This place is exceptionnal! The employees are wonderful. Very knowledgeable about coffee and the special drinks served here. They are very patient in answering any questions you may have. Ive tried everything on the menu here and it was all delicious! The inside is beautiful and the merchandise they sell here is cool.

This location was amazing. I loved the unique Reserve beverages they had specifically for this location. The barista, Alec, took time and educated me on the differences in the drinks, and also made suggestions which my wife and I ended up getting. Fantastic place.

Finally, we found one in the great state of texas. Last weekend, we were at the Rostery in NYC, and it was an experience one will not forget, especially for a Starbucks fan. The Reserve here in Dallas has a great setup, great outdoor seating. Perfect for groups and dogs.

Im not a starbucks loyalist, but love this one. The reserve organic espresso with a hint of creme is just perfect. Atmosphere is sleek, modern and perfect to meet folks. Studying could be a bit more difficult inside as there arent as many tables with plugs. You could always use the large study table in the middle, though you would be sharing with others.

Absolutely love the water art pieces. They are so clean and well kept, its like glass.

This is such a unique Starbucks in a nice area. Inside is very spacious with great lightning and not crowded (great covid precaution set up). Great ambience. You can also take drinks to the outdoor area for change of mind. Easy underground parking and they can have your tickets validated.

The Starbucks Reserve Bar is an incredible experience, from the ambience, to the great custom coffee selection, and the amazing staff. I was totally blown away by this Starbucks, I will be making another trip to this location in specific. Try something from the bar.

This is my favorite Starbucks location so far. Staff is very nice and efficient. I always like to order my mobile pick up order here because it is always ready when I get there and the baristas are always super friendly. Coffee is always good here.

Starbucks Reserve has a premium drink menu and a large patio. The underground garage parking is free for 3 hours with validation.

Some executives were allowed to sit and converse normally like it was the pre-COVID19 era. Well I guess you can do anything if you have the money.

Delicious! Such better drinks than the regular Starbucks. My friend got a hazelnut latte which was delicious and didn’t taste artificial at all. I got a house affogato which was made with vanilla bean ice cream and was super yummy. It’s definitely a higher price point that the already expensive regular Starbucks, but a yummy treat for sure! Love the free parking.

I went out of my way to grab a coffee here, but there was no decaf at this location?? And unfortunately the barista didn’t offer to make it for me. I hate to give a one star but this was a big bummer for me- I don’t think expecting (albeit decaf) coffee at a coffee shop is super unreasonable.

The Reserve has a unique selection of drinks for the trained palate. The coldbrew float is nicely balanced. The hazelnut latte has a subtle praline milkiness. The Americano con crema is truly the star with its creamy heavenly foam. Definitely a fan.

Came to a Reserve for the first time today and my drink was so good. Matt was so helpful and personable. I’ll definitely come back. My drink wasn’t a reserve drink but it was good nonetheless. My boyfriend got a cold brew float and added some caramel drizzle.

Its basically a Starbucks thats ridiculously nice and modern. Every part of the experience is great especially with the parking. If you do the underground parking, its free for 3 hours as long as you get the ticket validated in the store. Theres even a valet if youre into that kind of thing. Got the nitro cold brew and it was in a lot nicer of a cup than usual. Great place for studying, just like any Starbucks. Just nicer in every way

They close at 7 pm (since many months). They don’t bother updating it in their app nor in google maps. They keep the lights on as if it’s open. When I park the car and go upstairs, it’s closed. Happened several times.$25 Parking Fee, even for a few minutes. You can’t get out unless you pay cause the cancel button doesnt work in the paying machine.I had to call for help and beg them to let me go. The security guy only let me go after I proved to him that I am unable to cancel and get the parking ticket back. Parking is free for 3 hrs only if get the ticket validated.

The location was good with a parking space the store was a unique concept that serve new products that is not available in the normal Starbucks they also deliver the order to the table, decoration was an up scale with a nice design.It is a new experience u should try it.

Big choice of beverages , many seatings available and supper clean. The environment is more business like as the location is inside of an office building.Drinks from the Reserve side cost more but taste so nice and I always comeback for more.

The hazelnut Bianco latte was amazing! At the cross-section of uptown and downtown, this is a wonderful place for a cup of coffee and conversation. Located near the Dallas Museum of Art and Klyde Warren Park, definitely worth the trip and will be back soon!!

Ive been to this place several times during the pandemic. The outdoor seating is a blessing during the pandemic. You can park curbside for a few minutes or driver down into the parking and get your ticket validated for 3 hours. Its often confused with a Starbucks Roastery like the one in Chicago, New York, and Seattle. Its just a Reserve. Not a Starbucks Reserve Roastery.Update on March 19 2021: The Wi-Fi doesnt seem to work.

I get to Dallas several times a year for business as well as to see my daughter at college. This Starbucks becomes our “neighborhood” coffee place while here. The entire staff - Bon, Evens, Sunny and Em - are awesome! They make you feel incredibly welcomed and are extremely friendly. I wish I could move this location back to New York!

Awesome experience! Rachel at the Reserve Bar is so enthusiastic and knowledgeable. She goes out of her way to spend time with you to navigate the menu and all of the coffee flavors. Had a great time and would recommend a visit to anyone who wants to experience a higher quality Starbucks!

Probably, the best Starbucks Ive been to including anyplace in Seattle or on the West Coast. It is a Reserve location, which is interesting in and of itself. But the vibe, energy, drinks, food, and atmosphere are unique and appealing.And the best staff Ive encountered in a Starbucks to a person.Plus they validate parking, which is good for three hours. Win-win!

Behind the bar you find such friendly faces! The space is open yet also intimate- a good place for getting work done but also a fun atmosphere for hanging with friends. Try the Nitro Cold Brew and experience the best coffee youve ever had! Or belly up to the bar and experience the Siphon Brew Method, pictured here. Highly recommend!

Just had surgery and I sat down on a bench right near the register while my wife was ordering a sandwich and a very rude employee told me I wasnt allowed to sit down. I left immediately and will NOT be returning. The most ironic thing is that employee had his mask under his nose but wants to talk about safety. SMH.

Great atmosphere with a lovely aroma. Gets packed pretty quick because of it. I would suggest having a cup of coffee there and not doing take away. This is not a normal Starbucks and you should appreciate the experience. The coffee is definitely not cheaper than regular Starbucks. I would suggest buying one of the reserve bean packs to take home and using it in a French press style to get the best results. Dont forget to make them grind the beans for you.

The place is clean and it’s more spacious than a regular Starbucks store. They can validate parking for up to 3 hours if you use the garage.

As a coffee lover this place was amazing and a dream come true. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Theres plenty of places to sit. The only difficulty would be finding parking for this building.

Certain barista/greeter makes this specific joint authentic. Someone needs to reward and recognize her...un-chain/franchise-like differentiation!

This is a Starbucks Reserve location. It does get busy, but the store is spacious enough to sit down. I recommend ordering in-store rather than ordering ahead. Check out the special menu available at the counter. The building provides free underground parking with validation. The parking entrance is in front of the store to the right.

This is a unique Starbucks. I love all Starbucks but this one especially caught my eye. Not only was it clean and relaxing I did also had ample seating space inside and out.

I love having a Reserve Starbucks in Dallas. Although the regular coffee at Starbucks is great, the Reserve locations take it to the next level!!!!!!!! And yes, I know the clover is available at me non - reserve locations, but the multiple methods available at the Reserve location is fantastic. Additionally, the atmosphere is nothing short of cool!

In all the hustle and bustle of Dallas this Starbucks sets its self apart simply because of the people who work there... I met sunny there (we share the same name) and noticed how her costumers would talk to her. I asked one of them outside why they come to this Starbucks and they said simply because sunny. Not only does she care about her job but she invests time into knowing and caring about the people she sees daily.

Im a partner in Cornmarket Belfast Ireland Starbucks. I recently visited my family in Dallas and I found out there was a Starbucks Reserve and HAD to visit this place! The staff were so friendly and helpful! And when they found out I was a fellow partner they went above and beyond to make my visit to them such a great experience. If you are looking a relaxing atmosphere with great coffee and wonderful friendly staff GO HERE!

This was a really cool coffee experience. If youre curious about flavors its a great place to do a comparison based on brew technique or source origin. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, answered all of my curious questions. I wish I had a Reserve near me.

This Starbucks is top notch. They know there coffee and some of the things they make are absolutely incredible. It is downtown Dallas which Im not super fond of being directly in the city, however they place had no issue as there is a parking lot below the building. Atmosphere was not to loud and quite so if you needed to get work done it was not issue.

Our first reserve experience was the reserve and roastery in Seattle and I was so excited to hear that Dallas was getting a reserve! The coffees they sell here are on a different level and high quality... the bar is large and you can compare coffees with a coffee flight.... the layout and design is cool... and the staff is knowledgeable!! The manager was able to explain to me all of the different coffees and helped me choose the right ones for us to take home. I will be going back!!

The Starbucks is a relatively new store. its really clean with lots of room inside. The service is great. A lot of times I come with the pups, and Ill just stick my head in and theyll bring my drink order out to me. Fabulous environment, great people, glad its here. Today the pup got water, too!!! 💕

I always buy and make my own tea at home so I hardly come to Starbucks. I didnt know what to order and how it would taste tea wise. Thanks to the lady I asked her what is her personal favorite and I order it. It turned out pretty good!

Very nice place! The staff was on top of it. Talking to people and calling them by name. Seemed like they knew a lot of the people. The samples were a refreshing touch. My local Starbucks should do this. Not too loud, a little busier than my local location but really enjoyed the experience.

Amazing Starbucks Reserve. There are not many of them yet , and I drive a distance to just get their signature coffee drinks. This Starbucks is big and located inside of an office building.NOTE : When you park underground, grab the parking ticket and cashier will stamp it for you so you dont have to pay for parking.

Great atmosphere and nice customer service. The baristas are very helpful and know product well! Its a larger Starbucks, so more seating is excellent. Great for a party of 6!

This is by far my favorite Starbucks location in Dallas. The baristas are extremely friendly, the location is awesome (a short walk from Klyde Warren Park) and the atmosphere is upscale. Pro tip: come on the weekends and theres usually a couple dogs outside from owners grabbing a drink from a walk at Klyde Warren. Parking is free for 3 hours in the garage underneath if you get your ticket validated at the counter.

This Starbucks Reserve is spectacular. High End Feel with elite service from a friendly team. Do yourself a favor and try the Dark Chocolate Mocha.

Some employees should definitely work on their customer service. Especially with their prices... Drinks are always made perfectly.
