The store always smells great! They have some great appliances here. They usually have some discount coupons that are mailed out. Employees are always very friendly and happy to help you find anything you need. If they dont have it, they will take the time to check inventory at other stores. Theyll even help you order it from their website if needed. Love this store!

Normally, I do not post reviews, but this occasion warrants it. The Denham Springs, Louisiana location of Bed Bed and Beyond is wonderful, but for the staff and mainly the manager, who is the reason for this review. I went in today to buy an item and all 2 staff refused to pay attention to detail to find what I wanted. They even refused to check the inventory, whereas, the item was listed as in-store which I verified before going there and I mentioned it to them SEVERAL times.The Manager swears they do not have the portable immersion heater in store and that they have it only during the fall and the winter (she was mistaking the immersion heater for a tower), even when I showed her and the two other employees the picture of what I wanted- she starts having an attitude and rolling her eyes with the lady at the check-out. I request that she check the inventory, she is shouting by this time and telling me she is the Manager and the highest person I could talk to and she is repeating again that she does not have that item. I finally ask her to at least check for it so I could order online, which she grudgingly accepts. She starts typing and lo and behold, she is searching for a tower heater. I tell her again and show her my phone what the item I am looking for is, she does not pay attention, she just starts spelling it as emersion heater, I draw her attention once again to the spelling and the picture of the item, which she now checks and spells correctly and there is the item - available in the store! She gets up and picks up one and throws it right at me, without any apologies and still with attitude. I pick it up and tell her and the lady at the checkout I was certain that item was in the store before I came.A little paying of attention to detail would have fixed that. I do not get any apologies from her or the 2 employees there. I am a regular customer at this store and location and this is my first bad experience there.How is Bed Bath and Beyond hiring people who have neither patience to pay attention to details, nor spelling skills, to work in such a nice place? That location is a reflection of how the Manager and the workers act towards customers. I will not be going to that branch again! That manager and the staff are toxic!

They obviously only train every employee on how to use a cash register and they dont even do that good. Maybe if they taught their workers to be more than a warm body to fill an empty spot they would be decent but until then not going back

I had no idea that this store had such a good selection of kitchen gadgets. Not only can you get stuff for your bed and bath, one can get all sorts of cool thing for the kitchen at prices that is sometimes cheaper than the internet sites. So if you are passing by Juban Circle from the east then you do not even have to go any closer to the BUSY town of Baton Rouge. Just stop and Juban Circle and you can grocery shop at Rouses Supermarket and Eat at Piccadilly Cafeteria as well as get all the bed, bath, and kitchen gadgets you want at Bed Bath and Beyond.

This place is very cool. It has all the little kitchen and bath essential.

RUDE RUDE AND AGAIN RUDE. I have NEVER in my entire life met such miserable, honorary associates and management. I do believe BB&B hired the most ungifted (in the friendly dept) store personnel. I normally visit the 2 stores in Baton Rouge who are so polite, friendly and helpful but today I had to visit this one. NEVER AGAIN. YOU COULDNT PAY ME ENOUGH TO GO THERE. Avoid at all costs unless youre in the mood to deal with associates and managers who seem to live to be miserable.

Well stocked clean store. The staff is friendly & helpful. They have quality home furnishings &, indoor decor. Outdoor furnishings &, decor. Name brand luxury bedding, some appliances basic stuff, Dinette, well made curtains &, shades, quality towels &, hand towels. Accessories to go with just about anything in dressing up your home. Very very nice store... $$$ but, they have coupons 20% off & $5 off so, that helps.

I like this store in Jubans Crossing much better thanthe one in BR. Its cleaner and associates are more helpful and friendlier than the other locations.

They no longer have any baby items at this location which made me sad. Otherwise it was a good visit!

Staff and customers are wonderful here. Everyone seems to like to help each other. Prices are lil high but you can still find great deals if you put a lil time in to it.The store is beautiful and well organized. Love the atmosphere here.

This store has it all. Everything you need for your home. Inside and out! They have so many items in this store. Stocked from floor to ceiling. Bed Bath and Beyond is a go to store for me. If you cannot find what you are looking for at other stores you will find it here! Great prices and dont forget the coupons!

Got what we needed Curbside delivery but had to keep driving around. Only 2 Curbside pickup parking spots and the people who parked there were in the store.

Love to see what is available. A friend got a lovely rustic looking pelican painting which he made the focal point with some swamp scenes. Good prices, friendly staff.

Went looking for a red striped outdoor rug for under $70. Left with a red striped outdoor rug for $67. Cant beat that.

Bought inflatable unicorn spinkler for daughter birthday party first time used it main seem busted out of the back after only 15 minutes of use tried to return and refused to give us refund because of 90 day return policy who has a 90 day return policy because when buying for birthday party and Christmas always buy it early

Was hard to find help! I had a 20% off coupon and a vet discount. It took the 20% of big item and 10% of second item for the vet discount. When I asked , they said they both would not apply to both. I told them it always had before. When I left and looked at my ticket the cashier took the vet discount off the second item so I paid full price. He was so rude when asked about the discount I just did not go back in
