This is my favorite beauty supply store in the neighborhood! They have a wide variety of hair for braiding, weaving, wigs, and hairpieces, and a great selection of makeup, hair accessories, and hair care products. The staff are always friendly and do not follow you around the store as if you are there to steal. Also, they play uplifting gospel music which is nice to hear as you do your shopping.

I am a long term customer of B&B Beauty Supply! The entire staff makes you feel like family and allow you to take as much time as you need to carefully select your needed items. I am a woman of different ethnicities, and this store has been a major help to myself and my family, when it comes to the different shades of blonde weaves and extensions. I have never felt robbed out of any funds, because their prices are very economical. From time to time, I’ve even purchased clothes, shoes, and accessories of good quality. This store doesn’t limit your creativity as a woman, and I am EXTREMELY HAPPY to know that our neighborhood has an actual store of great quality, and respectable products. Well she went in and came on out with what she needed so thats was a good trip.

We visited this location today. Store was super clean, great customer service, staff was very freindly and nice. My mom and I was able to find everything we needed including the right color hair. This is my new go to beauty supply store.

I went here to exchange an item, which your receipt clearly state you can do. The lady claimed that the hair price on the receipt was more expensive than what was marked in the store and started cussing at me!The difference was a total of around $3.... cussing at me.Shop elsewhere! The disrespect to your primary client base is disgusting.Shop elsewhere

For anybody that is familiar with the beauty supply industry, they probably know the stigma that is associated with many beauty supply stores. But this particular store does not fall under that category. The entire staff from owners to employees are very friendly and genuinely care about their customers. They also try their best to offer as much variety as they can in their products. There is also a barber shop right next door which is pretty cool to see.

I wrote a review about this store 2 years ago saying how wonderful it was how supportive they were, well thats fast forward to 2 years later right now just left this store spending $200 immediately upon check out they take my daughters bags and begin to go through the bags talking about the hair colors are different but searching to see if we stole something we dont have any book bags no purses no pockets nothing Ill never come back there to be made feel less than after spending your hard-earned money never ever again as a black woman will I ever allow any business to do this to me so they were fantastic before those Chinese women treat you like your criminal and this is my experience and this is my opinion but they dont do refund so never ever again!

I have been to this beauty supply multiple times and i dont understand why they have the hours posted and never let customers in.if open and close at time that meeds to be the hours and u need to honor it but i guess they dont care about missing out on a sale

Amazing help and services

Do not shop at this beauty supply. They have a no refund nor exchange policy on almost ever product in their store. If you take hair home and arent satisfied with it and would like to return it you have to bring it back just like it was when you left the store. All hair has to be in place so they can put it back on the shelf and resell it. The owner stated that they lose money and will not return anything to the manufacturer. The hair i bought was synthetic and i thought it was human. It was too shiny so i wanted to exchange and by better hair. She said no cause i pulled it out the package when i got it home and didnt put it back in so it would look like the other hair on the shelf. And she said she didnt care if i left her store a bad review. They have no concern for customers at these Asian owned beauty supply stores in predominantly black neighborhoods.

Went in yesterday to get some crochet hair and was followed around the store. I didnt buy anything I just walked out. Please dont treat me or anyother customers like criminals and expect me to spend my hard on money with you.

Great place to go to loveeeeeee how mom aka the owner is always there to assist this place is very family oriented and has many varieties of items. Ive never had a bad experience not sure how come others have...one thing I must say is make sure you know what you want because just like YOU dont like losing money they dont either.

No other Beauty Supply in the area can compete with B/B. Look no further... Put the address in your GPS because its kinda ducked off on Buckner Blvd. But you wont be disappointed. Hair for every hair type, every color, hair heaven!

They dont even sell gel nail polish. The lady didnt even know what I was talking about... how can you manage a beauty supply store and not know what gel nail polish is? Very disappointed.
