A 1 star review for this establishment is an overstatement. I came in one day to purchase a rigid power tool. I purchased the item and started charging the battery with my car inverter before i left the property to confirm that the power tool worked properly. Once the battery was charged i popped it in to the power tool and the tool did not work. So i went back in to the store and politely told the young employee that the tool did not work and that i would like a refund. The young man quickly responded by saying that there are no returns. He grabbed the power tool looked at the serial code and then stated that this was not the power tool he sold me and that i must of switched the power tool for another one. At this point i was furious that the employee would make this claim about me and was grateful i had someone with me as a witness. I asked to speak with the manager and they told me that the sherrifs department was on their way to handle the situation. 15 mins later the manager looks at the tool and sees the serial code that was on their file , turns out the tool was a 2 piece set with 2 different serial numbers that were sold to me. Once the disrespectful employee saw the mistake they had made , he kept his head down gave me a refund and did not apologies for the horrible experience i had there. Be aware of these crooks they are very sneaky, dishonest and just plain rude! The young employee needs to be very careful how he treats customers. He needs to be taught some respect and manors like the little boy he is!!!

Horrible customer service. Very rude, and highly over priced used stuff. Save your money and go to a real PAWNSHOP . On TOP OF IT.... EVERYONE WORKING IN THE STORE IS MORBIDLY OBESE AND THEY ARE ALL LIFERS WORKING THERE.... NO FUTURE FOR THAT CREW MUCH BETTER DEALS ELSE WHERE... OR OFFERUP IS ALWAYS AN OPTION AND YOULL GET A BETTER DEAL FOR YOURSELF AND YOUR POCKET...

This place is a total waste of anybodys time. The personnel are rude, the product selection is weak and they think they can talk down to people. They dont deserve any stars...what they deserve e is a punch in the mouth.

Amazing place! Very knowledgeable and understanding about the items they have. They helped me out of a jam and gave extra time that other places wouldnt have done. Best Pawn shop Ive ever been too.

They were extremely kind and patient with my payments for a gaming computer that interested me. After making the full payments however, the computer began to give me error codes of the pro key expiring and asking for me to buy a new one. I took it straight back and they reviewed and fully fixed the problem no charge. Thank you guys for the patience and for my new computer. Will definitely be in more often.

I have found this shop to be the best in service to me. I go there rather than to a jeweler to size any watches . They are always correct as to how they should be worn depending on model & size. The links are either removed or replaced right then & there for a very nominal fee. I trust their knowledge. Im sure many folks never think to take watches there for sizing.Also they will handle ur watch battery concerns.I will continue to use them & send others there.

Such nice folks to deal with in this shop, John and his wife were so pleasant when I visited to sell a used firearm, they made me an outstanding offer to boot. Florida really needs more folks like them. They made a customer for life.

I wont be going back. After buying 3 1/2 pair of 1/2 carat studs studs, for family and girlfriends. The last pair had mounts switched before I could pick them up. They stated needed to talk to owner to guarantee small discount, three days later it was cleared to pay discounted price. Having looked thru jewellers eyepiece 2 x prior and having bought many similar earring pairs I never thought they would switch settings. Nothing stays the same, greed devalues monetary relationships. I shouldve known to be weary. After all it appears the stores word has a value of. $40

I went in and sold something and the woman who works there was taking care of me .. I had my horse ankle bracket sitting on the corner .. i didnt realize it until I got home that I forgot it there .. by that time they was closed I called the nested day and a man said that it wasnt there and the lady wasnt worki g again until Monday.. my advice to you is keep a close eye on your stuff they are sneaky.. that was the last place I had it and last place I seen it so how they can run a business and lie to customers after stealing is just rediculious!! I wouldnt recommend anyone to go there after them lieing to me that was a gift from a special friend and is not replaceable....

Worst experience yet. Came into the store to pawn 3 Xbox one games. I was told that these 3 Current Gen games were only worth $20, but behind me was a 15 year old original Xbox game for the exact same price as the 3 other games. Was straight up lied to, dont come here.Also, a person came into the store (a very sketchy person at that) consistently asked about what the guns are and what the bullets can do. At one point, he asked if the bullets can penetrate flesh and if the bullets could Get the job done. The people at this store should pay attention to what theyre selling and stop scamming people.
