I found everything I was looking for. The shelves were completely stocked.

It started out just going to be a little quick shopping trip and then my little grandson decided to join me to so it became a fun trip..

Had exactly what I went in for, very organized. And lady behind the counter was super sweet and but professional, very good manors. Much better then any other stores around me

Despite having mostly friendly employees. This location tends to have less stock and is drastically less organized than other Family Dollar locations. Although its location is very convenient I wouldnt go out of my way to shop here.

One of the main employees can be pretty strict and highly bitter at times.

I was in the store a quick stop before I went home to Westland. I bought a shirt and some other things. When I was checking out the employee checking me out was so concerned about the next employee coming in on shift that she didnt give me all my bags. I called from home and was told I had to bring my receipt in because my shirt wasnt at the counter. So I drove all the way back. There was my shirt at the counter. One of the employees said it was left in a bag behind counter. So, the assistant manager was called up and employee. The employee who made the mistake apologized. But, as Im standing there trying to figure out if manager is going to make their mistake right. He looks at me and says What. I would think that I would have a least been offered a discount for their mistake. Then the employee throws a $5. Bill at me in front of all the customers. Which I didnt take. I will not be that store again!!!

Refused to do cash back when I know they do cash back

Was profiled as a shoplifter by Debbie The manager. I purchased $186.00 but While Debbie was ringing me up, she stated Take the items out of your purse so I can ring those up. I asked her Are you asking to look in my purse she said No and she wasnt allowed to ask. I opened my purse and moved things around so she could clearly see, I had not shoplifted. The gentleman behind me was shocked to hear the way Debbie spoke to me and accused me of shoplifting. Needless to say, I have never gone back. I stopped shopping at all Family Dollar stores because I refuse to spend my hard earned money at a chain of stores that employs such a person. After reading all the complaints about this woman, they keep her employed at that store. I now shop at amazon prime online. Free next day shipping and the best perk is that its idiot free... 😉

Line down in front of there store block it off go in talk to the manger Deb and she refuses to help me. Help me block off the entrance so we wouldnt have any accidents. She pretty much told me to go to Saturns it wasnt her problem. I even offer to do it just need something to block it off. Never in my life coming to a store for more than 5years have I ever had such bad customer service and it be from the manger. The girl at the register was friendly. Thank you to saturns which now us calling for help.

Ive always liked this family dollar. I have 3 with a mike from my house but like this one the best. They just revamped the whole store & it looks great. Manager is always there working beside her crew. Great store!!

I usually like going to this store but will be finding a new one after today. I went in to this location and had a $5 off coupon, I couldnt use it for a few more days, OK, fine, I get it. My bad for not checking the date. When I go to leave the store I hear the manager tell a customer that was in line behind me, that had she been the one with the coupon she would have allowed her to use it... why?? I wasnt rude or nasty, I completely understood that it was to early. shame on you!!

The manager is always so friendly along with the rest of the staff. Everything is usually well stocked and if it isnt theyll let you know when the item is expected in.

I came in today and purchased jumper cables. I tryed to use them and they didnt work. I came in a few moments later to return the cables and a lady named Debbie told me she wouldnt return them cause they were used, she also gave me a attitude when i told her why she wouldnt return them. I have been going to this family dollar faithfully for over a year. I will never come back to this place to purchase anything from them. Very unprofessional people. I have already talked to corporate about the incident.

The older lady which is the manager sucks. Shes rude and never does returns when it is the policy. She lies and says she cant because its not in her store when it clearly was. Then she says she cant return any electronics at all. She sucks. I will never shop there again. I bought a charger and it didnt fit my phone. I brought it back the very next day. Nope no return. Smh. I refuse to go back.

Awesome staff

The manager is horribly unprofessional, and brings the establishment down, not like its that nice to begin with as it is horribly cared for. The manager is a loud mouthed profiler, who will accuse her customers but won’t take up the other tasks as manager. She has no manners or common decency. The cashier, however, a man with dreads, is always pleasant and is a joy to see when you come in... but that’s not a good enough reason.

Horrible Horrible store! I will never return here! This is the closest store to my house after my experience today I will gladly take my money else where . The managers and employees are completely disrespectful, They roll their eyes and act like children when you ask if a product is in the back, they act like its a mile walk to the back room to check ! Dont advertise coupons when you dont have the product and you cant substitute product for product!

They wont go out of there way to help you or give you a price check! Its always unorganized with boxes all over the place blocking your way and God forbid you wanting to pick up some cleaners on the back wall with there inventory stacked up in boxes everywhere! Either they dont have enough help working at this store or the store is just to small!!

They sold me taped sealed diapers. I was rushing and didnt examine the dag until I got home. The manager Deborah was loud and rude making a scene in front of the whole store. She didnt exchange my diapers.

Worst experience Ive had in any store in the area was profiled and treated very disrespectfully and was attacked with racism from employee/cashier with the manager present during the incident and added unto the racism and disrespect all while our kid was present. Will be emailing and call corporate to add further complaint.
