Ive tried to give the service department second and third chances to make it right and they just fail every single time. The first time I was there it was a 4 hour oil change even though I had an appointment. The second time I was there, I waited TWO hours for a simple state inspection (with an appointment again) , air in the tires and a wash. And they couldnt do the wash unless I waited another hour AND they never put air in the tires. THIRD visit? I have three factory recalls they need to fix on my 21 Z71 Tahoe. They told me when I made the appointment that they would need to keep it overnight & they would provide a loaner car. So I show up for my appointment two weeks later only for them to tell me they (Jared) didnt really reserve a loaner car for me and Id have to come back tomorrow? Ive called the service manager (Denny) multiple times and left voicemails with zero follow up. They dont care. Save yourself a waste of time and go literally anywhere else.

Took a look at my car while on a road trip and got me back on the road. The service managers were friendly and made sure that my issue was resolved quickly.

Experienced great service here, they are busy but move quick! I had some unusual requests & when I noticed something miss charged on my invoice the next day I called & they where quick to get back with me & correct it. Lots of youngins working here but they seem professional and on their game. Will be back :)

I will be going elsewhere from now on. Its been two days since I stopped my truck off. Still hasnt been looked at and cant say when itll be done. Why even schedule a drop off.
