Great customer service from the Appliance Factory Fine Lines location in Parker! I just had appliances delivered today. I thought everything was fine, but one of the delivery guys noticed the hinge on the fridge was broken and recommended I send it back for replacement. Sales guy was friendly and knowledgeable. Install team was quick but 2 out of 3 appliances were installed wrong. Within days of the install all 3 needed service. They couldn’t have cared less, provided a number for me to call to get service. Once they made the sale they were done helping. Don’t let the install guys leave until every feature of every appliance is tested fully.

It is rare these days to find the exceptional lever of customer focused attention that was exhibited by our sales representative Andrew during our experience with Appliance Factory Fine Lines. Randy was great to work with, I had an older model Viking that I couldnt figure out the parts I needed. Randy helped me pull out a current floor model, measure attachment points, and look up the parts for order. Watch out Appliance Factory practices false advertising! I bought a stove online from them and paid for it. When I called to pick it up they told me they were not going to honor the price I paid. They said there was a mistake. Steer clear of these guys.

The salesperson we are working with wants to meet us at our desire for budget and quality. They showed us many examples of various products and packages optimizing both brand and pricing. We will place our order with them and update review after the install.

In late fall 2017, we rented a house in Wash Park. The dishwasher broke down immediately and the microwave quit working two weeks later. Our landlord selected two top-of-the-line GE products from Contract Appliance. Both times, it was Justin and his crew who removed the old appliance and installed the new. Justin confirmed each appointment a few days before and when while in transit, just as I had asked. This house was built in the 1920s and the wiring was not simple, but Justin handled that. In the past, Ive lived without these standard kitchen appliances, or with ones that worked poorly; and so I really appreciate the models that our landlord selected. The guys were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Its great to know that they are only a phone call away.

It is easy to write a 5 Star review when things go smoothly, but I think what truly warrants a great review is when your order becomes challenging and your sales rep fights for you and the best solution. Im a local custom builder and needed a special order chimney hood I knew was on back order. Seth was my sales rep and kept me in the loop the entire time and was honest with delivery dates even if it was bad news. As deadlines approached he researched tons of other units which would fit my application and look good while the original manufacturer couldnt produce on time. He knew his building codes and proper install techniques inside and out. I will definitely be going back to Seth and Contract Appliance for all of my appliance needs.

I purchased on May 15th. and my kitchen was installed on June 15th. It was right on schedule. I was very happy with the delivery people and installation. They did great job. Purchased all new kitchen appliances including a Bosch downdraft ventilation system. Kitchen remodel was based on dimensions of new appliances. Ventilation system NEVER worked properly. Multiple excuses from Bosch. The appliance fan does not have enough CFMs to operate properly. This is a design issue as documented by their own service techs. Contract Appliance sold the appliance as a ventilation solution - now they assume no responsibility for it not working as built nor a replacement appliance.

I went into this location about a month ago and was referred from a sister location as they did not have what my husband and I where looking for. We had apparently gone in through the Appliance factory outlet side but made our way over to the contract side and started to work with a Mr. Tam Vo. We where asking him questions and he was very knowledgeable and polite but we where rudely interrupted by another employee who I am assuming worked on the outlet side. This young man rudely interrupted Mr. Vo and stated he would take us to the other side and get our information when we where already working with Mr. Vo. I thought this was very unprofessional of this young man to come and in a sense steal a customer from right in front of Mr. Vo. My husband and I where very unimpressed with not only this young mans lack of knowledge of the product he was trying to sell to us, but also with the disrespect he showed to Mr. Vo. What my husband and I where impressed with was the way that Mr. Vo kept his composure and stayed very calm while this rude young man came over and rudely interrupted. We where so impressed with Mr. Vo that we decided to come back to this store another day to finish the business we had started with Mr. Vo and we are very happy that we did. Mr. Vo was very knowledgeable with all the appliances that you guys had on display, he knew what would work best for what we wanted and he steered us in the right direction as far as what he knew to be the best of the best. He has made the entire process so easy for my husband and I to understand and he did not hesitate to answer any questions or clarify anything that we did not understand! They subbed out our appliance installs to Brand Source. They dented our new hardwood floors. They told us we had to submit a claim on our homeowners insurance to proceed on our behalf! Horrible customer service and I am sure a business of this size has insurance to cover these type of things. DO NOT USE!!
