Rob is great. I really needed some prints done and he was really patient and helpful. My prints were pretty big and he gave me so many options and got it done quickly. He was really friendly too, he even gave me some options of where I can get frames. Thanks Rob!

I’m normally able to email the document to the company email address and they print my documents. I don’t like using print and go for personal reasons. I’m a customer that wanted to email my document and have the company print it. I will not will be back here.

I have never seen such incompetent employee. I had a return RMA number with the email confirmation stating the package and return slip are paid for by the vendor but he refused to acknowledge it. He wanted to charge me for packing the laptop. I am sure he wanted to scam me. Been shipping with Fed Ex for years. Never have any problems at any other facility. Every time I go to this one I always end up having to take my package to a different facility to be shipped. Beth always gives me or anyone who trys to ship items for me a problem. I tried one time to get copies made and she gave me such a hassle that I left and went to Staples. Very disgusted with her antics . My advise is drive a little further to the Fed Ex on Eureka.

It had moved down the street to a better spot. Very nice clean, staff always helpful. Printing, Scanning, Faxing, Sending Packages. They will even make your copies if you do not have the Card. I glad they are still on Michigan Avenue if you get a chance check them out. YOU MUST WEAR A MASK. Have Fun..😷

Never had such a issue with fed ex until now a package was supposed to be delivered Thursday then they sat it Ohio for 4hrs then my shipping started pending then took a whole extra day to get a new day and then today they came threw Indiana with my package without delivering it and straight to Michigan with it just to delivere it tomorrow

The customer service changes over time unfortunately. They start to ignore customers

I would give it a 0 star if I could it was the worst experience I like ups way better and they charged 7 dollars for a plastic bag and he kept making me go back to the car.

Good prices, can email your documents to [email protected] to print at the store when your in a bind. Friendly helpful staff. Parking in rear and front of store.

Store manager is unfriendly and unprofessional. When speaking with customers maybe you should try and explain to customers what type of label you need and try to stand still . Worse attitude ever! Maybe you need a secret shopping to come in to see how James works .

I have had nothing but great experiences here. The staff is really friendly and they have an awesome selection of office supplies. They make the process very simple and its even easier if you use their website and just pick it up in store. A great place to go!

Dropped a shipment and the lady who was there is so disrespectful and rude. Doesnt know how to talk respectfully and serve customers. I just called the cooperate and filed a complain about her.

My father and I came here to print certificates for an upcoming workshop event. We had to run several sample prints to get the right dimensions and colors. Nicole was gracious and exhibited patience whenever we needed adjustments done on the prints. She accommadated us with respect and kindness. Thank you, Nicole from FedEx!

I was super lucky to come in when Beth was working and she walked me through the easiest way to get a bunch of packages shipped out to multiple locations easily and efficiently. She did all the labels for me and explained how to use Delivery Manager. Then she was kind enough to send me a copy of all the receipts upon request weeks later. Thank you for all your help and for your exceptional customer service!

I am so desperate, I trusted this company to send an article and they just lost it, the days keep passing by and I dont have any kind of solution, if this is your first time sending with this company, please dont do it! How I wish someone had warned me about this earlier!

Not a great fedex office, too busy trying to talk to actually want to help me out which is ridiculous.

Went to drop a package, they told me that they do not do express shipping. However the truth was, I missed the cut off time which is 7PM. Not sure why I wasnt just told that instead. >_>

Beware of excessive costs for printing at the computer station. My printer broke and I needed some quick copies. I tried to order them online, but for whatever reason, I could not find a place to submit a file to make 14- 3 page back to back copies (without staples), 10 single page copies, and one additional 3 page copy. I made the copies on my own from my Google drive. Almost $50 dollar later, I had my copies. When I asked about the excessive costs, they said that the computer printers must use special paper. Although they warn you of the cost, there is little you can do if you are in need of the copies as you are already logged into the computer which is also incredibly expensive. Go to another place like Office Depot or Staples. When I showed people my receipt, along with the copies, they laughed and said, No Way! Yep...Way! I will never go back.

They act like you supposed to know everything once you enter this place if you dont know you dont know I have to ask several times and was ignored until I actually demanded help this place sucks

I checked the store hours on google and over the phone and it said that this ups store should be open until 10pm but when I got there at 8pm it was already closed. The time on the store door said it closes at 6:30pm on Fridays. If this is true then the automated system should provide me with the correct info so I don’t waste my time.

Horrible experience, paid top dollar to ship critical healthcare items overnight. They entered wrong address, lost package stuck in their hub and provided no credit. Extremely poor customer service at store and through FedEx customer number. Never again with Fedex

They were closed in the middle of the day, what kind of services are you providing! Out of courtesy at-least update your business hours so people visiting don’t experience inconvenience. Saw multiple people hanging around the store because it was closed.

First time there today. Don’t know the two women but they were so sweet. The one was very nice and informative and really looked like she loved her job even though it looks stressful!!

I am a notary and when they did not have one there they sent them my way... and they always handle my multiple packages very effiecently

Service is almost ALWAYS poor. Their own internet is slow and when you send stuff they have you walk back out of the store and resend it because their internet cant deal with it. Management sets poor customer service examples. Fax is 1.50 a page more than their competition. So go to UPS if you have to fax a lot of pages. When I can I drive out of my way to the Fed ex in Livonia because their service is GREAT. very disappointing to have to drive all the way out there to get decent service.

The employees here are phenomenal !!!! They are so kind and patient. I drive an extra fifteen minutes just to use this branch because of the excellent customer service I continue to experience at this branch.

Ive called this location 3 different times to ask questions either about printing or picking up a package ando every time Id a bad experience. They never seem to know what theyre doing or act like they dont care and my questions are irritating to them. Always have attitudes. Im sorry but if a customer calls to ask a question about your services, you should try to help a customer out instead of making them want to go elsewhere with their business.

I dropped off a package at this location and my delivery status still says pending delivery date. Its been 2 weeks now and Fedex nor the location know where my package is. The driver picked it up and thats it. I asked the location for driver name and ask who it is to investigate the matter. They said they dont know who the driver is who picked it up. This is scary by fedex. I will NEVER to business with them again. I filed a claim and they reimbursed me only 100 $ on a 4k package. They did not own up to their mistake. I will not be ok with this and have started a legal claim. They will regret not taking care of their loyal customers.

This place is a joke. I received a shipper box from Dell to send my PC back with foam and its safe. The guy at FedEx Adam said they need to use a different box because mine is not safe, thats BS. He charged my $13.00. I know he was making a sale. I feel very cheated. Why would Dell send me a box thats not made for it....

I sent email with pdf files and they printed the files. So fast, so very nice and helpful. Just Awesome.

Beware! everything you come in to ship they will try to upsell by telling you that your package is not sturdy enough and that theyll need to repackage it (more money). It never fails. Its a scam!
