I always love this Starbucks but today was okay service. But hopefully will get better soon.

Service is great and they always get my order right. Yeah they go through employees fast but what do you expect from school kids. They have to keep their grades up too. Support the students trying to earn their own money.

Awesome cupcakes but seasonal flavors are hard to track. They’re not released on a schedule so you never know when they’ll be made.

I was picking up food for people this morning and the guy handed me the drink before taking my money and gave me no straw

This lady at the window named Brittney was giving me an attitude when she was taking my orders then when I got to the window, she had a nasty look and posture and it’s just not a good customer service. I’d never have a problem with starbucks but she made my experience at this location horrible.

I literally had the BEST experience at this Starbucks. Best location on planet earth, seriously. The most delicious lattes made by the most careful, nurturing baristas. Especially their barista Andrew, he was more helpful than any happy helper you have ever met. Patient and attentive, honestly this man is SERIOUS CEO material. He’s going places. I digress, amazing Starbucks, amazing staff, amazing, well, everything! Ps. I love their paper straws!

Im glad school is out. Them high schoolers had this place busy every morning at 745am. Latte is always delicious.

Horribly inconsistent on their drink making and turn over rate on employees. Their hours are consistently changing and you never know if they are open or closed. They are always running out of product.

This store has all kinds of wildlife crawling around in it. I’ve had a lot of respect for this store in the past but when I walked in last night and saw a pile of HUMAN FECES in the corner, I knew something had to be done, I will no longer be coming to this Starbucks again.

I tried to order a venti drink at the drive through only to be told that they were completely out of venti cups, tried to order a pumpkin bread and was told that they were completely out of all of their deserts.so I decided to get a grande since they claimed they didn’t have what I really wanted. I pull up to the window to see that they had PLENTY of venti cups and overheard a worker telling another worker “if anyone asks tell them we are all out venti cups” (while holding a venti cup in their hand!) Overall, you could clearly tell the workers were just being lazy and did not feel like doing their job.

The Starbucks located at 3705 Center St, Deer Park, TX has it going on. I found that the store is well maintained and the staff very friendly. They prepared my drink order without issue, which is very nice as I have a specific way I prefer my drinks to be made. More often than not Starbucks I hit up while traveling dont get it just right, but they did!

Do yourself a favor and go the one on Spencer by San Jacinto College. They cut me off when Im ordering, take forever, and oh I just finished a hot chocolate I was given after ordering a latte. 🥴

I frequent this location on a daily basis but lately nothing has been right. Online ordering has been down for weeks, today you couldnt even go inside to order when the line is wrapped around the building and spilling into the street and both parking lots. And lately when I order my coffee, the same one I get everyday, I know its not what I paid for. I paid for 5 shots of espresso and know very well Im not being given 5, just the basic 3 for a venti. PLEASE FIX THESE ISSUES!

This Starbucks is easily accessible from the street. The dining area is spacious and clean. The service is very good. The condiments station is clean and well-stocked. The bathrooms are clean. They have the super fast Google Starbucks for wifi. They have a drive-thru and they also stay open late till 11 PM. Wow!

Love the coffee and egg bites and well, everything, really! Jean is so pleasant and energetic!!

My visit today was such a pleasant experience! kind and helpful baristas. i dont remember their names, but shoutout to the barista with the flames on their name tag and the barista with cow spots on theirs. our drinks were perfect! most places forget that i asked for kids temperature, but this location got it just right. thank you!

Good job on letting the manager belittle two woman one of which was a 15yr old kid, because he did not like the mask they were wearing even though it met all the criteria. This is not the kind of person I would want to represent my company. A man none the less.

I see disabled couple trying to communicate with the team member and he is very calmly listen and process the order. Very professional 👏

Went to this location for happy hour. I ordered, she said she’d have my total at the window. The total was full price. When I asked her if this location participated in happy she said it does but I have to tell her I want to use happy hour before I order. No other location is like that and no other location blames the customer for store mistakes.

Lady at the drive thru was trying to be witty with her comments about my order. Just do your job and give me my coffee.

Went to the Starbucks on center street in deerpark last night around 6pm. And ordered three venti drinks and two were coffee and one was a vanilla bean. All of them were cold but when got to the window they were melted there was no coffee in the two that were supposed to be coffee! Very sad that I went there and paid $20 for drinks that weren’t even made right!

The last thing anyone wants is to be treated like a horrible inconvenience early in the morning. The term customer service has no meaning at this location. I have never been treated so poorly by a so called service oriented business. If you don’t like people, or yourself; maybe you should find another line of work. Then you ask to speak to a manager, and the “shift” as they called her dismisses you with nothing more then an eye roll and her back. Time to find some where else to get the morning coffee. Good coffee is not worth being treated this way, NEVER Again! Think twice before you brave this gauntlet of rudeness and down right lack of respect. You deserve better.

Former partner for SB. Workers were accurate and place was well kept. Workers were... A touch less interactive than Im used to but not in a bad way. Just not as good a connection compared to other SBs Ive been too.

I ordered a grande caramel frap at 6:30 in the morning and it tasted like cleaner...

I asked about the Nitro brew coffee and the girl didnt know but was not afraid to say so and hand me off to a tending that had snag a quick sample and rattled off about the coffee. I added caramel to it. Perfect choice to end a busy work day! Thanks ladies!

Rude and discourteous people

An okay place to gather with friends. Clean location though. One area they need to improve is to have more variety in pastries and have plenty. I was looking to get 2 bagles of the same flavor but they only had one. Overall I give them a rate of GOOD.

The gentleman who took my order at the drive thru, Eddie, today was very nice and patient.

Coffee was good last night, but one of the baristas was spending half of her time chatting with her friend and that caused a 20 minute backup at the drive thru.

This is the worst Starbucks ever. I love Starbucks, but this store is terrible! They take forever to make anything you order. It took 20 minutes to make 2 drinks that we mobile ordered and to tell us that they were out of the sandwich my son ordered. Instead of crediting the Starbucks account back, they gave us a $4 store credit, even tho that doesn’t even cover the cost of the sandwich, let alone the tax paid on it. They never have your mobile order available when you walk in, you have to wait in line to ask for it. The employees do not acknowledge anyone who walks in unless they’re friends. They will all talk to each other as you stand at the counter waiting for someone to, at the very least, say “we’ll be right with you”. If you can go to any other store instead of this one, I highly recommend it.

I am a person who stands by Starbucks. Every place I have ever lived I became I regular. When we moved to Deer Park 5 years ago this became my regular Starbucks. At first it was great. All the staff were extremely friendly and would always carry a conversation. About two years ago is when it started declining. Now, typically the morning crew isnt great, they are actually pretty terrible. They show no care in making drinks correctly and always have a bit of an attitude. My drink gets made incorrectly every time, even to the point I have to stand there and watch them make it. But its a completely different story in the evenings. They are very friendly and actually care about doing things correctly. I went in on 4/12/14 and all the people working were great! Special props to Andrew! So my three star review is based solely because you have to be choosy about what time you go. I think that a customer should be able to go anytime and not have to worry about whos working.

I go to this Starbucks usually 2 or 3 times a week and I always go in the mornings. The morning staff is always chipper and bubbly and wonderful! If they dont talk, its because they are super busy making drinks. They always make my drinks perfect and always have a great attitude. :)

The employees here are always friendly and helpful. One time I had to wait an extended time for the employees mistake. She came over, apologized, and offered me a consolation. She never needed to, but made an effort to make sure I was happy.

Usually a very good location. This morning during peak it took a little longer. I dont normally go to this one early though. Spencer/Beltway8 is awesome.

I only go to Starbucks when there are no other coffee shops around. Today was that day. The menus are always confusing. The coffee is mediocre at best. The only thing that saves this from getting a 2-star review is that the Wifi was actually pretty decent. I could do all of my work without having to reconnect or wait.

The first location in Deer Park, and in my opinion, the best in the immediate area. Coffee is always hot, the drive-thru is always moving, window service is always great. Wouldnt mind some napkins as courtesy from the window service, but that is about the only constructive note I can make on this location.

Always busy but moves fast. The employees know the drinks well for those that dont remember the name (me!!) and are very friendly.

They were super nice, and didnt make me feel foolish because Im new to Starbucks. They also took the time to educate me I the rewards program. This was a great stop for lunch.

Friendly and fast service

This place is a definite hit or miss. The coffee is super inconsistent. We normally drive out of the way to avoid this Starbucks. The baristas are more interested in talking, while holding your coffee, than serving you. Most of them have not grasped the concept of talk and walk. We certainly regretted our decision to stop by today. Wont happen again.

Its Starbucks. Coffee on par with other Starbucks. Here the staff is pleasant and courteous. Purchases delivered to customers in a timely manner.

Both my husband and I ordered same thing we order from Starbucks all the time with his being a flat white with heavy cream and one Splenda and lime a blonde americano with heavy cream and what we got was two black coffees with cream...slow and not friendly

Ok there are a few problems first its kind of small and when there is a good amount of customers its hard to move second the prices are very bad especially for how small the place is like for the prices of all that stuff they should make it a bit bigger third is the prices again but for the food and accessories for example a brownie cost 2.75 and its a singular brownie and the brownie isnt even that good and for the excesories this small yeti type cup costs $19 and I would much rather get a cheap one that works just as good at academy or Walmart. But on the good side the service was great especially for only 3 people they were fast and they did there job good.

Employees here were very nice and peppy. Just the way you would expect. My issue was with another customer who, I guess the employees told him he had his own personal chair, which either me or my wife was sitting in. We did not know and this zz top lookin wanna be biker dude slams his thermos down on the small table between where we and this other older lady were sitting. The was an empty chair of the four we were occupying. So I didnt think much of it. Maybe the guy was tired from walking from his bike to the door. So he slammed his mug down so he could go order.. on that note, who takes the personal thermos to Starbucks anyway? Anyway he then proceeded to the counter to ask why the chairs are re arranged to which the barista answered they moved the chairs to better seat the guests and apologised for the inconvenience... that much I heard. Then as I was trying to talk to my wife who was sitting across from me, this guy sits down in the chair next to her as if he was making a point to show his anger. But just before he sat down, he made it a point to snatch up his thermos and in its place he slammed down a stack of napkins. Like a 3 year old throwing a fit. I was trying to ignore this and just continue my conversation as this guy was breathing heavily... whether it was in anger or heart disease idk. He was for sure giving off bad vibes and being very distracting. Luckily at this point they called our drinks out and we got up and left. As we were walking out, this guy goes out the other door and walks out on the sidewalk as if to make sure we left. This kinda irked me because we were the before he even got there. I didnt wanna say anything because my wife was pregnant and in fact we were only at starbucks to kill time because we got to our doctors appt early. I just try to keep telling myself this guy just needs a hug or something. Were we out of place there? Or was he? All of his actions made us feel unwelcome. But none of this was the fault of the actual starbucks. So idk, I wouldnt go here again. But not because of the service. The employees were good.
