Be forewarned, if you park in the front parking lot near closing time, the store locks the doors before closing and you must walk around the outside of the store.I was with my 2 little girls and am disabled. I parked in the disabled parking in front of the store just before closing. I asked to be let back out through the door that I came in, pointed out that Im disabled, and was basically told that I had to walk around the building in the dark with my two little girls. The sidewalk is right next to Brinker road, and does not actually connect the two parking lots. If I had known this I would have parked in back. The manager was rude about it. I honestly felt like this is poor customer service, and at the very least the store could put up a sign. I have no business walking through uneven ground, and can not chase down the kids if they dart into the road. My kids are well behaved and did not do this, but I was still nervous. I parked in a safe place and was forced to venture where it was not so safe. This could be avoided and is not necessary.

Michael was great! Timely & very friendly. It was a busy Saturday when I was in & he was calm & not frazzled with the growing line to check out. Great experience overall.

Cashier MICHAEL on 10/23/21 was so helpful and kind during my checkout process. It was a busy Saturday, but he did not make me feel rushed. I was purchasing some glass items and some clothing. We worked together to wrap the glass in the clothing, so they did not break (so smart). I always find great things at this store in all depts - lots of things to choose from, and I like a good treasure hunt. Thanks Michael!

We love this Thrift Giant! Every time we go, we find something. It is organized well, and they are always adding new stock. Michael was very helpful and kind the last time we visited, everyone is aways helpful!

Michael was kind, positive and helpful with questions we had. My last experience here was not great, and the quality customer service from Michael has made it so I will for sure come back.

First off, Id like to say that I love thrift stores but when you have someone that works there like Ezequiel, it makes the experience that much better. Ezequiel is a cashier that actually packed everything so safely, it arrives home in one piece. So thank you Ezequiel for taking such good care of your customers, I want you to know that we appreciate you.

I really wanted to like this place, but it is gross. I could not discern any kind of store layout; it smelled funky, and what I saw looked like junk that has been stored in someones garage...Like there was a thin layer of grey garage dust on everything. Believe me, I am not a picky, upturned nose person- This place is nowhere near as clean as other local thrift stores.

We dropped off some donation boxes which is located at the back parking lot of Thrift Giant. Dont go inside and ask Thrift Giant employees about donation, they dont seem to have time for you. Just go around the back parking lot and youll see a donation sign. The R2SDFW employee was very nice helpful, I had Billy there helped me unload and made the whole thing so quick and easy.

First time coming here today (with my best friend) to find a skirt. Found a lot of good stuff and bought more than I originally planned! Darly was our cashier and was very friendly. Great employee! Will be coming back soon!

When I dropped off my donations today,BILLY, was the person who assisted me! He was such a nice, professional, and very courteous man. If I could give him ten stars…I would! Good job Billy!

Pretty decent thrift store. Good sized. I got lucky and didnt realize it and came on a day where almost everything was half off so got some great steals.

Aurelia was so sweet and was able to get a beautiful Crystal pumpkin that we found without a price, priced and out to us right before we left! We love this location!

This is a great place to shop, unfortunately their posted hours are not observed. The time on the door said they close at 8:00, unfortunately it would appear they close earlier than that, I arrived at 7:45 and they were escorting everyone out of the store and they locked the doors. I would suggest arriving before 7:00 or go somewhere else.

Miss Grace checked us out in the store today. She was friendly and pleasant and even made me laugh :-) Grace is gracious like her name suggests. Hope she has a good day

When I went in, and was in a hurry Grace was super helpful in getting my checked out very efficiently and had a great attitude and brightened up my day.Kylie was also amazing in helping me find the perfect out fit for Halloween and everything else I was looking for!

The employees are almost never friendly. If something doesnt have a price tag or isnt priced they think its some big conspiracy on the customers part and they will not sell you the item. Rather than just calling a manager over or somebody to come and price the item. And it was a basic, off-brand tshirt. I had a ton of items and I had already decided if they would not offer to get the item priced, I would leave. This is not the 1st time this has happened. The price was smudged on a kids bike once while I was there, I questioned an associate and she said, we cant sell it to you, we have to take it back to the back. How hard would it have been to get it priced right away? Seriously, what is management for if not for issues like this?Update...looking back at reviews from others, 5 months ago somebody had written pretty much the same thing as me about finding items and not being able to purchase them because they werent priced. A message from the owner says something along the lines of, Im sorry we will send this issue to our management team. Either the management team does not care or whoever is responding does not care because it is still an issue. And not one that I alone am having.

No matter the collective number of items each shopper had bundled for purchase, Grace expediently, politely & professionally checked each individual out all while making sure to answer any & all questions a customer might have in addition to presenting proper store information such as upcoming seasonal sales.Perfection!

Arrived at their donation center at 7:30 in the evening. Oscar was friendly and helpful in getting the bags of ladies clothing from my trunk. This is my go-to place for donating.

Amazing prices. You have to sift through a lot of lower quality stuff, but there are many gems here! They don’t price up much and they frequently have 50% off sales.

Never take donations here. I separated all trash, neatly boxed actually valuable items from my storage that i was paying to store..it was household goods, clothes, toys, hardware, etc. 2nd time in a row two lazy employees came out and barely spoke while they tried to pick through my boxes for what they wanted. I will throw a truckload of good stuff in the dumpster before I stand there and put up with that. They didnt even say a word or blink when I said nevermind and left because they are just lazy and dont want to unload for the benefit of their own charity. Disgusting place.

Nice place. We usually find something and their prices are typically pretty good. I buy most of my work shirts there because I go through shirts quickly and its nice knowing I at least got them inexpensively.

Decently sized and with some cool stuff, but overpriced. Build a bears were like $5 a piece for just the plain bears.

I usually have a good experience at this store, but today I encountered three employees arguing while doing my shopping. There was an older employee screaming at a younger man about how he doesn’t do his job right. I found it very unprofessional of her to do that especially during working hours. It made me feel uncomfortable, and question if i want to go back to this location.

Ive found some phenomenal deals on clothes and furniture here. Highly recommend!

One of me and my friends favorite thrift stores! It is well organized! You arent necessarily going to find the best/highest quality of things as some things do look pretty worn and they dont have many name brand things as those go by fast. Theres a wide variety of what they carry! It is not only clothes but mainly clothes. Their prices are pretty good! Some things still seem a bit high but in general stuff is around $5. They do not take returns sadly and there is no fitting room.

Although they do have nice , gently used pieces, their attitudes turned me off . I picked up a Keurig machine that has 2.95 marked, when I got to the register the young rude Mexican girl told me in a snobby, accident someone rubbed of the one so it was 12.95. She look d and said it as she was insinuating that I tampered with the price. I was solo embarrassed and upset. The two so called shift leader names Monica or Claudia was extremely rude too. I had over 100.00 worth of items in my cart but after that encounter I left everything on the register and left. I understand that things happen but to talk to me in a ride nasty manner is unacceptable. If she would have said Im sorry maam this price is incorrect I do apologize but I cant sell it for $2.95 , I would have been like okay things happen but the fact that she was rude and nasty how she talked to me. Girl bye

Normally i like shopping here but yesterday when i was there i ran into a “ manager “ mistreating one of her employees very disrespectfuly. Not only that but from my observation from standing in line watching her she had no manager like attitude , while being on her phone and even talking on the phone laughing even though there was people waiting to check out. I even believe her husband walked in the store unless she just flirts with people who walk in , i don’t know? this place has disgusted me i feel really bad for the cashiers and i really hope that so called manager gets corrected in some way for her behavior. There are kids in the store and she’s yelling cuss words as if it’s funny. Very unprofessional and very disrespectful woman. Never coming back here again.

This is my go to thrift store. I drive an hour a couple times a month just to go. I love the 50% off days.A few complaints that are keeping me from leaving 5 stars are that I have been dozens of times and still get to meet a nice employee, they are all very rude. Also they never have enough cashiers, some days expect to wait in a very long line for over 30 minutes. I have had to leave my stuff and go because it’s taken so long and I have small children that can’t stand in line that long.

Good selection but every time i fond a really good find the staff makes some excuse not to sell it and take it for them selfs, takes all the fun out of coming me! Your staff souldnt be able to not sell you some and just take it from you!

Tried to Buy some golf clubs individually but the guy at the counter said they didnt have a price so he had to take them to get priced.. I came back to pick up a $70 rug my wife bought and asked if they had a price for them yet? another cashier told me its probably sold as a set and it we found an 8.99 on the golf bag for the whole Set.. The clubs i grabbed earlier were still not put back in the bag so i waited for them, to find them. Then they tell me they arent going to sell them as a set anymore and that i cant buy them today!! Very shady way of doing business after we spent over $100 in their store..

A really good alternative to a Goodwill or Salvation Army. Typically stocked in every department and fairly organized, always having sales. A little disorganized lately but that hasnt been the norm. Pricing is sometimes inconsistent but still affordable.

Its one of my favorite thirft stores. I usually always find something there.

Love this place. They keep it clean, organized and have a HUGE selection of items. I make a trip here at least every other week just to dig through stuff. Most is pretty great quality, brand names, etc. The staff is helpful, kind and BUSY. I definitely recommend them

I like the selections. I would probably give no more than 3 or 4 stars for a store like this. The credibility relies on the staff and inventory. Its basically a place that resales merchandise. The end. Find what you want, pay the price, leave. Want more? Go to an outlet store. If not, this is a good place to visit. Its an excellent place to find clothes for work... which is what I did today. Lets just enjoy the fact we have stores available like this.

One of the best thrift giants I have been to. The only thing I didnt like was that the dressing room was closed. I did buy alot of stuff. They price things low and have sales every day. You can download the app or check them out on Facebook to see the daily deals.

Ever since since COVID-19 hit, prices went up dramatically. I would say, the best time to get the most of your dollar is to come on sale day.

Great selection for a great price! I have probably bought about $1000 worth of clothes here for about $200. Almost all of my favorite clothes came from here! Its also a wonderful place to take anything you dont want anymore and give it back to the community!

I love going to Thrift Giant and depend on the ability to find great prices for clothing and other items. I don’t know what has prompted a change in the prices but within the past three weeks the prices have been raised to ridiculous amounts. One specific item was priced at 19.99 and I went to Walmart and bought the very same item for 12.99. I normally frequent this store but now I can get better prices at Ross or TJMax on some items. Home decor items can be purchased with coupons at Hobby Lobby or Joann’s for a cheaper price. So disappointed that myself and others are donating items and you are now becoming greedy and price gouging people who depend on your store to take care of themselves and their families. I am not alone in my feelings as I said something to the checkout person during my last visit. She said that people had been complaining all day. Please stop this nonsense and bring back the precious prices.

Great discount store. I took my daughter to find a couch for her new house that she shares with other students. They have LR furniture right in front at entrance. We found a love seat and matching chair for $35. Perfect condition. We went to the register. Paid. And within seconds two men had it loaded in the pickup truck. Quick. No hassle. No wait. No problems. I wish we had one of these stores in Waco area.
