So far so good! I had a major repair that needed to be done and Allgoods pricing was the best. I didnt feel like they were trying to price-gouge me in any way. I used them in the past and their work is guaranteed (if you buy the parts from them for your repair). Lastly, Clarence is fair and honest and made the experience worthwhile. Ill definitely use Allgood in the future if needed.

Ive been going to this repair shop for almost 5 years and they have never let me down yet theyve worked on five vehicles in my family every time they gave me a fair and honest assessment the pricing was fair and if I had a problem which I did not they always were sympathetic and took care of it. truly one of the best kept secrets on getting any work done on your vehicle. I have a 2003 Toyota Tacoma with over 230,000 mi on it and they treat it great. I had some electrical issues and needed a oil change and they took both good care of that.

Allgood was very easy to work with and very helpful through my repair, replacement of front coil springs on my conversion van. Dealer sold the wrong OEM product, and Allgood essentially did the work twice for a mistake that was not theirs. They were patient while I had to have coils manufactured (discontinued OEM parts), and did not charge me full price for the second time around. Thanks guys!

Living in Houston, it is nerve-wracking sending my 21 year old daughter to a mechanic nearly 300 miles away, but every time I have sent her to All-good, I have gotten honest quotes and good work. This last time we had to tow the car in, and it’s a classic trap situation with an dishonest mechanic. They have all the power and we can’t do anything except pay to tow it somewhere else if we don’t like the quote. They found and reconnected an unhooked fuel line based on info we gave them of previous work done and didn’t charge us a thing! I can’t believe how lucky we are to have found All-good and whole heartedly endorse them!

They did us right on two separate occasions. My fiancee and I were sold a used car that had several problems with the brakes and the front wheels. Absolutely genuine people! I brought my truck to them after Toyota told me my water pump is leaking and it would cost me $1200 total to replace. I called these guys after reading the Yelp reviews and got quoted $550 which more than reasonable for me. After dropping off my truck, I got a call informing me there is nothing wrong with my water pump and everything works fine. I left the place today paying $20 for a radiator cap. I really appreciate the honesty from these guys! These are the type of people you want to handle any problems with your vehicle, reasonable and trustworthy.

Im so glad I found this place. The mechanic I had used for years is no longer in business so Ive been trying to find a new shop. These guys are great. They repaired my truck in one day for a VERY reasonable rate and didnt try to sell things to me that I didnt need. Im sure they could have suggested a lot of repairs for my old truck but they repaired what was needed and its driving perfectly now. The owner also showed the part to me that was broken and I appreciated that because most places dont take the time to teach you. He also explained the cost of repair and damages if I had ignored the noise my car was making. Im glad I took it in when I did! They gave me a ride home when I dropped it off too. My son was so impressed with them that he dropped his truck off an hour later to have the brakes done. You will not be disappointed!

I had a great experience working with Allgood. I was on my way through Dallas from Houston when I lost an oil cooler on my car. The guys here got me in that day and had an estimate within a couple of hours. Took a little longer to get the part, but that wasnt their fault. Called clarence about an AC compressor on my wifes car. After hearing all the outrageous prices and getting shady vibes from other shops I was reluctant to try a new shop. Let me tell you Im glad I made that call. I could not be happier woth the service we received the guys are friendly Honest my wifes ac is blowing cold. They even noticed her radiator fan was on the way out. And swapped it for me . I will be back and Ive already started to recommend All good auto to my friends.

I brought my car for a repair and they never got it right after 3 times. I recommended my daughter to Allgood auto. She was mainly looking for good work and good price because she was a struggling college student. I have to tell you she got neither. First I needed a rack gasket installed which normally cost around $1400 they came in cheaper than anyone. We went for it because we figured because the car was a 2006 any mechanic should be able to work on it. Then thats where the trouble started Allbad we bought it back and replaced it again. It leaked we brought it back and it leaked again. So at this point you know we are thinking its the part so we got the dealers part and we got charged $300 more dollars.Okay we think we are set now. But noticed a distinct scraping noise when turning the wheel. We asked about it and was told to bring it back because it was minor and it could be fixed quick. Well no it was not minor and we were lied to. We took it to another shop and found out the part was knowingly installed wrong and because it was so much labor to fix it we were given the run around. So the other shop (Strandes Garage Denton) fixed it correctly at a discounted price because of Allgood 3 consecutive screw ups. The part they installed wrong cost over $1300 dollars of front end damage. You must understand after installing the part wrong they had to over compensate the front end alignment so the car would ride right. So yes they knew it was installed wrong and were very dishonest about it. Strandes went back and fixed Allgoods circus of mistakes.Look I know you get what you pay for but trying to save money on this job cost me three times what it should have. I am just posting this to remind you if your going to this shop DO NOT DO IT in the long run you would be better off spending the extra money. They are a bunch of shade tree mechanics in a storage shed and they will screw your car up and then lie about it. Remember they say they will fix it bring it back but your time and has to be worth more than this. I suggest Strandes Garage Denton speak with TJ and I guarantee he will fix it right the first time and for a decent price all their mechanics are Masters so you do not have to worry about what we went through. I am almost 60 years old and still learning life lessons.

They kept my car for 4 days and did absolutely nothing. When I called to check in they said my key fob was broken and the car wouldn’t start, and they wouldn’t work on the car until I replaced the key. I walked to their lot, got my key from them, started my car without a problem and drove straight to another mechanic where my car was fixed in 2 hours.

Dont bring your car here. I allowed these guys 3 times to try and fix my vehicle each time they made it worse now I am out of $1400. They will not give me my money back! Now I am having to pay my new mechanic 1200 to fix his mistakes

I honestly did not want to provide a negative review but the only reason I did not want to write a negative review is because the owner himself dropped me off at my house and picked me from my house when my car was ready where other mechanics do not even offer rides; that is the only reason. So I do appreciate the ride but seriously, guys?So here goes: I was referred to Allgood Auto by an OReilly worker (I will never trust a referral from them again) because I needed to have my thermostat changed. The worker assured me Allgood Auto does a “good” job and told me not to buy the thermostat because they get their parts from that particular O’Reilly’s hence the reason he had the business card. I then have my car towed to the place thinking I was in good hands (This is not Allstate nor was I in good hands). They charged me $150 to change my thermostat. MY THERMOSTAT! A thermostat for my car is $15. Literally 3-4 screws 20 minutes at the most (and you’re done) unless you’re working with a bunch of amateurs…or those looking to get over on people. (That is ridiculous) Then, they said I would need a new radiator after inspecting my car (LIES). That was not true, they lied to me. My radiator is fine. Allgood Auto more like: No-good Auto.Listen here Allgood Auto: “This type of price gouging does not make for better business”.Needless to say, all of this happened on Valentine’s Day and I definitely did not plan on getting screwed like this.
