Thanks for turning your sprinklers on autozone This morning was great my daughter and I were nicely soaked kudos on the sprinklers even though it rained all last night

This Autozone locations decided to turn on the Sprinkler while little kids with there parents walk to Celestino Mauricio Soto Jr. Elementary School, 4510 W Jefferson Blvd, Dallas, TX 75211 which is next door. Thats not cool my kids and others got wet while walking to school this morning and not all of us have cars some of us have to walk. Looks like Autozone doesnt care for the kids wellbeing in a pandemic thats sad.

Had them help answer some questions I had about my car. Great service!

Pretty straight forward layout thats set up in this store. Customer service is cool. Very clean stocked up.

Agustin N took the time out to take off my battery without me asking. He was quick to help and did exceptionally well and didn’t complain. I bought my very first toolset because of him. We need more workers like him!!!

My children got wet this morning going to school it’s 60 degrees the sprinklers are turning to the sidewalk and theres a very busy street there so the sidewalk is the only way to get to the school my children went to school wet I’m not very happy about that

The slowest service I have ever dealt with I felt like I was waiting on snails and I was the turtle so I was moving too fast in the grass

Awesome customer service by Nino and Sergio

Needed help with car diagnosis, needed codes. Helped me out showed me how ro use code reader and printed results.waiting time was a bit much , but between phones and helping others what can you do , all staff was working.Good to see they enforced mask wearing and had line measured out with stand here spots.

So apparently AutoZone train their employees to not warranty the tools that they sell even tho there is a huge sign on top of the isle where the tools are. The sign says LIFETIME WARRANTY Or At least this is what I was told by the manager on duty. He also said I hate doing it but thats what my boss told me to do no warranty on tools.

1st the service was not really that good. 2nd the guy who helped me didnt even know what a metric was and had no interest in helping me with changing out the battery after both the assistant manager and the sales guy argued with me that it was a dead battery that the other store sold me. Unbelievable

Great staff. Young people but overall they carry just about anything .

Havent been here but Google says I have because I walk by it everyday going to planet fitness. Five stars for being there I suppose.

The older salesmen were busy trying to avoid falling with clients, outside. All but pushing one another towards the front door. After a rousing pissing contest between the would-be alphas/customer service reps, a younger gentleman was kind enough to assist me with my purchase of antifreeze, and abashedly dismiss them as grumpy old men, who have their days. It was more humorous than offensive, so, no harm no foul.

The had the part I needed,charged me less than was stated,and they were playing good music,the only reason i didnt give a 5 star was because the employee didnt seem like he wanted to b there.

This particular AutoZone has great service the workers was helpful and ask questions to make sure you had everything needed for that project 🤗

I walked in and say I need to check my check engine light she grabs the obd follows me to truck and just stands there. I so assume she wants me to turn on the truck. She runs it the she walks in and I just follow her in. She just hands me a paper and says here and walked away. She then walked back to where I was and asked her about the sensor. She then replied you cant bring this part back if its not the problem. Now I know that thats just her job to inform of this but she didnt even try to help me out so I just walked out and went to advanced auto parts. Biggest problem with this person was that she could have least talk to me and not just leave me there looking at a paper. Isnt it your job to sell me or at least assist me to make me feel better about coming back to buy what I might need to get it fixed and I understand if you didnt know what it could be but grab someone who can assist me and not just run me out.

It was a real good visit. I was help by the staff in everyway. Even an oil check.

Walked in as the manager was yelling at an employ at a register. During my checkout, the cashier issued curt commands but never the words: may I, sir, please, or thank you. Will never return here ar to any AutoZone.
