Tried to purchase a firearm today and these people have no idea what they are doing. The only helpful person was Brenda the manager who showed me that Walmart had what meant in stock to purchase even tho several people told they were out of stock. So not only are people super lazy, they also just do not care about the customers.

Useless employees that do nothing but stand in the middle of the isle just having a conversation or on their phone blocking customers. Very rarely do you ever find a Walmart employee that knows where anything is but this place defines saying. Overall its not terrible but its far from the cleanest.

Halloween stock was basically empty. To be expected but the whole isle was trashed with half open wigs and makeup and it was disgusting. The staff was nice, though. Walmart is generally a good store to shop at

One of the dirtiest walmarts I have been to. The bathrooms are never kept up and falling apart. The isles are closer together as well and feels like I am shopping at the dollar store. Isles were just neglected. Sad.

Walked in to buy a few things and the checkout lines were 8 deep. We left.

Ordered groceries for pick up for the first time..AWFUL! My order was suppose to be fulfilled between 6-7pm. Did not get notification until 9:30pm that it was ready. When I arrived was 5 cars trying to call no one answering the phone. Waited 30 minutes to get my groceries. Only because a nice young lady, doing it by herself came out with a load to deliver to another car next to me. Should have had more help for her, if they call in managers, supervisors should be helping her! If your going to have a on line pickup run it with pride. I normally use teasley location...will not make the mistake ordering from loop 288 location again. Do us a favor and discontinue your online shopping pickup option. Or run it with HELP for the one and only one you had working!!

It’s your typical Walmart these days. Packed like crazy during peak hours, employees don’t speak to you unless spoken to first. Which is ok, because they can’t really help anyway, most don’t know the layout of the store or where an item is any more than you do.

Their automotive department completely ruined 2 of my vehicles because they incorrectly did the oil changes. I filed a claim and they have just avoided me. Walmart does not back their work or take care of their customers.WHAT HAPPENED to THE CORE VALUES… You know where the customer counts. It’s a joke. Absolutely no customer service or value !!!!

Most of the employees dont help or show the customers respect. Also the store needs a lot of improvement, such as the motorized carts and it needs to be organized better. I have worked for Walmart before and when l worked for them it was way better than this store.

The eye store fixed my glasses at no charge!! Really nice guy. He looked up my insurance, but they didnt have my insurance

Extremely busy no matter what time or day you go. Was out of stock on just about everything I needed. The fresh meat counter was completely empty at 3pm on a Sunday. There was no one around for assistance.

Daughter lost her only contact on a trip and they helped her get one to match her prescription. Since it was a different brand they gave it to her as a sample. So nice of them...who knows maybe we will be getting all our contacts here in the future. Excellent service.

I walked by a worker and said good morning twice and she rudely ignored me; however, when her co-worker asked her how her days off were she promptly answered!

When did Wal-Mart employees become so rude. It used to be the rule for Wal-Mart employees to be polite, now its rare. Hell I live in Texas, wheres the southern hospitality.

The parking lot could use more light at night. You can tell theyre restocking for a different season so most shelves are empty but full pallets ready to be loaded onto the shelf.Lots of trash everywhere on the ground, there were employees trying to get it cleaned up. the trash cans at the front doors were full and customers were just throwing their trash on the ground right next to the trash can.Maybe get a recycling bin?

Not the best or worst Walmart. It seems to be overstaffed for restocking and under staffed for customer service. No shopping carts at either entrance. Staff on duty didn’t seem to care. Store and parking lot pretty dirty. However, great prices and great selection ford products. I will still shop here but will also look for alternatives.Also, there is a Murphy gas station at the back of the parking lot. Good prices.

CALLED 5 times to get a simple question answered. Customer Service has the phone off the hook. I call the pharmacy to ask them to transfer me over there. She does so. I get a woman named PAM on the phone who was incredibly rude to me and when I asked my question and literally said NO and hung up on me. Screamed at me lol. I was just astonished. Get some help.

My spouse was purchasing groceries and needed assistance with some wic items. The cashier that was assigned to help with wic had an ugly, angry attitude, even so far as to make my spouse feel threatened and unwelcome. Either this gets handled managerially, or I take this a step further with corporate. We are a young couple finding our feet with a new child on the way, and if this is the standard of service, we will not just sit quietly and allow abuse. Fix it.

This was on of the WORST Wal-Mart experiences EVER. We only were able to get half of what was on our list, the in store shoppers for curbside pick up didnt consider the customers that were there doing their OWN shopping, so they were constantly in the way. Once we were in the self-check out line, the attendant was OBVIOUSLY disappointed that she had to come help us, and the traffic was relentless. We will NOT be back to this particular walmart.

Moe, Larry and Curly could do a better job in their auto center. Some of the most incompetent people that I have seen in my life! Myself and 2 other people sat in amazement today and just shook our heads!

Pharmacist always takes the time to consult, makes sure you are comfortable and understand your medication. Assistants are usually patient and provide good customer service.

From the parking lot, entrance and inside this is such a filthy store, seems like manager doesnt care about his/her store.Its just truly disgusting, see pics from other reviews.This location definitely needs CHANGE of management on ALL levels.

This store sux, no Starbucks iced coffee, well I have gotten 1 skinny vanilla latte I dont do skinny or light.Today they dont have these kinds of pens with the rubber thing on the end so I can type or text on my phone.NO STARS TODAY well I have to put one star BUT THEY DONT DESERVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cant do propane at 8pm... person already left, no one else had key? BS!and not a single regular checkout line open! Only self checkout! Also, center aisles blocked with pallets of stuff! WTH...thank goodness no emergency was happening! There arent that many stocking. Put 1 pallet out.. unload...when done get another. SIMPLE SOLUTION!!!

Unlike some grocery stores, at least they were open directly following the BIG FREEZE. Grocery section was pretty well picked over and there was NO bread. Also, no shopping carts available when I went in, so I had to juggle the items I bought.

Very gross half of the lights were not on store smelled terrible. Plenty of nice workers however.

This wal-mart was clean and friendly. They actually had a couple of registers open that were nit self check out! The cashier that did nit have a line came and was more than eager to ring my purchases and get me out the door quicker!

Will not answer the phone or will answer just to hang up on you. The only good part of this Walmart is the auto care center.

I dont know what to say, The grocery part wasnt stalked with what I normally buy each month. If they dont hire cashiers, they need more stockers. 3 stars stays were its at.

They were out of almost everything that we needed. We ended up going to kroger.

Better selection. Pricing haphazard. Aisles cluttered by stockers. Employees rarely move to allow customers through unless you ask. Dont go unless you have on your patience panties.

Shelves bare and what was there unorganized a disheveled. Had to return outside to get a buggy from the parking lot which were so full buggies were being left in the parking spaces surrounding the buggy return place. Asked the greeter if she could make someone aware and she told me that wasnt her job. I then stated I wasnt asking you to go get them, just let someone know and she rolled her eyes. I told her she must have it rough if pushing a button on a walkie and speaking into was too much for her and walked off.I live closer to the one on 288 but drove across town to go over there because online showed something supposed to be in stock that was not at my local store but they didnt have it after all.Really disappointed with entire experience.

Not a great Wally world experience, but its survivable. I heard some employees argue about the supervision was ignornt and the panhandlers outside make more an hour. Than they do the order picker sayss hey at least we dont have to run a regerster.. .

Beware if boondocking they have the rails infront preventing trailers from coming in the front. Spent the night going around to the back in the tire department.

Decent wal.mart in ...denton texas...was looking for something in electronics they didnt have for my phone at t mobile next door.

The employees were nice. The place was clean except the womens bathrooms needed to be cleaned. The prices are okay. The plastic wrapped tomatoes were wet inside the plastic. The large bulk tomatoes looked bruised and bad. The Roma tomatoes were fine. The fitting rooms were open if you asked them to do it.

Be Very Careful of premier wireless employee ! Assistant Mgr informed me premier is a vendor, not a WM employee. So quick to make a sale & could NOT care less if the straight talk plan would actually work on my phone. When questioned about this, act like its my fault & told to buy a new phone ! DONT GET STUCK WITH A NON-REFUNDABLE TRASH PLAN ! So, I went south about. 5 mi and they were So Helpful, Understanding & Truly Appreciated my business !

It’s busy regularly. The associates I’ve interacted with are polite and as helpful as they can, but the patrons aren’t exactly the best people to be shopping there. Get in and get out, and if you need to find an item, use the Walmart App if possible. This is area pushes heavily to use self checkout, so don’t expect to be able to see a short line.

Went to the 1st Convenience Bank inside Walmart on the loop, and as always the service was quick accurate and well executed, even when I stumbled with my math, it all worked out! 😄

They always had previously everything I want. Best prices in town. I think that some of the place you should have better management. And the staff is usually pretty rude on some places but the shores put together well enough you dont really need them

This Walmart is clean and well run, even amongst Saturday chaos. I was looking for some home essentials and was able to find exactly what I needed. They dont keep their furniture selection very well stocked, but I may have also come in right after someone picked up what I was searching for (that does happen from time to time). All in all, its the Walmart I choose to go to, and will continue to go there.

Everything you expect from Walmart is here at this large Lewisville, TX location. Theyve enhanced the checkout experience by eliminating all but a handful of cashiers in favor of a large self checkout. The vast selection in virtually all categories plus the low prices makes it a go to for many, many people.

Absolutely TERRIBLE!!! I waited at jewelry dept counter for 20 minutes..Asked for help numerous times and never received any!! I TOOK A VIDEO OF SALES REP. STANDING AGAINST A RACK THAT JUST KEPT POUNTING TO OTHER REPS THAT WETE BUSY!! I really wanted that ring, but will go else where from now on.

I do like the self checkouts along with always being able to find what i need and the prices are good too. Way better than CVS prices.

It was nice friendly In-N-Out can the product that you need there on hand but theyre still you go to registers and stuff like that they still dont have enough Staffing for check and some of the people were unfriendly but now thats anywhere but other than that it was a good experience and they were helpful employees some of the employees were helping someone look like they didnt want to be there

Never really like coming here but it is sometimes my only option. Half the time they dont have things in stock that I need. Its always crowded and I always experience a rude person.

It was very clean and organized. It had great customer services and the items were top notch with reasonable prices. I totally recommend going there.

Dont even bother trying to call this store. No one ever answers, no matter the time of day. And get this...if you do call and press the option to speak to a store associate it automatically hangs up on you! What kind of mess is that. I mean, I know you work at Walmart and expectations are low, but to have it programmed to hang up on folks is tad bit ridiculous.

Grocery pickup is slow and they almost gave me somebody else’s order. They are understaffed and customer service is bad.

Dont found some items, get early if you plan to find all things from your list.

Walmart has very poor customer service in their automotive department I went there at 4:35for a oil change and it was the worst I had ever hadThere were two cars before me I went to do some shopping while I waited. I came back to that department and my car was moved four more cars back I wouldnt have mind if it wasnt for the fact that I had already two and a half hours then getting upset because I asked for my keys.(Childish)

Was sent to get 5 items, only had 1 in stock. ( this is usual for this location )

I always shop at this Walmart. I hate the othet one at Razor Ranch. Ive been shopping here for about 20 years. I love the pharmacy, everyone there knows me by name and treats me like family, i pay my rent every month at the money center, i get all of my groceries there, household supplies, Christmas shopping, buy clothing, arts and crafts, storage containers, drawers, organizational storage ideas for home and closet, summer fun stuff, gas, people magazines reusable bags diapers for my grandkids, and lots and lots more. The possibilities are endless. Life without my own personal go-to wal-mart would be so deprived of all my necessities and desires that i would just be lost beyond reproach.

Horrible customer service, never had the items that they say they have in stock, isles are more often then not disorganized and not in order. Lack of employees makes asking for help impossible and when you are lucky enough to find someone, they usually cant help.

I was able to purchase everything I needed.

They are cheap thats why I shop there. Otherwise go to Target!!!

Clean decently stocked location. Everybody was wearing a mask and the staff was very helpful and polite. For those of you in the vicinity Id definitely recommend this location over the hood rat ghetto one on McCart and Sycamore even if you have to drive an extra mile.
