So I would like to say how asset free this whole experience is..... Im a new home owner and new to Dallas in general. my air conditioner went out last week and Ive been stressing over the financial head ache of getting this fixed. I decided to bite the bullet and get someone out to look into the issue. I googled a local company and they were able to come out on a weekend at no extra coast (already impressed) Michael came out and was so informative. He gave me some options to repair the unit but because it was so old I decided to replace it and not have to deal with this again in a few years. I was able to get it financed and installed right away. Alexandra from the office even did a follow up the next day to make sure I was satisfied with the work done and to see if I had any other questions. Thanks to everyone who helped get the job done. Alonzo Martinez was prompt, courteous and most of all, KNOWLEDGEABLE! In my experience, it is too often that a svc maintenance call quickly turns into a sales call by the technician. Alonzo explained what was needed to keep our old units running but was realistic in terms of showing us the toll of time on these units! We developed a plan to eventually replace them, but in the meantime, his service allows us to keep them going as long as possible! Thank you, Alonzo and Cowboy Services! I will recommend them every chance I get!

Outstanding service and unmatched with regards to being KNOWLEDGEABLE. My units are 24 and 20 years old! My 20 year old unit has been problematic for years. Had all the big boy A/C Companies out and all said to scrap it, cant be fixed and offered me 4k+systems. Cowboy Service came out fixed it for fair price, found several other discrepancies, but acknowledged at this point to bring true was 1k+ and not worth it on an older system. Loved the value and honesty of informing me of things to watch out for and keep up with on my older systems. Cant recommend them enough!!!!

Came out for the $49.99 service and found all these things wrong gave me an estimate for over $2300 so I called another company who I have used for over 26 years they are in Lewisville and normally do not come to Plano. They came out Monday and I show them the estimate and they took a look at the system and told me that there was really nothing wrong with my unit. They did up my condensing unit (for free) and my freon pressure was fine not 2 lbs low (you charge $143 per lb they charge $80 per lb). My coils are old due to age of the unit. Brad at Kelly Heating and Air didnt even charge me a dime Ill stick with them.

When you are re-located to a new area it can often be stressful when seeking a trustworthy and dependable company. However, that was not the case when I decided to contact Cowboy Services. I was new to Texas, let alone new to the Dallas area, and I encountered an issue with my new home concerning the existing air conditioning and heating infrastructure. It was the peak of the notorious Texas summer and I was swamped with work. I was in desperate need to have my air conditioning issues resolved, but was more concerned with the allocated budget to fixed said issues. After being put on hold end eventually hung-up on by various other companies, I was beyond stressed and frustrated with the subpar customer service I encompassed. After stumbling across Cowboy Services, I decided to make a last-ditch effort and contact them in hopes of finding a dependable company. To my amazement, my call was answered on the second ring by a representative who truly possessed the southern hospitality qualities that I had heard so much about. After expressing the inadequacies that I had experienced with other companies, along with my desperation, this representative had a technician meet me at my house after business hours. Upon arriving home, there was a Cowboys technician awaiting my arrival. He was respectful, professional, and enthusiastic about finding a solution to my problem. The technician worked for about two hours and fixed the impetus that was causing my air conditioner to circulate warm air throughout the house. I was given a bill, that after hours of research, was exponentially cheaper than what other people had paid for the same job. I am beyond grateful for the efficiency, professionalism, and customer-service that I was afforded by contacting Cowboy Services. I will continue to both recommend them and use them, as I have now found a company that treats their customers as family. Thank you again Cowboy Services, you continue to exceed my expectations!

I was very impressed by everyone that I dealt with at Cowboys services - they always do the yearly maintenance on my HVAC units and when one of my units went out - they not only offered me the best price but also my technician Alonso did a very thorough job of replacing my broken A/C unit.
