Every time I go to this store they never have the part, the customer service is a joke and rude. I was just there and waiting as a guy was on the phone when I arrived and the manager was on his cell talking about PlayStation controllers as I’m waiting, a man walks in a minute after me and the guy on the cell helps him before me which is a little upsetting as I was here first. I used to come all the time to this store but now I hate coming here and rather go to any other store and refuse to ever go back again even tho it’s the closet one to my house. This store is absolutely terrible! Even the manager is terrible!

Wish that I could give 50 stars. Called the store, spoke with Alan and asked about prices for my dead battery. My buddy gave me a jump and we shot down to their location in Deerfield. It was 20 minutes to closing. I paid for the battery, Alan grabbed it, came outside and installed it in what was no more than 4 minutes flat. Done. This is how business was done once upon a time in America, but those days are gone. I am very, very happy with the service I received from Alan, he was a true professional. I highly recommend this branch and this employee. Excellent, really.

The two gentlemen were very helpful by allowing me to use their diagnostic equipment to find the problem when my engine light came on.

Telephone service poor, staff services is okay. But they need more staff for quicker services esp where they are located.

Needed a battery a few months ago and they wheeled the new one out, took out the old one, gave me a credit for the old battery. The installation was unexpected on my part. No additional cost involved. Good selection of auto accessories and the staff is courteous. I go there for my auto supplies as they are close and these are typically items you cant wait for a drop ship from Amazon. The prices are reasonable for the need to have it immediately types of purchases. Parking is fairly convenient as its dedicated to that store.

Went to buy a part for a Grand Vitara. What my family gave me a picture if the part and the spanish name was imposible to find out . even the part number wasnt there.But: this is how customer service came to help. They called in between themselves. Young people working there. One asking the other. What do you think this part will be?He came back. Look on this s nd that. Given names of parts just looking at the picture.Awesomeness to me! They found the part we needed.Ig you need the best of the best go to Advance Auto parts at 441 srate rd. Boca Raton florida! Seems on the expensive side, I paid $215 for a H6 battery, it came with a 3 year warranty and fitting, but I do feel somewhat ripped off.I seen the same battery type in walmart which is just as good for a lot cheaper, and they give you money for your old battery, Next time I would go to Walmart and do it myself and save a great deal.Im not sure if you have to take the Warranty or not, I was never asked.

BUYER BEWARE! Bait and switch. This company sells garbage products. Won’t honor warranty. On 3rd battery in 2 years!

Great Service Always

I walked in the store to return a hose because the sensor wouldn’t fit inside it. I brought with me the old hose and the new one and the sensor. The attendant, Nick, said the hoses were pretty much the same and he didn’t understand why the sensor wouldn’t fit inside it. So he tried to sell me a new sensor for $40,00 non refundable but wasn’t sure it would fit in. He got my sensor and placed inside the broken hose and it got stuck there. Note that my sensor was good and I never asked him to try to fot in my sensor!! Then, he could not get it out and said he had to leave to install a battery for another customer and just walked away. Another attendant came up to me and I explained that I needed my sensor out of the hose. He said the other guy wasn’t supposed to do that because that’s a mechanic’s job. And that he couldn’t do anything about it and also left to another customer.I went to the store to return a hose and got out without a solution and with my good sensor stuck on the old hose. I’m pretty sure they did it because I am polite and a woman. I felt very discriminated and disrespected!

I have been using these guys for quite a while.. Not only are the prices good but the advise is even better.. If you like myself are more or less clueless this would be our first stop.. I was about to purchase an expensive part i tought would do the trick... It was just a bad sensor.. It is a tight team headed up by Rel and my go to guy Tim.. Any issues you will have ...... good advise here.

Great service, but expensive. Part stores sell their recommended parts for robbery prices. I recommend Rock Auto online for parts.$18 for a gallon of antifreeze specified for my Cruze. $9 for a gallon of the same stuff at Walmart

They Gave me the wrong part for my brakes but they replaced it with no problem next day.

Please, get better staff. From all the Advance Auto Parts Ive been thru, this one is from beyond, the worse attendant service.No motivation in help the customer and a tedious way of speaking.

Ive been in a couple times over the past month. The young men working here are aloof at best. Its like theyre doing you a favor by acknowledging your existence.

I called to ask a question on Saturday evening May 16 and the girl who answered the phone answered SCREAMING into the phone and answered all my questions with yelling NO with no explanation even after I asked if she might know who could have the answers. VERY rude and unprofessional.

Like every other Advance Ive been to, the staff is always super helpful and never condescending. If you dont know exactly what you need or what you need to do, they try and talk you through it and they can always order parts if theyre not in stock and have them delivered within an hour or two!

Lazy, not willing to help. She refused to simply walk to check if part was actually in the store insisting many are in Stock. I waisted my time. Zero actually there. Ordering on ebay and waiting days is better than the experience here.

I bought a headlight and was given the wrong headlight for my vehicle I went there the next day to try to replace it they would not replace it saying you should have checked your existing headlight to make sure theyre the same before you even open the package mind you had my receipt and everything. The young kid behind the counter ulcer I told you to make sure you check it before you open it no you didnt poor customer service all together.

Excellent parts distributor. Low hanging tree cost me a $130.00 ham radio antenna. When I pointed it out to the staff, I got a owell! Were not responsible for what the trees in our access do. All I wanted was a Im sorry sir, well point it out to our landscapers. Weather they meant it or not.

Always solid, where its having parts in stocks, having men behind the counter who know what they are doing, talking about and are efficient this is your spot. Ive had help throughout the years with installing a battery on my Volvo or grabbing some parts for my kawasaki kz440 or Vulcan. Plus good location so much else in the area..

Needs a makeover. kinda old fashioned feeling when you go inside. service was good though. they analyzed my car for free and found the problem quickly.

Best customer service ever. I didnt say anything more than i need wipers pls upon entering, and Bill handled everything from there. Not only did he ensure i purchased the correct product (bc that wasnt the case prior to coming to AAP unfortunately), he patiently educated me on the difference between products AND how to use them effectively. Great customer service With no Expectation of making a big sale

This place is a fraud, beware! Ive purchased a car battery there three years ago, and now its suddenly died on me. I called the store to find out about the warranty and if i am still covered. They looked in their system, told me that i bought it in August of 2011. I new it was later than that. So i checked my statements to find out that i bought it in the last week of March of 2012!!!! So their computers are doctored to cheat you out of your warranty! Beware! On top of it, within 3 years it should be a free replacement. Im out by 10 days, they said its too bad, nothing they can do for me. Just be aware that they are cheating on their computers to get out of coverage!

Every Advanced I go to the same standard is upheld. The products are reliable, service is good and employees take time to help you. I always buy carparts from here. Prices range from brand to brand. They have tools and all kinds of car maintenance products, battery and alternator testing ECT. Often see deals and for sale items such as WD-40, Seafoam, ECT which people quickly snatch up. I anticipate buying from them soon.

Guys didnt have the order ready when my my husband went to pick up two items.

Was there 2 days in a row and the clerks refused to help me. Both days was a struggle to get help. The clerks were hiding to avoid working.

Battery cheaters. Rude and unapologetic store manager with I could kill you unkind attitude. Employee was listening to gangster rap music, didnt seem concerned about annoying customers with the offensive lyrics. Manager didnt seem concerned about his employees behavior. Been using this store for many years and now I will give all my business to someone else. Since World Pac is associated with this company, they will lose my account as well. For the do it yourselfer, AMAZON is more convenient, less expensive, better selection and quality than these guys and they deliver to your door with no BS and bad attitude. Check Amazon for a quality AC Delco battery(OEM Quality Johnson Controls) delivered to your door for less.
