This store was over priced,iPhone se monthly payments and service and the fees woulda come out to 199$I could of gone to Walmart pay the 199 for a iPhone se and kept my phone service I was withGo down to verizon they won’t over price stuff

I got a phone with this Alan and he lied to me about my service was very rude to me when I confronted him. Was very upset had to leave went to another store a very nice girl named Ruth took care of me and fixed everything. This Alan should be fired!!!!!

They were really nice helped me out alot.

Dishonest & Overpriced.Someone at this location told my mother, who was opening new service & buying new phones, that the low-end Samsung’s and LGs were going to be $600+ and that it was FL law that she needed to also buy cases before she could leave with the phones.She went to another location and walked out with new service on iPhones, cases included, for less.

I recently visited location after multiple attempts of trying to get help from metro by T-Mobile, multiple locations. Upon arriving to this location I was immediately greeted by the store manager Leilani. She helped me with every single problem I had!! She was sweet and took her time with helping me understand what was going on with my phone. Unfortunately my old phone was broken so I upgraded , Leilani helped me switch my contacts and made sure I got all my pictures & also helped me understand the basics of my new one. She’s very caring and understanding. Super awesome and friendly. I will always return to this store now. Thank you Leilani !!!

This metro PCS deserves 5/5 stars.I visited on sunday 9/13, the large dude with big fluffy hair was extremely kind and helpful.

Great sales associate (Meli), she was personable and knowledgeable. The only downside...if I had to list one would be they didnt have the phone I chose in stock. I had to wait on it from a sister store. Overall experience was great. I would recommend Metro to Family and Friends.

Bad customer service . Manager was rude and couldn’t trust her employee to sell to another couple at the store. Paid more attention to what her employee was doing. Kept jumping in his conversation and calling their other store to see if they had merchandise the other couple where interested in. Meanwhile in just standing there waiting for my phone. Finally had to tell her that I was in a rush to Go. Had the nerve to say that I was rude put my phone in bag on counter didn’t even say thank you.

Since January I have been struggling with Metro because of their poor service, Im not going to go into details because I wouldnt finished. But little did I know that I walked into the Metro Office on Saxon Blvd in Deltona and I was helped by David. This employee went off above and beyond his capacity to meet my expectation and convinced me to stay, a person that represents this company with dignity and respect but most of all professionalism. He is a great asset to your company, and I can no be thankful enough for all he did. Thank you from my husband and I.

This retailer offered me a rebate that turned out to not exist in order to sell me a phone. I spent a long time with the store manager over the phone explaining the issue and was ultimately told that I had been misinformed about the rebate. At the very least, the staff demonstrated a very flawed understanding of the manufacturers rebates and offers.

Its usually not even worth the trip here. If you need something... anything... done, you might as well make the drive up to the Daytona metropcs or the Altamonte location. Thats usually where I need to go anyway after I visit this location.

Good place to Flash phones. The only store out of 2 corporate offices & 2 retail stores that could flash my HTC EVO to metro.
