The staff during the day is so nice and helpful. But the lady at the night shift she is always bullying me. I dont know why that is happening. I really would like to help her. Maybe she needs a little support in customer service skills. I will go there only at daytime. Try to avoid this person... Go there during the day to be served well... I dont know why the owner dont know about his employees... God bless him!!! 5 stars during the day 0 stars at night...

This morning I was in 7-Eleven on Marsalis and a Street the lady is so rude yeah I need to replace her and teach her customer service I would never ever go back to the store and I will tell all my coworkers and friends not to go back to that store it is sad how the employees so rude to customers

Horrible customer service 3/3/19 morning shift 10:30 AM,, she dint wanna provided name but its ok,,,, i will never go back to that store my first and last time ,,,, i ask if they have boxes to carried out donuts , just because i ask twice ,the employee got really upset started screaming at me ,,, and ask me to leave the store that was unbelievable ,,,, people like her need to realize they needs to get better skills for customer service ,, for sure after so many complains they will ending loosing their jobs,,,,, i just feel sorry for whoever own that store ,,, im sure the profits are not that good if they continue having employees with this type attitude, she still have the nerve to post for the pic. i take after she denied provided her name ,,,,, i hope owners really do something about this ,,,

Im giving this location 5 stars which is 100% because of Adam who typically works the night shift. He is super friendly, helpful, generous, cares about his customers, and gives exceptional service every time. Adam is someone who clearly understands the customer experience, and knows exactly how to ensure his customers leave happy. Thanks Adam!

If youre a white guy with a pickup truck....stay away. I had six Mexican men jump into the back of my truck thinking I was there to put them to work. All I wanted was $20 in gas. I got frightened and went to Quick Trip.

The lady that worked this morning was so rude and nasty I am talking about the mexican lady that looks and sounds like a man she dont need to be dealing with customers she was on her phone the whole time no smile ano hi welcome to 7-eleven she makes this store which is my favorite store look bad. She wasnt wearing a name tag.either and wouldnt give me her name until she is gone I wont be back

Not that I expect much from a gas station, but these people are rude as hell and the parking lot is lined with people looking for work. Stay far far away. Go get tamales across the street instead.

I asked for change for a $20,the cashier (the Hispanic Male that dresses like a woman/blondish-brown hair)..Told me YOU NEED TO MAKE A PURCHASE...I said OK,I got some candy,he then said NO,IT HAS TO BE AT LEAST $3...REALLY?...ON CASH?...WTH?...

Very near my home. I know most the staff and, they are very helpful and, always provide good and swift service. They are very near schools so they DO NOT SELL ALCOHOL! They do have a public restroom though however and rent pay options. They have a.t.m. and you can load pay cards. You can get food fuel and, tobaco also.Parking is spacious they have a redbox. Good store.

Restroom is in very bad shape. Everyone check the prices because what is shown on the isles is not what they have in the system. They upcharge a coupoe cents here and there but its money that doesnt belong to them.

Great place to stop n pick up something quick

I and many others have witnessed the young lady that works there be threatening, hateful, rude, and flat out horrible to almost every customer. I will not be back to this 7-11 located at 302 N Marsalis.

Fast, pretty clean, every morning when I do stop for coffee its pretty fresh...the keep morning goods stocked very well...and theres good people around, most of the time
