Ali is always very friendly! Every time I come In here he is warm and welcoming, and the associates are wonderful with my children. My latest experience was pleasant, quick, and very thorough. I got Exactly what I needed and enjoyed the friendly conversation!

The manager was super helpful, but only after half an hour of waiting. However, Jay while I was asking him for help he turned his back on me in the middle of explaining what I should be doing for trading my phone and started talking to his friend when I said can you please just show some respect and say excuse me him and his friend started talking back to me then just laughing . I do not recommend this place, the workers are only nice to people they know and do not take their jobs seriously. Except for the manager.

Very unprofessional customer service, I went to the store to pay for the phone that I bought 2 months ago and at the time I bought the phones the manager said that you can come and pay for the phones anytime you want. So I Went today to make the payments me and my cousin. And the customer service was so rude with a very bad attitude. Told her what the manager told me. She kept saying that the manager wouldn’t tell you that you can pay anytime. I said let me talk to the manager she said that he is not available. And then she kept telling that there is no way the manager would say that. Accusing me that I am lying. So I told her that you being very rude for talking to me like that. And then she tell me to leave the store, I don’t know how would they put such unprofessional person behind that desk. I filed a complaint with t-mobile and I will follow up with t-mobile. Called customer service And they let me pay the money for the phones and they were very helpfulI. I have been with t-mobile for 18 years. And this how I get treated after being faithful for t-mobile for 18years. I would never go back to that store, they have no respect for clients and customers and the way they talk to customers is very rude and unprofessional. Workers are only nice to people they know. Save yourself a bad experience and go to a different t- mobile store that would appreciate your business. Very unprofessional!!!!

Love the store and love the help I received, they helped me get my first iPhone. The sales associate who helped me was probably the nicest retail person I’ve meet, she was patient when I was confused and even helped me pick out a case I needed, can’t recommend this store enough.

Guys working over there are very rude and disrespectful. They refused to speak to me over the phone and acting like Im stupid and dont want to waste time to try and explain why they cant replace my phone. This store is not in sync with corporate. They wanna act like dictators, but they have something else coming to them.

The team here has gone above and beyond to help me!! Ive had some bad experiences at other tmobile stores, especially the one closest to my home. I will always go out of my way to do my business with this branch because they value my business!! These gentlemen need to be recognized for their outstanding service!!!! Sam and Dave are THE BEST!!! If it wasnt for these two I wouldve canceled my services with Tmobile after the service I received at the Garden City MI branch they all need to be retrained on how to handle customers. There is absolutely no reason I should make a longer drive because the staff in not interested in helping me. I am ever so grateful to these two....Just know they are the reasons I am still a customer!

I would like to thank you for the changes. Since the last incident, I have gone to the tmobile store twice. Payment was quick and employees were polite. Thank you! 6/3/2019This (about two months ago) store needs to update there equipment in means working credit card payments swipe and printing receipt through printer. This has happened many times. When paying for my bill swipe and printer gives employees a hard time. Instead of few minutes to make the payment it takes 20 mintues or more for swipe and printer to work. tmoble look into fixing or up dating at this location. Or into whats really going on over there. Some of the employees are being inpatient with the customer when this happens (about two months ago).

The young man was just rushing me out the door even though I spent some money on a new phone. he told me he couldn’t help me with my new service to transfer my data on new phone because you need wi-if.. Knowingly that the store has its own service.. Needs more training very disappointed with this location!!! Will never be back!!

Hassan was very helpful. Andy started off helpful. Unfortunately when I questioned whether all of my pics & contacts had really transferred, Andy must have lost his patience with me, as he went to the back room for a bit, then said no more words to me for the rest of the hour I was there. Thank God I did question it because only 695 of my 1700 pics had actually moved to my new phone. Not all of my contacts had transferred either. And this was a jump trade-in, so I was leaving my old phone there. I wouldve completely lost those photos & contacts.So Thank God for Mohammad. He did not give up on me like Andy. Rather he stepped in when Andy ditched me, and he made sure everything I needed was resolved. I had no intentions of being in the store for 3 hours just to transfer stuff from one phone to another (a process I was initially told would be quick & easy). I had much better things to do & unlike the 5 gentlemen working, I was not getting paid to be there. I was so elated to leave that I forgot my charger. Once again, I was thankful for Mohammad, who found & returned it easily when I came back after 20 minutes to retrieve it.You might wonder why Im giving this store 1 star. Well thats thanks to Andys actions when I returned for my charger. I was standing there thanking Mohammad for everything & apologizing for my transfer being so difficult when Andy came out of the back room & seeing I had returned he reacted in a manner that elicited laughter from his 3 colleagues. Really guys? Is this a place of business, or are we in high school? I should NEVER feel as disrespected & hurt as I did leaving that store! I will NEVER return to that store!
