These guys are hands down the best shop in the north Texas area for quality repairs or performance upgrades. They’re a great group of guys & the only shop that I trust with my car.

Unprofessional, unreliable, poor repair work. I was given an estimate for work and was promise my car back in 2 days. Its been 5 weeks. When it was finally fixed i has parts missing. Then the owner demanded cash. When i explained and told him all I had was credit card...... to took my keys and refused to release my vehicle..... very SHADY!!!!

This place will deliver all three!!!Absolutely the most unprofessional service I have ever experienced. They havent got the slightest clue on how to fix anything, much less a car. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. Unless you want it to be in worst shape than when you initially brought it in. Their favorite method of assessing your vehicle, or their only method rather, is pure guesswork. If I could post the review with zero stars I would.

Worst place ever

WORST PLACE EVER TO TAKE YOUR CAR TO! Honestly they need to shut this shop down. Mr Urista is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL , DISRESPECTFUL and RACISTS. I will not return back to this shop and I don’t recommend others to take their cars to this shop, it’s AWFUL !

This has got to be thee most unprofessional automotive shop that I have ever been to. You have the owner who is Mr. Urista and to workers, a black male and a Hispanic male. None of them have a clue what they are doing. I personally have had to return my car 4 times because they kept telling me the car was done but when I got in it, it was doing the exact same thing I took it in for. I have spent almost 3 weeks without my car and I paid the man. I have also witnessed other folks bringing their cars back as well. I know becaue I have spent alot of time up there myself. Dont go there. They wont tell you all that is wrong with the car. They will see engine lights on and send you home in the car. The owner is to busy to make sure the work is done right and he gets into screaming matches with the customers. I guarantee if you take your vehicle there; you will have to take it back! DONT GO!!

The two girls who rated five stars on this ad are related to the woman at the front desk as i saw them come in multiple times to fraternize with her throughout the course of my twelve days hounding to get the work done which was promised to be two. The reason I chose this shop is because i was quoted two days, as I am from out of town this would be my reasoning. My water pump failed and my head gasket blew. Mr. Urista told me i needed a whole new engine so i spent 3200.00 dollars in parts and labor and a grand total of over 4000.00 by the time hotel fees ate me alive. Now all i have is a broke down van with a green spraypainted engine block which he did not replace a mere two miles after pulling away from his shop. Highly unproffesional and treats people like idiots. One day about a week in (four days or so later then he had originally quoted me) a very upset and agrivated african gentleman came in demanding to speak to mr. Urista regarding not making the repairs he claimed to have made to his mercedes. When we asked the woman at the front desk for a receipt for parts she claimed they dont offer a reciept on parts. Really? I strongly urge anyone not to take their vehicle to this shop. They are the epidimy of scum. How theyre still in business is beyond me, but they need to be shut down.

This is the most horrible place on earth to go. Mr. Urista makes money he wont work, from you. I took my car to him the first and he told me everything was fine but after second day i got home the problem aggravated. The car completely stopped and I took it down to him again and told me the car will be ready in 3days but the car spent 6days with me chasing him around with text messages. I got there and the problem was more than ever before and he was asking me to pay more before he can fix the problem. Something has to be done about this man, he is a scam. He ripped me off biggg time. My story is just as same as other people here.

My husband learned a costly lesson. Brought his truck to Mr. Urista, been there a month. He kept telling my husband hed get to it. His truck had parts stolen off of it, even though Mr. Urista said he had a security camera he didnt see anything... DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!

The owner is a psycho path and criminal. He screams at the customers and very unprofessional.He is a con artist and the business is a scam to take peoples money and not fix the cars right the first time, when I investigated, I found out this has also happened to many other peopleSTAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS
