Great place,awesome service and definitely meats your needs. Was never disappointed with anything I purchased there. Always very welcoming and helps you with what your looking for. The workers there are very respectful and love what they do. Lots of options there. I love that they offer groceries to keep me from having to stop at multiple grocery stores to grab my needs.

I have been going to this meat market for years. Ali and everyone at Elsayed are second to none. I will not get my meat from anywhere else. It is so clean and organized and everyone that works there is so friendly and helpful always. I am never disappointed with the meat that I get. There’s meat markets on every corner in the city I live in and I will drive to this meat market every time. They are always fully stocked and their fruits and vegetables are always so fresh and high-quality. I can’t say enough good things about them.

Of all the meat markets in the area, their chicken breast is my absolute favorite. They also have an amazing collection of foreign chocolates. Place is a little pricy but honestly I think it’s worth it.

I’ve been coming here for about 4 months I was really excited at first due to them having halal deli not many halal meat market have a variety choice on deli. I spend every month anywhere between 400-600 a month on meat I have a big family! My last visit I came to get lamb chops I seen they had a seasoned option so I proceeded to ask what kind of seasoning they use he answered “regular steak seasoning” ok I asked for four pounds. Normal when I buy a big order of lamb chops the man chops them up fresh puts them on one styrofoam container. He grab 4 separate prepackaged lamb chops put them on the scale weights them and priced them. I’m like sir why don’t you use ONE styrofoam container instead FOUR separate ones when I’m buying 4 pound of lamb chops! At this point I’m paying for packaging instead of meat. He gets a huge attitude start yelling this only 40 extra cents nothing free I pay for this packaging your not getting it free??? Ummm sir common sense I want four pounds of lamb chops put them in one container save your packaging why are you weighing my meat up packaged four separate times!!!!! Honestly I really didn’t care I’ll pay the extra it was a question that he blew up over and starts arguing foaming at the mouth! Keep in mind I’m six months pregnant he arguing with a pregnant woman that’s puts a lot of money in his establishment! Didn’t even get to finish my order because it got that hostile I had all intentions on filling my freezer up! Get home cook the lamb chops my kids start crying there mouth is hot! So let’s go all the way back from when I asked what seasonings and he wouldn’t tell me? Regular steak seasoning doesn’t have Cajun! And if he would had told me I wouldn’t had bought them! Needless to say they lost a great customer!

The service and quality is amazing here. The butchers know what they are doing. Ask for MJ he knows how to perfectly trim a brisket for you to put it in the smoker. You can also get dry aged steaks. They also carry creekstone steaks. The place is also very clean and has alot more to offer you can find seasoning, burger bun, cheese etc. Its a one stop shop.

Check your receipts!Every once in a while, El Sayed has 10+ lbs specials that they advertise on their social media. And every time I’ve bought while these specials were running, they’ve charged me regular price. The first time this happened, I called them up and they credited me an amount that was less than what I was owed based on my receipt. I’ll just stick with Saad Wholesale when I buy in bulk.Their customer service is really friendly and the meat quality is okay. Not the freshest, but for the price, it’s not bad.

Unprofessional and inconsiderate place of business. Almost two years into the pandemic and you would think a place dealing with raw meat and poultry would find the importance in enforcing masks for their employees. I went in to buy chicken and was disgusted when I noticed every single employee (there was like 7-8) didn’t have masks on or even a mask in sight as they deal closely with the raw food and roam around the tiny store. Even when another customer in front of me mentioned that she works closely with children and that they should consider wearing masks for everyone’s protection, they didn’t care and the guy jokingly said “we lifted the mandate” as if he even has the ability to do that. Any person that shops here should be aware. Truly selfish establishment and honestly quite gross that they think it’s even optional at this point. Why would anyone want someone breathing and coughing over their raw food in a time like this? Good luck to everyone buying meat from here, expect a possibility to be exposed to COVID because these guys think the rules don’t apply to them.

Perfect place to catch covid + get ripped off. None of the employees wear masks and most of the customers don’t either as it’s clearly not enforced. Make sure you watch the weight when you buy meat bc they will add extra product and act like they don’t have a clue of what’s going on when you question it. Bunch of crooks. First time and last time buying from this store .which kind of chicken are those for shish tawok taste nothing and so hard . I spent like 400$ to buy all what I need for ramadan. The shish kabab so bad like plastic. makanek too so bad. Your meat and chicken taste way way different than other halah store meat. I doubt if its your meat is halal.

I love this place!! I come from Flint and Canada to get the freshest meat and poultry in Dearborn! The lunch meat and other specialty meat products are amazing. Plus natural and halal, you cant beat it. The customer service is amazing, make you feel like family and extremely welcoming atmosphere!

I bought a good amount of lamb chops for the Christmas holiday. They are not cheap. Thus far, it looks like I was sold a bunch of fat! I should have followed my first mind and drove all the way down to the Eastern Market.

Very nice place to shop. Staff is extremely friendly and the place is very clean. Lots of high quality ingredients. I bought some fresh whole spices and whole coffee beans, along with some other fruits and vegetables. I cant say enough great things about this place. You need to check it out!

I’ve been shopping here for years. Great selection and quality. My wife and I were denied by some guy with blonde hair and a ponytail today at the door 15 minutes before they close. When I asked why he said that they were closing early today. When I asked when they started doing that he yelled at me with veins popping out of his head and embarrassed meIn front of my wife. I will NEVER come here again and make sure my family doesn’t either.

I’ve been coming to this for a little bit over 2 years the meat is good but the employees are super rude and they charge you for stuff you did not buy it happened with me twice one time they charged me 15$ extra and gave me receipt wasn’t even for my stuff and happened one time with my husband too I had to go back in and tell them anyways they refunded me the money but you have to pay attention or you end up paying for stuff you did not buy.

First time getting meat and chicken from here, and it was amazing!! The ribeye was so juicy, wings were so delicious, and the Shish Tawook was amazing. I really like this place because they are very polite and clean. A bit over priced but worth it. I was in today and was very upset because the line system was not great. People were not lined correctly and had three people go ahead of me. Some customers place half their orders on the counter and then cut back in line saying there things are on the counter as if that was there spot in line. That’s the only thing that frustrated me.

Ever since they moved from inside Hashems Market to down the street, the quality of the meat has gone down. I followed them as a loyal customer because they used to have such great flavor, spice and seasoning to their meat. Now, it is bland, inconsistent flavors/spices. Perhaps they changed spices when they moved. The change was for the worse and Im disappointed

Stay away from this place. We used to buy all our meats from this place. Christmas Eve we bought 5lb of lebanese sausage ( makanik), they were terrible, they lacked flavor and seasoning . Tasted like unsalted ground beef with food coloring. I went back today and told the manager about my experience with the makanik ( not looking for a refund or anything) , he was very rude and he basically told me “ too bad”. I will never go there again.

Just walked in and out. Apparently wearing a mask is optional for employees and customers. Not a single employee handing food was wearing any facial covering whatsoever. Just not sanitary during these times.
