stay away from this place, both appliances I bought were broken! They tried to repair 1 and couldnt, they swapped it with a unit that was half as good looking and a total piece of junk. Staff communication was horrible, they shouldnt even be in business! Wait until the holiday sales and buy new or you will regret it!
