ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. While attending and photographing a wedding over the last weekend, I could not stop staring at the beauty of this cake. The cupcakes were absolutely amazing and the detail on the wedding cake was everything. Everyone was ooohing and ahhing over this masterpiece all night. You wont be disappointed with the quality and taste!

The shop was so lovely and clean. The cakes were beautifully displayed. You could easily find what you needed for a party. I was curious about the buttercream filled donut (I usually dont like any type of filled donuts). The employee said it was like eating a cloud, so I tried it. I am so glad I did. It was absolutely amazing! The donut was light and airy and inside was just the right amount of buttercream. My taste buds were so happy! My daughter loved her white raspberry colossal cupcake as well. The filling was a welcome surprise. If were ever in Dayton, Ill make every effort to stop at Elé again.

Ive had their cakes before, but I decided to get one of my own for my birthday. Was able to pick up early. Everything looked and tasted amazing. Will definitely be coming back.

I have never been more disappointed. I wanted a special, custom decorated cake for my fathers 80th birthday. I ordered my cake in person at the Beavercreek location. The person who waited on me was very helpful. I explained to her that I wanted the cake to look like a globe with the countries covering the top AND sides of the cake. I showed her several pictures of cakes that depicted the different design ideas I wanted incorporated. She carefully wrote out the instructions and description, and I emailed the reference photos I showed her along with the instructions/design ideas I told her. I also provided a cruise ship ornament to put on the cake. I followed up with an email 5 days before I was to pick up the cake, and my order was confirmed. Three days before the pickup, I received a call from someone, I assume it was the decorator, who reviewed my order. What I received was far less than expected and looked unfinished. The map decoration that was added to the cake only covered a small portion, and didnt even properly fit the area where it was placed. I expressed my disappointment, but with it being two hours before the party, I knew nothing could be done to fix it. I was offered an apology and a partial refund of the decorating fee. I did my best to salvage the cake by adding a few decorations of my own after I got home. The cake was delicious, but the design and decorations leaved little to be desired. For the $130.00 I was charged, I was expecting more than I received.

My girlfriend was recently hired to work at your Austin Landing location. She was excited to start this morning after dropping the children at school but instead she came home in tears. The manager on duty yelled at her for being unvaccinated and fired her before she even had a chance to step in the building. I fully understand that some businesses require employees to be vaccinated but I feel that should be discussed during the interview process. What happened today was unprofessional and unacceptable. As a result, myself and my family, will regretfully no longer be customers.

We typically enjoy the cakes we received but today I purchased a carrot cake for my husband’s birthday. I requested a carrot cake without nuts and came home to discover we had a spice cake. We did not enjoy it at all. Before I submitted this review, I searched the internet for carrot cake recipes. To my surprise there were several, not all, carrot cake recipes that do not include the ingredients we were expecting such as raisins and pineapple. Wow, the cake we received is actually a carrot cake. However, it failed to meet our expectation. Earlier today, the store was kind enough to offer a small discount on our next purchase.

Its ok. Nothing special about what I got. However, I only got a vanilla and strawberry cupcake with buttercream icing. Ill try something from their specialty menu.

I went here (for the first time) looking for a colossal chocolate cupcake for a co-workers birthday but they did not have that flavor. Instead I got a few smaller ones and a fudge brownie. The brownie is thick and very rich but tasted good. I hope the cupcakes taste good!

In response to management, Although you read my review Again poor communication, No accountability, no documentation showing that you called, left messages for management to call me back which im still waiting. Again very poor customer, never received my cake nor a phone called from staff or my request for management toreturned my call. Other people have a nice picture of there cake, i have a receipt. My daughter and I took a decorating class here. We each did a hedgehog and it was awesome! The women here are sweet and helpful. They dont rush you and make the experience just really nice, especially for the younger decorators. Well definitely be back for more classes!

They was booked. 3 days to a 1st year olds birthday. I called West Carrollton on That Friday morning for a cake pick up on Sunday morning. They pulled it off. I got the rainbow and asked them to add butterflies and a smilly face to the sun on the rainbow. They did it most beautifully. This is the place for your cake of any kind. Ive also had one of there desert cake for valentines day and it was delightful. We love Ele cake.!!!!!

I just wanted to write this review to tell the staff at the West Carrollton location that I Thank you so much for what you did for me! Background: I ordered my wedding cake for my reception that was to be held 4/26. However, with the pandemic, I had to cancel. I decided to get a smaller order to still have a cake to cut as I was still going to get married just with only our parents and a few close friends. The menu was a limited option so I opted for a cake with no design as the options didn’t suit a wedding. I wrote in the notes and asked if they could make it look classy as this was my substitute wedding cake and THEY DID! I was so happy! I live in Columbus and love their cakes and have for years so when my mom brought the cake up here to me I about cried that it was so beautiful that even when everything wrong is happening in this world they did that for me at no extra charge to brighten my day! Thank you so much!

I get cupcakes most weekends and the last couple times it was apparent that they probably should have been tossed instead of sold. I would rather you be out of my favorite item than to be sold stale baked goods!

We purchased a graduation cake and spent $120.00 on it and the decorating looked more like a child did it. It was not worth the money. I was very disappointed in the product for what we had to pay.

We have been customers over 20 years and needless to say.. no longer! Our very poor experience with their wedding coordinator Melanie sealed the deal. Not only was she rude to me and my friend at the wedding event , she has been absolutely difficult to work with. We sent in a photo for our wedding cake and we’re given a quote. She called me stating I was misquoted and put off that she had to honor the price. She suggested ways to do the cake and i agreed after some thought. It was at that point she said that basically doing our cake would be impossible and it would be ruined. She suggested we get a styrofoam cake... maybe it’s just me but not really sure our guests would enjoy eating styrofoam!! I messaged her since with zero response and I messaged the original rep I worked with and no response! Needless to say we found another great bakery who can and will make our cake and even less the cost! So with that said, thank you for being so unhelpful and making the experience of planning my wedding horrible! But lesson learned... we are no longer customers!

Every cake I order reminds me why they are my go-to for all occasions. I had them make a special order cake for a birthday and requested a campfire on top of the cake...never dreamed it would look this good!

Ele went out of their way to save a birthday party. Just hours before our daughters birthday we find out that her cake has been ruined. In a rush I go down to Ele, describe what happened and they rushed the perfect cake to save the day. It was 1000% better than we were hoping for in such short time.

Disappointed in coconut nut creme pie. Had a cinnamon taste, must have been made around cinnamon In the kitchen area. Sent request just asking if this was case but did not receive a reply. Was not asking for money back even tho we did eat the pie. Will return but disappointed in lack of communication by management.

My husband knows ele is my favorite place for cakes. He ordered a red velvet cake for my birthday. The day he picked it up Thursday 5/14/2020, he saw a strawberry cake and he got that as well. We celebrated my birthday and the strawberry cake was very moist and delicious.The red velvet cake was very dry and not good to eat at all. I was thankful he saw the strawberry when he went in to pick up the red velvet cake. We ate the strawberry cake instead. The red velvet cake went in the trash.

I ordered a cookie cake and a 1/4 sheet cake for pickup last weekend a 1/2 sheet cake for pickup yesterday. 95% of the ordering was handled by email and the woman who helped me was phenomenal. She called to confirm everything I wanted and helped me to make a super special cookie cake that was even better than I could have imagined. Last weeks items were great.Yesterday when I went to pickup the final cake it was pouring rain and I was in a giant hurry so I didnt look at the cake much while I was in the store which was my mistake. I got it home and realized the text was done in the wrong color, there was a spot where there was icing much thinner than the surrounding areas, the image was faded in spots and the outside icing clashed with the logo printed on the cake. I was upset but not enough to make an issue out of it. However, today when we cut into the cake I was definitely disappointed. I had ordered a marble cake which when I have ordered in the past always has large swirls of chocolate cake inside of a white cake. This was a yellow cake that was super dry and tasted stale. The icing wasnt anything like the buttercream we had on the last cake. Most everyone who tried it today tossed their piece in the trash as it was that bad.This was my first time ordering from this company and after the cookie and first cake I thought I had found a great place to order from, but after todays cake I am not positive, hopefully it was just a fluke.
