I am completly floored at the level of unprofessionalism in this store this evening. A pack of romaine lettuce just took me 25 minutes to purchase. They have 2 registers open in the entire store for cash transactions and the ladies who were tending to the self checkouts barely wanted to take time away from their selfies to even answer where cash paying customers were supposed to check out. I got to the line with only 7 customers ahead of me also feeling the same way i was. A manager...i was later told was a manager not over the front had the audacity to walk past all of us and whistle and ignore the fact that the employees were no more concerned about us customers than they were him. I dont care what department he was from a manager who is employed at WalMart represents WalMart no matter where they are seen in the store. I would also like to say the cashier LaBree was amazing and apologized for his managers and couldnt even get proper change from whomever to give me nor the paying customers their correct change. We all thanked him and told him not to worry about the change. Out of all of the employees from the managers to the customer service department were rude and seemed to have zero concern for their loyal customers, but he was the only person who acknowledged and apologized to anyone and he appeared to be the youngest person working. Roll those cameras back and check out your store from tonight because ive never in my life known any WalMart to be ok with customers and the obvious youngest person working to be treated so poorly.

Is good but I dont like went the employee be checking your receives at the door and. Not because of that only because they only do it on especic people . And the should do it like Sams club to it to everyone or just dont.

So compared to the other Walmart this is a really good Walmart and the people seem to be a little nicer than they do in my area so I do go out of my way to drive from downtown Baton Rouge to Denham just to go to this Walmart but they need to learn how to answer your phone I dont know why but no Walmart ever answers any phones

Very good customer service. Only complaint is they are out of almost everything, which is understandable due to the circumstances. By far my favorite Walmart in the Baton Rouge south Louisiana area.

This is our local close to home walmart . I go here often but service is a hit and miss. My husband waited one day for 45 min. This was last wk for service. He needed the fishing reels unlocked. He was told the person just went to lunch which had the key. You cant tell me only 1 person has a set of keys. We had 1 lady try her best to get someone to help. Even paging a manager a few times and caliing 1800 Walmart. He waited 45 min. For a manager to open the cabinet. Mean while 3 other people needed service and went to the front desk with little success. With in this 45 min. 10 other employees were in the area not asking if we needed help yet flirting with other employees and messing around. Must be nice to get paid to play on the job. Not impressed walmart you might want to think about putting your employees on a register instead of letting them run your store, get paid for it and having unsatisfied customers.

Great store, bigger than other Walmarts close by and has a lot more, and different items. However, just like every other Walmart, theres usually only one or two cashiers so only one or two lanes open. One plus to that though is that they have multiple self check-outs with conveyor belts for those buying a lot of stuff and wouldnt really be able to use the regular self check-outs. Thats cool, I think anyway!

Almost always the best prices, not the best service usually from the younger ones. I understand that who wanted to work at 18? Much rather be out playing. However should still be a little professionalism on the job.

I visit all the Walmart’s and I am always able to find the pants I Love

The Store has the Greatest potential in all the Walmart’s what they need to do is go back 3 years and order the stuff they before because they list a lot of tags with list great products and it’s been 3 years and the lights buy walk Gass station is still off I’m really would like to help get the store back running great before all the problems water and virus caused

Very busy store. Shelves were well stocked, associates were friendly and helpful, and no lines to checkout. My only complaint is all the pallets of stock on the floor, it makes it harder to get to items.

Im thinking their stellar attention to detail (or lack thereof) might be why their shelves often only partially filled. Especially common products that are always available at other closeby Walmarts.And a week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks later? Yep. Shelves still empty. And this goes much further back than the Pandemic...Anyone know how long that mayonnaise would have to be sitting there to separate like that? Btw- I saw it there over a week ago. Didnt say anything to see if it was noticed. Guess not.Update: was informed by a local that many of the people either working here or associated with those working here are the ones giving positive reviews. For those who work here its a job condition. May or may not be true, though worth corporate level looking into.

Walmart is in my opinion a good place to do groceries and some other stufss. The only thing bad about walmart is CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Is not the first time happen to me that I say Good morning and they just look at you like if you were saying something wrong or bad and no answer!!!

Clean store. Able to get in and out pretty quickly. My only negative is that the mask policy seems pretty lax for both customers and associates. At least theres grocery pickup which is pretty solid most days.

Its been a great while since I have been to tlisten to this Walmart location it is very modern modern and has been updated alot, very impressed

I really hate WalMart... Any time I go it takes hours to find a simple product. Then theres 0 help from anyone. No worker knows where anything is and just says random isles

I like this Walmart better than other ones around the area, but please management the lady for customer service , money services , an old and short lady , she is so rude with the customers , she looks like she is miserable while she is doing her job, and she is not friendly, she acts like you are asking things for free , you need to talk to her and maybe she will change her attitude, because next time I go to this Walmart I will directly ask to speak with the manager , this needs to stop...

Place you can find most things you need. The only thing I noticed, if you find something you really love and its the last one, they cant refer you to another Walmart that has it in stock.

Apparently this is the place to go to steal Pokémon cards. For the past twelve weeks Ill go in to purchase said cards, and there will be packs busted open on the toy aisle. Went today and there was a whole training box busted open. They must not care, and the manager must be garbage, bc this has been happening like clockwork, and nothing is being done about it. Im guessing if youre looking for a place to steal Pokémon cards, this is the spot for you. Ill keep going in and attempt to actually purchase them though. I get lucky sometimes.

Best store get everything under one roof

Never enough cashiers.. Rarely stocked on anything you need. A smaller location than the other Walmart Supercenters. Yet this store is mainly always packed full on weekday evenings/nights and and weekends. Never enough employees lines are ridiculous.

I had not been there for a long time, because of my own Walmart store that is closer to me.But it was very nice, i have no problems, it was nice and orderly. I injoyed shopping there.

Its very hard to find someone to help you in Jewelry, and clothing. When you do fine someone, they make it known that they were trying to hide from you and how much of a inconvenience you are. The customer service sucks at this store. I just to love shopping at this Walmart, not anymore. Walmart in Denham Springs needs to step it up ,because no matter what they think at Walmart, we have the control we are the customers. We can shop at Carters if they would like.

Worst Walmart on my life, has the rudest GMs Ive ever met. They are the most ugliest and judgemental people ever. Every time I use self-checkout they believe that I am stealing and make me stop bringing up over hundreds of dollars of items to where I now only used grocery size pickup and they never have the right items that I need but when I go into the store afterwards that item is there.

Best donuts, personal products usually in stock.Can not find Starbucks bottled coffee.

Not my favorite Walmart. Shelves are sloppy at times and lines are long occasionally but my pick up orders have always been done well.

Almost everything one needs is available here at reasonable prices! One big drawback is that sometimes checking out is slow because of inconsistency of available cashiers in several locations. However, most employees are courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful!

This is by far my favorite walmart location, even though I live in Watson I will still drive to this location. Due to covid-19 restrictions the Watson walmart location always have a line to get in store, so I dont go there anymore. This walmart location is always stocked up with all the latest products, and price drops clearly displayed. I also subscribed to unlimited grocery delivery from this location. What a great service, ENJOY.

Last week l went to the Jackson Hewitt Tax Service inside the Denham Springs Walmart Super Center to get my taxes done..Ms. Leslie Pourciau was AMAZING!She was very busybecause she was the only one working.. Not only was she doing someones taxes & had me waiting to do mine... She was answering calls/getting callback numbers, setting up appointments & assisting walk ups with Tax questions..ect. She was very helpful and kind. Idk how but she managed to keep a smile on her face.. jjDenham Springs, Louisiana professionalthorough.. She was very kind which made me feel comfortable she was down to Earth easy to talk to and she explained EVERYTHING

If you are disabled, dont waste your time, trying to get a motorized cart. They only have, maybe eight of them, and at least three are broken. The wheelchair that they have is being held together with zip ties. Its a shame because the store is very clean and the workers are helpful and kind.

Very very busy. Te store was crowded and there was stocking going on in the middle of it being busy. And that was very early in the am. Mask were being worn but were not mandatory for shopping

Been sitting 40 mins at grocery pickup. I could’ve already did my own shopping and been out. They not getting groceries out as you arrive with checking in. I’ve seen people get here before me and leave. But they promote this... Well you may need to hire some more employees.

I order my groceries online and pick them up at the door. Everything is always there and packaged perfectly.

Very large store, employees are very nice and the self check out wasn’t very long, everything was dealt with in a timely manner. This is one of my favorites to go to.

Always filthy and out of store, restrooms are NEVER clean and associates are rude and unhelpful. Whoever runs this place needs to be retrained.

They have the video game cabinet I wanted after months. I went to buy it and they sold it which is fine. But they cant order another one its not on the site. It just garbage they cant control what they can get in their store.

There are only five (5) registers open. If you are using cash you have to go to one of these. The lines are very long and no one seems to care. The self checkouts only take cards. This place is terrible.

I really love the convenience of how close this store is to my house... but that is the only real positive thing I like. Since Watson is a smaller town they don’t carry a lot of items like a regular Walmart would. The MOST aggravating thing is they start selling something and then 6 months down the road they pull it off the shelf’s. Oh and let’s not forget that unless you go at midnight you will be waiting to check out for quite a bit.

The lady bringing groceries out was down right hatefully and rude.Maybe she should find a new line of work.Very unprofessional.

Im in Little Walmart all the time. I know most of the employees and I enjoy chatting with them. Friendly folks there and pretty much everything I need.

The store was very busy and you only had two workers checking people out and the rest were self-checkouts. Customers should come first always! When I asked if management could come up and open a register to help get some of these people out I was told they were too busy and they didnt know where they were in the store. Never even bothering to find out Im sure he was walking around or she looking to cram more junk in that store thats already jammed up I know you can do better Wal-Mart. I will not be back to this Walmart maybe no Walmart at all after this experience.

ALWAYS OUT OF SAME THINGS!One would think that if a product sold out every time that you would order more ... no brainer right?? Not for Walmart, their never going to figure it out.Also the last time I was there I tried to find the products that I was purchasing made in America. Dosent exist at Walmart, I could not find any item that I needed MADE IN AMERICA, not assembled, not distributed, but MADE in the USA.I spent $169.00 and not one thing was made in our country!This is a Big Problem and we need to fix it. We are the only ones that can! When we can MAKE a skillet in our own country were in trouble.I decided then Im going to do what I have to do... find somewhere besides Walmart to shop. Less convenient, yes Im sure it will be but worth every bit of inconvenience. If I have to shop at 2 or 3 stores instead of one, oh well thats what I will doI remember back in the day before all the box stores took over and ran our local business out of business thats what we all did and never thought a thing about it.I remember going to TG&Y (I think) and Woolworths, after you got what you needed there then you went grocery shopping at the A&P.Lets bring local and American businesses back and put our money back into OUR country.Im willing to pay more to buy American because I know that as the money is going to us instead of China our economy grows, new businesses pop up which means competition, which means prices go down. But we have to start at the beginning and that may mean a little higher cost in the beginning. But we all know that anything made in the USA is a much much much better product anyway!God Bless America!

Definitely one of the better Walmarts in the area. Usually pretty clean, and the workers are generally polite unlike some of the other ones ie any of the ones in Baton Rouge. I avoid going to any of those.

The absolute worst grocery pickup out of all the walmart centers I have used. First because you wait forever. Secondly they are always out of half the items you need.
