The service was great here aswell as the atmosphere of the employees helping to assist me. They werent able to help me but all in all Im satisfied on what they could do, thanks you guys 😉👍

Sean f was my agent. Great training these guys have they can’t even set up a phone transfer correctly. Been waiting for a week on a preorder and I find out my number was never transferred properly. All they care about is a quick sell. You can tell when they get paid by commission. Been on the phone since 4pm now it’s 8pm and add my lunch time to that as well, trying to resolve this issue. On top of that your own att agents refuse to give me their Agent number and hang up instead. Great job with the training AT&T, training them right!

I went in for an upgrade and the rep got me the phone I wanted and explained my contract and how I could upgrade other services such as service plans. I was able to increase my GB plan for just a little bit of money. I was very happy. Been with ATT for several years.

Have had great service for over a year now. Initially went with the residential wireless but upgraded to the business wireless service after a few months. Speeds have been great and its been exceptionally reliable. Mason came out for both the initial install and the upgrade and did a thorough job.

Worst place ever never buying here again, Vanessa did not give me enough information when in I bought the new iPhone 12 she did not explain anything, I really don’t know why she’s even working there because she did not did her part of the job. She was very rude, overall worst customer service.

I was a sprint customer and I went to the store because I want to switch to at&t as I was told about it’s great services, I was told by the customer service that a can trade my iPhone and will have a new iPhone by free , only have to payed taxes for the new phones at this time .After five month they are still charging on my bill the cost of the phones, I went to the store in several occasions and I was told they district manager knows about the incident and it was a mistake but they are very busy doing others thing,Very disappointed, still waiting for a solution.Thanks at&t

I can’t begin to tell you the great experience I had with a sales consultant, Slade. This amazing woman went above and beyond to help both myself and my husband. She stayed after hours when she didn’t have to and tried her hardest to make sure everything was explained in detail. I could write a book about what took place but she handled it and her mannerism was outstanding!! I also followed up with Stephanie whom I believe is the store manager and she helped with the last few questions I had. My husband and I both are very thankful and will recommend AT&T to family and friends. We are soooo happy with our new 11 pro max iPhones!

Just got my new S9 from here with a great promo. Simply walked in, got greeted by Ryan, he help me set up my new phone without a hassle and lowered my bill. All in a time span of about 15-20 minutes. Highly recommend this store for anyone trying to get their solutions quick and easy. Great job guys.

The staff did not even try to help me. My son is active duty military and out of country. He had his phone suspended before he left. He is still being billed. I went in to inquire about this for him. They just said no he has to pay even if he suspended service. They didnt even look it up. I did in the parking lot. There are options for military and he should not be charged while contract is on hold.

Come here if you like to be ignored. Nobody bothered to acknowledge I was there. The 2 workers were helping people, but one got finished and disappeared. I left 30 minutes later. Truly felt like a ghost. Lame establishment!

I visited my AT&T location with questions and concerns about my bill. I was referred to A. J., who is the manager at this location. He was patient and explained the entire bill with a customer service oriented attitude that I thought was nonexistent in our technology driven society. He listened to my concerns and addressed each one above my expectations. He was professional and had integrity in the way he handled the situation. The cell service is fantastic, but the customer service I experienced has made me a believer in AT&T and this particular location. Thank you, Alex!

Nice and clean store. Madison is super helpful and makes everything right. I called 2 at&t 800 numbers and they couldnt help me. They were giving me the run around. Madison made it simple and even apologized for others making it difficult for me. Shes always willing to work and make sure customers are satisfied.

Staff at this location is very knowledgeable of their products and services.

This location allowed an unauthorized user to purchase a phone under their at&t next program and claimed that the user had my DL in the report to the company. The Public Service Commission of Texas is currently looking into this matter as is my lawyer. They have also lied and claimed that promotional items given to me because if my long standing account would not be under contract. Avoid at all cost.

Sat for an hour and did not get helped. Either developed a quicker process or keep more employees in the store.

Terrible customer service. Crappy return policy. Said the phone case was defective. They wouldnt buy it. All I wanted was my money back. It was 4 days instead of 3 days from purchase. Now Im left with a defective product and a bad taste in my mouth. The computer wont let me do it. Thats what we live with these days??? Dont ever buy authorized retailer. At least the company based store offers 15 days. Whatever. There shouldnt even be a difference. Just avoid att altogether. Probably going to switch back to Verizon. Theyre customer service is outstanding. SO sick of Att nickel and dining the customer.

Im a devout AT&T customer, but when the charger I bought here 3 months earlier needed to be replaced, I went to a different AT&T store for a new one and was told it was an off market charger and bad for my phone🤔 so who do I believe?!?
