They had a large selection and I was able to take my time and do some research before purchasing. My delivery team was wonderful. Kudos to salesman Dave and store manager John B. at the Appliance Factory on Colorado Blvd. in Denver. Due to a screw-up completely of my own making, the new refrigerator I ordered didnt fit in my kitchen. Their delivery guys couldnt have been nicer about it, and John quickly helped me find an alternative that will *actually* fit without giving me a hard time or charging me anything extra for the failed delivery attempt of the first fridge. Good customer service is rarer than it should be these days, so I try to call it out when I experience it. Thanks to those guys!

The salesman on the new appliance side was rude as heck. We needed to buy a few items to replace worn out items at our family home which is where were staying temporarily while we continue looking for our forever home.All of this means that I will definitely NOT spend any money with him.Alternatively, the manager on the used appliance side was AMAZING!! Went for a single item and purched two additional items. If I ever need used appliance I might return because of my experience with him. However that other guy is just plain out rude. If my husband didnt locate the used appliance side I would have walked out because of how rude and unhelpful he was. I wish I could have a conversation with the owner.!The used sales manager is the reason for the 3 stars. If not for him this would simply be a scathing 0 star review.!

Originally ordered a washer/dryer stack online with 24 hour delivery. After not hearing from them after 3 days, I called. They said they we out of stock, and may be available in 4-5 months. Asked for more immediate options, which I was told by Jonathan Metoyer would be provided in 30 min via email. Called back after 6 hours of nothing - would be provided in 30 min via email... Called back after 8 hours of nothing. Eventually got some options.Seemed like a good deal. Delivery guys were great. However, the appliances were dusty (whatever), scratched on the sides (fine), and scratched on the windows (Bit annoying).I, trying to be reasonable, reached out to the sales associate again, Jonathan Metoyer, asking if they had any replacement doors. I dont frankly care if theyre used, but would prefer that they at least appear new, or work.No reply after a week. Neither device works with SmartThings app. No response from Appliance Warehouse.Overall, just a garbage transaction.

I had a great experience hear today at Appliance Factory, my sales man was John Bray. My freezer went out on me a couple of days ago, and I was able to get a new freezer and save the food in the old freezer. Thanks Appliance Factory and especially John Bray.

This was a random stop! Jon b helped us out ...he was Fast, friendly , knowledgeable ! Helped us pick a new washer! Were in and out in no time .thanks JonUpdate : a week later ...The delivery process was so janky and unprofessional I will never use this company again ...Drop off was supposed to be 2:30 to 4:30pm ...5pm rolls around- still a no show... so I call to get an update at 5 pm...the guy at the store said he would call me back but he never did !And the guys show up a hour and. Half late with out calling / unprofessional- no common courtesy.Supposedly the driver was injured but again the lack of communication is unprofessional period.

After looking at other Appliance Factory Outlets for a very specific product, Josh at the Colorado Blvd location was able to do some extra leg work, research, and make some calls to track down exactly what I was looking for. He was helpful, professional, and always very quick to respond. He even followed up several times to see how the delivery went, and how I was enjoying my new appliances. This store location is not the closest to my house, but I will make sure to reach out to Josh again for future appliance purchases. Thanks for making this process and purchase so easy!

We had our fridge go out and needed a new fridge right away! Evan helped not only find the fridge I wanted, but made sure that I could get all the discounts possible - helped soften the blow of having to buy a new one. Two days later we were good to go with a brand new fridge.

The store manager, Guido, was helpful in getting us the right washer/dryer to fit our small closet. He was able to advise us on what would and would not fit due to the space needed for venting connections. The pricing was great (in line with other stores if not better) and we saved a HUGE amount on our dryer that was out of the box. Guido was kind and easy to work with. I would recommend seeing him for any appliance need. Also, the installation was very fast, clean and done by a professional crew. No wall marks on the walls and they called in the morning to let us know what time to expect them and they met the time window.

Worse than terrible. They promised a delivery date, so I took time from work. I called early to get a timeframe and the dude said he’d call me right back. No call. When I called later they said they had never scheduled it for delivery. The staff couldn’t care less. I think they sold my appliances to someone else. Absolutely terrible. One would think they’d care more about their customers at a time so many businesses are struggling.

This is the only place to get appliances. We just a great deal on a washer/dryer from John. Our last washer from them (when they were Leftys) just broke after 21 years - no more parts available.

Too expensive, I bought a piece for a refrigerator and they sold it to me for $107.00 dollars when I left the place, I checked in other places and the same product was for $20.00 dollars and the person who attended to me did not want to return my money. He told me that if he gave a good review to his store he would discount me $5.00 dollars, I will never give my money back to this store, they are shameless

Do not buy from this place! I bought a top of the line dishwasher from them. The sales rep had no knowledge of the product and didn’t know that the heating mechanism was changed. When I complained about it not drying his only answer was to use jet-dry. They do not allow returns or exchanges. The third party installers brought the wrong dishwasher and had to come back with the correct one. They installed it incorrectly and I then had to get a plumber to fix it. My advice - go elsewhere

DISCLAIMER: I was forced to leave a star otherwise I would have left none.I am writing this over a year since my wife and I bought a washer and dryer from appliance factory of Denver. Upon installation (which was an added cost) our linoleum flooring was ripped up. Flash forward a whopping 4 months later, we were finally able to get a representative to come out and look at the damage. From there we were instructed to get 3 quotes and they will compensate us for one of those options. We promptly acquired the necessary quotes and were told (roughly a month later) that they will pay us for the cheapest of the options. We are now 7 months past that time in October, still awaiting our compensation. This business has no regard for their customers and should be avoided at all costs. I would not step foot into this establishment even if they offered me every appliance they have for free. And I would suggest you do the same.They are the absolute worst.

My dishwasher broke and was going to be $400+ to repair. I live in North Park Hill and stopped by on my way home from work to see what they offered. Great selection and friendly service. Found out they sell out of box items (still include warranty, but the box has been damaged for whatever reason) and saved an extra 15% on the price of my new dishwasher. Prices are competitive, would definitely shop Appliance Factory again.

Went in to inquire about a queen.sized bed. Spoke with an employee about what they had available. I was planning to get said bed but was told they didnt have the platform that I needed. The employee then informed me that I could get one for a really good price on Amazon. I left and went to work. Didnt give it another thought till I got home from work. Looked on Amazon for my platform bed frame and what do I see? A better mattress and platform bed frame for less then just the mattress I was prepared to get on payday. So thank you for your advice. And being a Prime member makes my shipping and handling free....I forgot to mention. I would have to carry the mattress across the street. Or pay 75$ for delivery. Best advice Ive ever been given. I have been less than impressed so far with Appliance factory’s customer service. Not only did half of my appliances not work on arrival I have spent a lot of time coordinating with a 3rd party repair service that is only given partial information. On top of that I have had poor communication. I am still trying to get my appliances working...

We went looking for a slide in stove (which I was having a hard time finding) and Jesse, our sales associate, was very helpful. He had one that was the color and price we were looking for. It looks great in our kitchen! Since our purchase Jesse has been available for questions and has been very helpful. We have decided to go back and buy a refrigerator and dishwasher and possibly a dryer from him as well. I would recommend shopping at Appliance Factory Outlet and working with Jesse.

I walked in to Appliance Factory Parts last week scratching me head because I couldnt figure out what was wrong with my range. The guy in the parts store was able to help me trouble shoot and resolve my issue. The part was a little more but the help they provided was well worth the extra $3.
