Ordered groceries to be picked up 3-4pm today. I admit I got there late at like 4:10-4:13 timeframe. Kept refreshing app, plus turning WiFi off & on to get the app to ask me what parking spot I was in. Finally gave up on that option & called the # they have up to tell them verbally which spot youre in at 4:19. No answer, plus it said Mailbox is full & then disconnected me. Finally got to tell the app which spot I was parked in around 4:22. I had to shut my car engine off around 4:30... Didnt realize how low on gas I was. Waved down 1 of the employees on their way back to the building after bringing someones order out to them at 4:40 to ask about my order & to see what I could do to help. Young man said Theyre working on it. Ok, at this point.... Im definitely losing my patience & close to having a heat related episode due to it being 91 degrees outside. How big was my order?? 14 items at $52 (some items are multiple cans of cat food). By then I had watched numerous vehicles come & go quickly & efficiently. No apology was offered. No bottle of water when they knew my windows were down & that my car had been turned off. They FINALLY brought my order out 1 hour & 10 minutes later!!!!! It took the guy literally 90 seconds to load my small grocery order into my trunk! I wont be going back to this location until they make some MAJOR changes.

Went to pick up and order, 3 cars ahead of me. Had to wait a little while, there were only 2 people bringing groceries out together, but all in all it wasnt too bad. I will go back.

Love this market!!! So convenient to run in and get the items I needed for that day!! Convenient because its so much smaller than the big Walmart, with all the grocery items, paper products, cleaning items and so much more without the hassle of walking all over the big store! Produce is exceptional and so easy to find right at the front door! Grab whatever you need and head to checkout that is so much faster and friendlier!!

The store is nice.but the produce dept associates.larry johnson.and chadDo not know how to mind their own bussiness.they should stick to Walmart business. And stay out of customer business

I waited over 30 minutes and counting for curbside pick up. I watched one employee standing on his phone behind someone’s car trying to figure out how to use the system for about 15 minutes.

Pick up orders are so fast and easy

Out of being time pressed, I’ve popped in here rather than my usual south range location over past year and a half. I have to say that I absolutely LOVE this store! I shop every 3-4 weeks purchasing large quantities of items. I’m now making this my “go to” store. Lots of my products aren’t in stock on Range but always plenty at the neighborhood market. To be sure I wasn’t just lucky, I’ve been trying it out for many months.Also, It’s refreshing to shop in a store that isn’t the size of a warehouse! Lol. It’s great that my favorite cosmetics are here as well as pet necessities!My next experiment will be with the pharmacy... I’ve used CVS on range since 1994 and I’ve finally had it with my electronic rx refills not being found when I should have one left...? The poor employees are clearly highly stressed when they have to put you on hold after you’ve already held on for way too long! I had to resort to Keeping my own log of rx refills and had my doctor call them out on one occasion where I was told not only did they not have my rx in stock, but somehow they couldn’t see where I had any more refills left on a schedule 3 drug...! I sent my proof to my dr in the my chart app and the nurse couldn’t believe how they suddenly found my refill AND had it in stock! So, I’m giving my neighborhood pharmacy a try. I’ll get back to you on that one after I give them a fair shot. 🤞🏻

Starting to come into its own since its come from under the ginormous SUPERCENTER!! The one I went/go to(Vincent & Hwy 16) have there loyal daily customers,has more selections on the shelves and racks. Friendly, cheerful, helpful employees.

I like shopping for groceries here because they have a good selection, its not overly crowded, and they still have checkouts that arent all self checkout.

I love the Walmart Neighborhood markets. Its so convenient to go there instead of the Supercenter Walmart when youre in a hurry. Its always so clean and orderly. The employees are very helpful and friendly. You can go in and get what you need in a snap. We need more of these stores in other areas!

I love the staff at this store. They are very kind. I usually try to shop more local stores, but if I have to go to walmart I go to this one.

Curbside service was great. The substitutions were horrendous however! Shrimp and grits flavor box cab NOT be substituted by Tai rice bowls!

I wasnt in the store that long. It is good place to stop to pick up a few things, or do total grocery shopping. Since groceries and household thins is all they sell, you will save money. One great buy was a turkey for 25 cents a lb. Mine cost 3.00 dollars. Gee cant buy deli turkey that cheap!

Cashiers need to be told to help and put bags into baskets. As a senior citizen, Iwas not helped at all and just looked at.A nice customer behind me saw what washappening and helped me. I reported this to the store and hope it helps.

Convenient to quickly run in and prices are decent. Dont like the parking lot though. The spaces are straight parallel with each other making it somewhat difficult for someone with a bigger vehicle to back out.

I had a good shopping experience .

I am a lady over 65. I found myself out late at night and was coming home when I remembered I needed cat food I stopped at the neighborhood Walmart by my house and felt very at ease walking in and out to my car and had a very pleasant conversation with the cashiers about our petsI was dreading having to stop but it turned out to be a very pleasant experience

Great employees and generally good parking. If you need food, pop in and pop out. Carters across the street is great if you want to support local.

Clean, well stocked.

Bright and clean store inside and out. The employees I met each smiled and spoke as I passed. The pharmacy wait was less than a minute with no problems and check out there and at the front was a breeze. The layout was different from other W-Ms I am familiar...it was more like a grocery store when you walk in.

The neighborhood Walmart in Denham Springs on Highway 16 and Petes Highway very nice store. Waynes open when needed theyre very quick its very fast to get through the registers there and out of the store. Excellent store

Dont ever shop there, especially for groceries. Terrible staff, nasty old meat among other products. Its much better and CHEAPER to go across the street to Carters, nice friendly people. Local produce and fresh cut meats, everything you need and no long lines or rude employees. Also you can find those special local Louisiana things you are looking for.

Convenient enough since we live almost across the street but the lack of security that every other Walmart seems to have concerns me for the amazing staff. They shouldn’t be responsible for chasing down all the low lives taking off with things they didn’t pay for. It must happen kinda often bc I avoid going to the store all the time but I’ve seen people running out and jumping the fence more than once. Only a matter of time before someone does something really stupid. 😕

Although my experience with several location Neighborhood Markets has been great. The management team at this location needs many hours of training. Unfriendly approach to theyre customers and not willing to do a managers job and offend theyre own staff or another manager. Thank goodness for 1-800-wal-mart for an actual resolution.

Clean place. Easy in, easy out. Mire expensive than the Supercenter Walmart. But I have noticed all Neighborhood Walmarts are like that and I guess you pay more to beat the lines and all the people at the supercenter. Will definitely go when I need to buy something fast.

I had a great quick visit though it was 7 am and I was the only person there. They were out of one of the items I needed other than that they had everything else.

I love the neighborhood Wal-Mart stores in general. Theyre small and accessible with Wal-Marts low prices. Ive literally never had to stand in line at this location, its always clean and organized, and the employees are friendly and helpful!

This mini walmart is great for a quick in and out. Its always fully stocked. And the employees are very friendly

I had a 24 pack of cokes bust open on me right outside of the door. The young girl that had checked me out was already checking someone else out and she stopped what she was doing to come help me to only pick up the cokes but got me another box to replace. You dont see service like that very often.

I went at night so there wasnt any issues with crowding. They stock at night so there were pallets out which is no problem to me but did constrict some of the path ways. The store is very clean and organized and easy to find things. There were no lines at the register, but again, I went at night.

The crew members are always willing to help.. It’s a huge grocery store and nothing else, they’ll help you find what you’re looking for.

Walmarts great for Logistics and a variety of goods that you want to bring home to the family. But I usually get some decent customer service for most Walmarts, dont expect that at this Walmart the employees seemed to be from out of town and dont really care if youre coming or going or if youre happy or unhappy or whether you been short-changed on a gift card or not. I do not recommend this Walmart. By the way park in the back of the parking lot they dont ever pick up the buggies either.

On Mondays they arent stocked with my usual purchases but I was able to find similar enough products to meet my needs

I go here only when I want to get in and out faster. Also use the pharmacy drive thru for my prescriptions. Its the bare essentials of a Walmart to me. As for the pharmacy....often slow to respond to customers .. let me just say not the best service. PS I recently went to get my meds again and have to say all was great that day. The new reminder I get is a very nice feature as is the fact my order was filled in an hour automatically ! So I will continue to go and if it is good next month I will change my rating up =)
