I got a flat tire on a Sunday afternoon and as luck would have it, I came upon Joe at Mavis Tire and Brakes. Joe couldnt have been more accommodating. When I got there, not only were they short staffed but it was lunch time. Joe went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and my tire was fixed in a timely manner. I highly recommend Mavis Tires and especially Joe! I hope I dont have anymore car issues but if I do . . . I know the first place I will go.

My Jeep and I wobbled into Mavis on 21psi following a couple of nail punctures to one tire. It was Friday afternoon, they were clearly busy, but took on the task of evaluating and fixing my tire…they were awesome!Mavis did nothing but an absolute professional job, they were timely and very nice to work with.Before I head to large national chains, I always try to give local business’ a chance. Very happy I did with Mavis, and I’ll be happy to return them!

I needed four tires and brakes and Mavis was the first place I went to for a quote. I was greeted by the manager Ray and he was eager to answer all my questions. The price was good and they could immediately do the job so I accepted. The job was less than three hours and Ray kept me informed of the work status. It was a clean environment and the process was well executed. I was very pleased with the cost, operation, and subsequent car performance.

Went in on a Saturday morning for an oil change and a few other small issues I had going on. I got there just before 8. Was pleasantly greeted by Joe. He was very helpful in explaining what needed to be done. I was in and out within an hour. Couldn’t ask for better service. I’ll forever be bringing my car back to Joe for the foreseeable future. Would highly recommend. Also a very nice and clean waiting area. Keep up the great work!

I didnt want to write this, but this is what its come to. I brought my Jeep in for a wheel balance, and an alignment. I also requested that the ball joints get greased, I was told they dont have a grease gun.. but I digress.... I talked to the shop manager (I think, he called me), I explained to him that in addition to the vibrations, I was getting clunking from the front end. I was quoted $175 for a front end inspection, and hed let me know if anything was amiss. At the end of the day, I was called told everything is fine in the front, and I am good to go.I assumed that if the clunking wasnt related to the suspension, it must be something else, like a motor mount. The problem worsened, to the point that it was downright scary to drive. So I brought it to the dealer, and they diagnosed the problem was the lower control arms. I had them replace them.I emailed Mavis asking, what exactly did I pay for? How did they miss this when it was on the hoist? How did they do an alignment on a vehicle with bad control arms?I received a phone call from someone on the following Monday, the gentleman told me that I would get a refund of the $175 inspection fee. He told me that the Deerfield store manager was off on Mondays, but he would be calling me on Tuesday to give me the refund. I was satisfied... until another Monday passed... you guessed it, no contact. I sent a couple of messages to the number that called me... nothing. Its been three weeks since I was promised a refund. Sad.

Juan is a fantastic customer service person. He was attentive, knowledgeable and the staff got us out quickly. Would definitely recommend you come to this tire & service shop;-)

My experience at Mavis Tires and Brakes was great! especially by the staff members. They treated my vehicle like it was their personal property. Also to mention Ray (Manager) was very helpful and knowledgeable and honest, which is a big plus for me because it’s hard to find good help. Therefore I highly recommend Mavis for your car service.

I purchased four new Michelin tires from them for my truck. I was quoted a price thru their online price calculator. When I came to pick the truck up, I looked at the bill and everything seemed correct but I didn’t compare it to the online quote until I returned home. They ended up charging me $5 per tire more than I was originally quoted. I know it’s my fault for not checking before I paid them. However, I took a long cross country trip a couple weeks after the tire install and discovered that at least one of the tires was extremely unbalanced and was shaking the heck out of us on the highway. I took the truck to the Ford dealership and had them inspect the tire install. They rebalanced the tires and told me whoever balanced them had done a poor job and used way too many wheel weights. Truck runs nice and smooth now. I will not be going back to Mavis.

I was recommended to this place by a friend for tires. I was here a year ago and I returned because Ray was very honest and helpful. I didn’t feel pushed to buy or get anything I didn’t need. I highly recommend this company!

This place is awesome. Came out of my house this morning I got had a screw in tire. Came over here and they got my tire patched in and out within the half hour. 10/10 great experience!!

It started with a great telephone conversation with a smart young man who knew exactly what he was talking about in regards to the right tires I needed for my car. He set everything up in the system so that way in the morning when I went for my new tires I would not be late to work. This morning I went to Mavis and was greeted by the manager Ray who was very helpful and understanding that I had to be at work in an hour. All four tires were balanced and installed on my vehicle and I was out of there in less than 30 minutes. Thanks to Ray and his staff I was not late to work today. THANK YOU RAY

Ray was so accommodating for my sister and me!! We called to get an oil change for her and they told us to come right in & got it done quick! I also needed a quick fix on my car so they did that right on the spot within just a few minutes when we came to pick the other car up. Amazing service 👏🏻

Ray did a great job in helping me. He educated me on parts my car needs, advised me which ones are more immediately important than the other, and was kind about the entire process. As a person on a budget, this was a great experience.

Woke up to a flat tire in the morning and drove away from Mavis extremely happy and taken care of. They fixed my tires and did a full rotation and balance check within 1 hour of me arriving there. Super happy!!

Bought 30 tires a year ago from the Deerfield location (They were awesome then by the way!) and last night a screw appeared to be puncturing my rear drivers side tire. These guys are awesome and fix things fast. They take great care of me every time I go there. They are doing my brake pads, rotors, and calipers, bushings, bump stops, and sway bars next on my 2000 Cherokee. I am VERY picky about who works on my car and I am always confident in Mavis quality of service. Thanks always Deerfield crew!

Hands down best tire and brake shop in the area. We got unlucky and got a flat tire, but we were lucky that at least it was near Mavis. Were from out of state and didnt have much time They were busy with a lot of work but George had the guys expedite our service and we were out of there in 10 minutes. No lie they offer absolutely amazing service and theyre trustworthy people. They didnt even take a dime for the work they did. I cant explain how grateful we are right now to be back on the road. This is a really good Mavis location. Only real issue (which they cant control) is with just too many customers coming in at the same time; so theres a chance scheduling conflicts could happen (especially if you talk to someone in the call center as opposed to the actual location). If such an issue does occur, the management staff in Ray or George is very good with communication & helping compensate with anything. Besides that though the service is top-notch & the location is very clean. Its a good experience & I recommend going to this particular site.

Went to mavis with 2 busted tires. Replaced both for me in a couple of hours, fixed my alignment which I didn’t know was off, and had me back on the road in a couple of hours. The minor wobbles I felt while driving were now gone. The employees were great, helped me with everything I needed and explained to me what I wasn’t sure about. Will be heading back for all my car needs in the future

Mavis Tires is the best service, price and friendly staff. Not only was George very professional but the quality of the work done was first class. Yes I just had to run in to get someone to either fix the flat or put my spare on so I could get to Lexus since they sold me the tires Papo helped me right away got the spare put on in less than fifteen minutes and I was on my way!! Fast fair courtesy service and actually very convenient right on Federal Highway close to my Home 👍👍👍

Great price, fast service and reliable staff. Definitely recommend. They told me about 2/3 hours to have my car done. I took Uber home ( I live literally less than 10 min away. I have arrived home and start to have my lunch and all of the sudden , I was surprised by their call. “ hey Pablo, you’re car is ready” . I was like “ wow less trancam hour involved, by the moment that I have arrived, by the moment that they called me “. It was definitely above and beyond service! Geremy, Deerfield beach store manager was great help in order t to solve an issue we encounter after 4” lift was installed on my Jeep renegade 4X4 Sport. He was able to price match tires, and was able to assist me with those difficulties by using ingenuity, great customer service and dedication to the corporation he works for. Outstanding! Additionally, Chelsea advisor at the store was very informative, communicative and helpful by being passionate about the team, their abilities and delivery of the product they advertise. Horrible service!! I will never return. I went to this location for a simple brakes job when they first opened this morning. Juan told me that there will be an hour wait before they could work on my car which was not a problem but I ended up waiting from 8am to 2:30pm without them even pulling my car up for an inspection. The only thing that they could say is I’m sorry for the delay following excuse after excuse. I really wish I could give a negative star for this poor or lack of customer service and communication. I’m not sure if they refused me service because of my race or not but this is unacceptable. STAY AWAY from this place.

Customer service is above and beyond any tire place Ive gone to before. Jorge & Ray are very knowledgable and outgoing when it comes to helping. Ray is a man of his word and did everything he told me he would do. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Prices arent what they mention on the phone, ok Im used to that.. But my tires were horribly unbalanced after they replaced all 4, theyd lose air quickly even though they replaced 4 nozzles so that wouldnt happen. I normally go to EF auto for ANYTHING, but they didnt haven an opening when I needed. Next time Ill definitely wait!

This is the best place in South Florida!! The gentleman that helped me gave me the best deals on tires to help me out as a college student! Getting my tire fixed at Mavis was a very pleasant experience. Juan at the service desk kept me and everyone else in the store well informed of time, and Donny did a great job repairing my leaking tire.

I walked in stressing because I needed to get my front tire fixed talked to Jorge this gentleman very knowledgeable and helpful made sure I was getting what I needed for the money. Juan was terrible !!! He argued back with me basically calling me a liar and didn’t know anything about my car when asking him multiple times to look up my information, the technicians helped me more than him and he’s front desk !! I really wished for the first person to greet me (Juan) could’ve been more customer friendly and due to all the other nice gentlemen I would’ve took my car else where, be ware of him but all in all I’m very satisfied with my tires and my ending services.

Piece of road debris damaged the underside of my bumper and I had a plastic piece dragging on the road. After two Tire Kingdom places turned me away, Mavis took me right in and fixed it for no charge. Thanks guys!
