Pretty sure the cashier scanned her own personal items and put them on my tab . 2 Gatorade a lighter and sanitizer should not be 16 dollars . She also kept my receipt

Went here yesterday to grab a few things as I often do.Ive never seen such rude employees

SOME of the staff are rude and arent paying attention to customers. They close hours before they are scheduled to closed and thats just on regular days.

Stopped here on my way home from work to get a couple household items. I asked the lady who appeared to be the Manager White, chubby with short hair if they had any tissue because their aisles were empty and appeared to not have been restocked in forever. She told me No our truck came today but we haven’t put anything out! Like lady you have a responsibility to do so and if a paying customer is asking for something specifically that you have in the back but simply haven’t gotten around to doing GO GET IT!! I mean all she was doing was walking around the store, she wasn’t busy cleaning that dirty store or restocking it, I will be contacting Corporate.

This place is okay for that most part. I had to wait in line while the attendant finished her task of putting objects on the shelf. When clearly there was no other person in the store to help ring me up. I informed that I was there and just a simple OK and 8minutes later I got rang up... Customer service was clearly not on their mind but its okay we all have them days.

I dont know why they cant keep employees in the stores stocking cleaning organizing and looking professional like wearing a uniform or shirt that says you work there.................... I understand that dealing with the public is not an easy thing can I believe some of these employees think they should get more money per hour for dealing with all of that and trying to stock shelves all day long you guys need to work something out it can be a lot better than what it is

Cant really give this Family Dollar a fair review because they were doing a lot of remodeling. But the one thing I can say is the employees that was on duty was decent.

Still getting things stocks from being closed but getting better

This store is HORRIBLE! DIRTY! DISHEVELED! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE FACT THAT FAMILY DOLLAR CHAIN WONT EVEN CLEAN ITS STORES LETS YOU KNOW HOW LITTLE IT CARES FOR CUSTOMERS! I WILL NOT SHOP HERE!

Horrible service always just one cashier and no help . Long lines your in line for at least 20 mins or longer. Never any music on the store is dead and slow
