This boutique is so good! There are so many options here and I can always find something I like. Prices are actually really good compared to other boutiques. Clothes are very high quality and cute! Definitely recommending to my friends!

I bought a cute top from Silt Boutique on Black Friday for my best friend’s birthday night at the casino. I never shop at boutiques and it was much more than I would normally spend on a top but I wanted to treat myself (this boutique is pretty pricey, even at the 40% off discount that I got). When I washed it (alone and on gentle cycle) the top literally fell apart. I contacted the store hoping to maybe get a replacement or a store credit or something. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful, stating that they don’t ever have problems with this brand so it must be something I did. Even though they keep every receipt on file, they claimed to conveniently not have mine for whatever reason. Then they proceeded to look me up on Facebook (I don’t know a single person that works there??) and tell me they know I wore the shirt on December 1st and they are not going to help me because it’s been worn. My boyfriend took the shirt today while I was at work to see if he could talk to management. He said she was extremely rude and talked to him like he was stupid, and that she refused to help us. It’d be different if this was a reoccurring issue from me but it was literally my first time at the store, and unfortunately my first time spending that much on any article of clothing. I love to support local business, especially places with good customer service, but this was definitely my first and last experience with this business.

The ladies at silt are both friendly and helpful without being pushy. Such a nice shopping experience! They have plenty of options for clothing ranging from modest, professional wear to flattering outfits for a night out. I love that they have such a wide variety! Definitely my favorite boutique.

As a older woman (48) I sometimes feel out of place at some of these boutiques. Not Silt. I love this boutique and the staff. I never feel like I dont belong and they are always so friendly. I found my favorite pair of jeans there today. 😊

The owner personally helped me (Baylie, Treys wife, lol) pick out clothes for my anniversary dinner tonight and she couldnt have been more helpful or sweeter. Will definitely be returning next time I go shopping!
