The Maz team did an amazing job upgrading my stereo system. The difference in sound quality and performance is unbelievable. I already have another project for them. Alex was very attentive. I worked closely with Tito from May Ocean. He answered my call off hours on a vessel wide VHF problem. The next day he was able to fit me in in the morning, he arrived early, and diagnosed my problem immediately. It was a faulty part that he was able to get replaced within warranty. He worked very hard to get what was needed in a timely manner. His devotion to duty, excellent customer service, and attention to detail brings great credit up himself and Maz Ocean as a company. Watch out for this company Today someone from their company was stripping our boat of our full enclosure, Bimini and all cushions. ($40,000.00)Thank god for our security camera alerting us. We have used Maz Ocean for Garmin electronic repair and maintenance issues on our 35 Everglades. Hunter has been very responsive in scheduling and Paul has been very successful in diagnosing and repairing our issues.
