As usual I had no problems finding what I needed yet not enough back store registers open.

I visited there last week and baught a Cabot yogurt to try. I was disappointed when I got home and opened it to see green mold on it. I then looked for the expiration date but it had been rubbed out so I just threw it out and called the store to let them know. I returned the next day and told one of the workers about the expired yogurt that I saw still on the shelf. Tonight I made a quck stop here and guess what I saw still on the shelves...... The same red velvet flavored yogurt by Cabot!!! I love the yogurt and hoped that they had put new ones out because I really wanted to try it. At this point Ive told 2 workers on separate visits about the yogurt, not to mention that one guy was working right there by the yogurt and they still just left it there.

From the previous reviews I can tell they were from workers or family of workers because no one in their right mind would say this walmart is any of those things. Never stocked believed it was due to supply shortages, but right across town in ever other walmarr things are plentiful. Next city over where I work same, even in big Orlando stocked. This place has become progressively worse since I moved here 4 years ago. The greeters dont greet, except the people they want too. The cashier lanes are always jam packed for no apparent reason. The staff does work hard but the management has to step it up. No reason why surrounding stores are fully stocked always and you cant seem to get the truck orders right.

This Walmart is way better than the one in Orange City, which is slightly closer. The Deltona Walmart is clean, better stocked, and much more tame. The one in Orange City is like Thunderdome; chaotic, dirty, and just a mess.

This is my favorite store. I do all my big grocery. Nice and clean. My complement to the employees that work hard to keep does standards.

Didnt like that they were out alot of stuff there.

I waited in a line for 15 to 20 for the cashier to tell me when it was my tern to check to look at me and say I am closed. Then to add insult to injury his front end lead in the Yellow vest didnt help the situation. She founded no problem with him watching me wait so long in his line and closed the register when it was my tern to check out. She simply said he has to go to lunch. I feel that-that situation could have been handled differently.

Love the store, clean bright and well stocked, however their shopping carts need a major upgrade or get someone in there to fix the WHEELS, you need an oxe to move them

I Like the store but had a terrible checkout experience. The cashier Crystal was very sweet but not trained .it took us 30 or more minutes to check out there was only 1 customer in front of us .the cashier locked up the register. We had already unloaded all our groceries, 3 employees were trying to figure it out and could not .they told us to go to another register. None of them offered to help us put everything back in the cart and move to another register. After I complained about this 1 girl did come help get it back out of the cart.crystal clearly did not know how to count she had a clear bag of corn which only had 4 ears and she asked how many were in there. Then when we went to pay I gave here 300.00 .She asked me how much was there and never counted it.just keyed in the money .my change was 1.72 she gave me 2 quarters 2 dimes and 14 pennies and no one dollar bill and it took her about 5 mins to try to count out the 72 cents.she could not figure out how to open the drawer to get the 1.00..I finally went and asked someone to help her.please help this poor girl .or get her off the register .not everyone will be honest about how much money they give her

By far the worse auto center. I waited 2 hrs for an oil change. There was 1 vehicle ahead of mine. They serviced another vehicle before finishing mine. I still paid the full price. I also had other products and was not given a bag and had to ask for my keys. Horrible!

I had an eye appointment to pick out glasses. I requested Elaine in the Optical center. She has waited on me before and did not disappoint. She is amazing. She makes the dreaded task of picking out glasses and ordering them so pleasant. She is so fun and professional. Great job Elaine I will be back Again! Walmart vision center is lucky to have you.

Only my 2nd visit to this store and it is - by far - the nicest Walmart Ive ever seen! Not only does it seem enormous but its super clean, there are no clothes or toys laying on the floor and it appeared well organized and the employees seem interested in helping customers. This will be my go-to Walmart in the future.

My wife and I were followed around the store by loss prevention and because we had 300.00 worth of groceries we were at the self-checkout register and we needed to get help from an associate because we werent bagging the waters, sodas, and the other items too large for bags and the computer wasnt allowing us to continue without authorization. We called the manager over(Alex) and he tried to argue that the 4-12 packs werent scanned. We pulled up the receipt to show him that it was in fact on the receipt.. Alex then got an attitude and told us that we needed to go to regular checkout line to proceed. We went to the other line and re-scanned the frozen items and then paid in cash and left the store. We went to the neighborhood Walmart to finish our order and we will not return to the supercenter again. Harassment by management is very real

The atore is great. The auto center is horrible. 2 and a half hours for a tire change. I have seen the tech working on everything but my vehicle since it has been in the air. No communication on an E.T.A the manager sewms more interested in how his techs are doing than ensuring the customers are taken care of in a efficient manner. I normally dont leave negative comments but this is horrible service. If you need auto service do not come to this walmart.

Really busy some people/workers are nice others not so much.

I showed up at 9 p.m. and needed to do a return. I was denied customer service by Alejandro the front end team lead. Every other time I have come in at that time I have not been denied a return. The store is open until 11. I should have not been denied customer service. This is terrible customer service from a customer service team lead.

I am starting to get disappointed in the Walmart on 415. The staff is getting rude, they are more interested in there cell phones then helping a customer. There are never enough check out lanes open. If you want customers to continue to shop here open up more lanes, get the staff off there phones and actually help the customers.

The Walmart in Deltona Florida is the nicest Walmart Ive ever been in. It should be used as an example for other Walmart managers. We are out of town but always go to that Walmart when were in the Deltona area.

Its a good store. Wish it was more stocked and carried more products like the other surrounding Walmart Supercenters near me.

This Walmart wasnt the greatest the layout is totally different than most Walmarts they dont even know how to keep all their beverages in one area like most Walmarts so you have to walk around looking for things in which aisle stuff is supposed to be in normally and its not there you go to a certain part of the store and what youre looking for is not in that area its in the opposite end of the store real bad idea

Been trying to call for the last 45min. And no one is picking up. I have tried the pharmacy and auto center as well. I finally got through to bakery and she told me she could not transfer i would have to hang up and call back . I would like to know if you have a product before driving 45min to get there.but apparently they dont need my business.

This walmart is improving with its customer service but its hard to get ahold of them to speak to someone in electronics. No ones ever at the desk.

I am elderly. Walk w/cane. Went to get plants. No carts. Employee stated I wd have to walk to front (long walk) to get one. Left frustrated.

Very much like all walley world but this one never ran out of anything ive looked for so far hopefully they keep up the good work and stay keeping those shelves stocked.

Love Walmart they are clean, Staff is great always willing & ready to help. They have most of what the supercenter would have expect Clothes and things like that but motor oil ac filters a lot. Its convenient fresh and clean! Best location!

The only issue with this store is stocking the shelves. They are almost always out of something. Other than that it is relatively clean and youre able to get what you went for. But always check the dates, they sometimes sell expired food.

We waited in fabrics dept close to 20 minutes, pushed call button probably 2 dozen times. Finally a nice friendly lady from another department came over and cut fabric for us. But due to the wait, only got one of the fabrics we needed to continue redoing pool furniture chair cushions and sectional sofa on Lanai, hottub area. Most likely be back in a few days when they get more of the fabric we need comes in hopefully. We e bought it all from orange city, deland and Deltona.

This store is always clean and more organized and cooler than the orange city store!

This Walmart has terrible management. Not a single manager cares for their employees and how hard they work at their job. All management including owners of this Walmart location need a reality check. I’ve come across employees who have spoken about that their management and higher ups don’t care for their work ethic but care only that they get done what is pushed upon them. I believe this store has also none to little respect for their customers as well as they do not show and concern or care for any problems brought to their attention. Terrible store, terrible management.

Clean & Well Kept. The OneBlood Bus is also on site & you get a $20 gift card for donating blood today at this location as well.

Always enjoy my visit. Need more cashiers not self check out. Human contact is always better.

This is the worst Walmart that I have ever been in. You can never get a electric cart ever. If you need to have one, then you are out of luck.

This store is normally very crowded. Finding an associate for assistance is difficult. The checkout lines are slow. However the curbside pick up is phenomenal.

This place is atrocious. Always out of everything because online orders take priority. Only 2-3 registers open at any given time. God forbid you need them to answer the phone.....almost 10 minutes now of the phone just ringing. No answer.

Walmart needs to do better. Billionaire owners not capable of hiring good management to work in the stores and organize properly. Online pick-up service is the worst in this store. I dont blame the staff, they are always under staff running around like lost chickens.The pick-up service does not follow time is a first come process. They send notices and when you arrive they leave you waiting for more then an hour or order was not ready to pick up and they do not have the courtesy to even pick up the phone when calling. 👎

I got my shingles shot today. Insurance paid. Its where I get my flu shot.i get all my shots at Walmart pharmacy its easy and convenient and they answer all your questions. Its quicker than waiting for your Dr appointment. You just go in fill out a form and get your shot.

Your grocery order pickup process needs to be modified. There is absolutely NO reason why you should tell a customer their order is ready and to check in, only for the customer to wait outside for 3 hours before its actually ready. You need an option to tell the customer that your store is running behind several hours and ask to reschedule or only tell the customer their order is ready when its actually ready to be picked up and not just when you complete putting it together.

Usually almost full capacity of people but only 2 maybe 3 cashiers if youre lucky

Does not answer any of their phone lines. My order was supposed to be ready today. Cannot find out what happened or if I may pick up at a different location? Got a text that it is delayed without any additional information. No one to speak to for resolution assistance. Walmart sucks, especially this location.

I parked near the home and pharmacy entrance only to find its now just for exit. So I thought at least Im parked by the exit. I walked down to the other set of doors . Once in I headed to the pharmacy only to find no employee was behind the counter. I went in for allergy medicine that can only be purchased from behind the counter. With no luck , being informed that the person simply had not shown up to work. My only options was to purchase something from the shelf. Once done checking out I headed over to the exit doors only to find them locked when I asked about it I was simply told no one had opened them yet.What happened to customer service Walmart???????

Ive been to Walmart Supercenters in 12 states. This is a small mention on this Supercenters grocery dept I was impressed with the selection of various high end food items normally found it luxury grocery stores.

Had order to pick up, very unorganized, the 2 out of 15 employees that acknowledged I was even there lied and did nothing. This store is so poorly run its so poorly run. Employees are mouthy and cannot possible care less about its customers. Shelves are poorly stocked, its hit or miss if they have what you need or want. Cant get help if your life is depended on it, employees act like they are afraid you will ask a question.

Customer service was horrible. They all seemed busy and the one working the self checkout had no idea what he was doing, which is fine, idk if hes new.But he was the worst person Ive ever come across, rude and had an attitude.Around 10pm May 4th. A Metro by T Mobile went the first day at farmers market.

Always crowded. Has nice selection of things. Good prices. Some of the staff are a bit rude, but most are doing their jobs and are as delightful as can be. Store is clean for the most part.

With so many employees, its hard to give an overall rating to the store. First and foremost, one employee stands out Above the Rest. Her name is Meg and she works in electronics. She is an asset to Walmart! The reason I go to the store is because of her and her great advice! But if youre going to return something and you have the misfortune of dealing with one particular employee there, that will spoil the entire positive rating. So Im going to keep this on a positive note and say thank you for having such a great employee in electronics! You rock Meg!

Online pickup. Seems like the Walmart apps server may need to be upgraded now that more people consistently use it. Takes forever for me to shop my order. In regards to this store pickup was extremely busy && hopefully store mgrs across the board consider giving more hrs to the cashiers they replaced with self checkout.

Stood 30 minutes near paint to pickup a RCA Chest freezer. An employee from paint plainly ignored me while returning items to his register. No one was able to assist me. Ask a young female for help, she stated someone was coming over...No one showed. Dragged the RCA 7.1 to Automotive. Payed it and Dragged it out to the parking lot. Not one employee able to assist me. This is when the store is slow. They wont be able to handle the Christmas rush. How pitiful.
