I had the absolute pleasure of seeing Ricardo V. First thing in the morning as they opened and he helped me buy a Sim card and mentioned a prepaid card and phone and I told him I already bought something for cricket and I was just gonna go across the street. Well cricket didn’t open for about 45 minutes and when I didn’t feel like waiting Ricardo came right back into my head and I went right over there and I saw him handle six different clients at once, flawlessly and I would not recommend anybody else but him to anybody that goes in there. He had three different people he helped at once with a bunch of different phone calls to customer service and at no fault to his coworker who from my understanding had his own issues but was a bit late, Rircardo however, he does the most and deserves a shout out if he doesn’t already have a higher position or a raise that’s the man that deserves it. Got someone who spoke Spanish on the phone for a customer, helped people understand thoroughly, didn’t rush a single one of us, I think his aura made us a little at ease because sometimes things are busy. All I know is he helped a girl who has been struggling in outside life for two weeks and if I could tip him and buy him a steak dinner I so would. Bless. (Also bless they had the 12 pro in blue and not gold hahaha )

Not helpful at all. This is not a good location for customer service. Just looking to sell you what they want to push on you. They do not go the extra mile, its a take it or leave type of deal. We left it.

We spent a long time at this store on a very busy day, getting five lines of a family plan transferred over from another carrier. We had to wait a little, but once we were seen, Akash was incredibly helpful, patient and attentive. He made sure we understood all the details of our plan, got the best available deals (which turned out to be great!), and left completely satisfied. We even got all of our data ported over. Changing carriers or plans is so complicated and frustrating, but this was the most pleasant experience possible. Thank you!!

Had a great experience with the store manager Daman. He was very helpful and funny. We are now saving 100 dollars a month now that we switched from Verizon to T mobile. We also have unlimited everything!

Went in today for to start up a new family plan and Akash was very knowledgeable and even helped fix some cell phone problems I was having that began with my previous provider. All my questions were answered and everything went smooth.His other customers dropped by periodically as I was setting up service and they all seemed really happy to see him too.Glad I came here.

Great service. We switched from AT&T to T mobile and we are now saving about $150 a month. Definitely recommend this store.

Very professional and patient !!! Went yesterday to upgrade my device and even though it took me like the entire day to back my stuff up before my phone got wiped, Sonu really had a lot of patience with me and my mom and he really took his time out to ensure that we were straight with our devices n so forth and he was very attentive !!! IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD . MY MOTHER HASNT HAD A WORKING PHONE TO MAKE CALLS ON FOR 3 MNTHS. TMOBILE CUST SERVICE DID A WARANTY EXCHANGE AFTER THE PHONE WAS DEAMED DEFECTIVE AFTER TROUBLE SHOOTING. WHEN IT ARRIVED AT THE STORE FINALY AFTER BACK AND FORTH ISSUES . DAMAN SINGH THE RETAIL STORE MANAGER RUNS A FRANCHISE PRIVATELY OWNED TMOBILE STORE . HE TOLD ME HE WOULD NOT TAKE MY NOTE 5 BACK BECAUSE IT LOOKED WIERD AND ABSNORMAL ON ONE CORNER SO HE WOULDNT DO THE EXCHANGE FOR ME . TOLD ME HE HAD TO EITHER SEND IT TO MY HOME OR ANOTHER STORE TO PROCESS IT .HE REFUSED . DONT BOTHER DOING BUISNESS THERE AT THIS LOCATION STORE 1154.

I have had nothing but good service and you might day old fashioned but that is how it should be done, treating the customer like they are important.

Ill say ok but they are not on time to open the store, so if you need something to be check at 10am go to a different store. Other than that if is later them 11am you can go, they great

This is one of the best tmobile stores that I have come to. I am always very happy and pleased with the service that I receive from this store and the staff that works there always professional and helpful. They always have the answer to my questions. At one point I even thought about leaving tmobile with all the hassle I got from tmobile. They are the reason I stayed. I recommend all my friends to this store and they are never disappointed.
