I found name brand products for my Toyota Yaris 2007 at an excellent price compared to dealership price. Prices were so good I purchased two other products.

Was very thankful that I was able to get the belts, antifreeze and expansion tank I needed to fix my BMW E46 after a delivery was late. I called a day ahead on a Friday and was able to Uber to the shop to pick up the parts on Saturday. The belts ended up being pretty expensive relative to the same brand from European car part sites but I needed them immediately. Super stoked I dont have to take an Uber to work with this crazy rental car shortage and used car prices.

Great service most of the time definitely depends on who you make contact with. They are very useful for hard to find parts on foreign and imports. We recommend them for sure. Also any Installation needs We at Unique European can do for a Great Price

Fair prices and they can get parts the other auto parts stores cant. No idea where all the 1 star reviews are coming from, I had the opposite experience. Just remember, its an auto parts store, not a dealership where everyone works on commission. They arent going to hold your hand for you.

This place is a load of cow manure. First thing she says when I call is, Thanks for calling All Import Auto Parts. Can you hold please? And of course, she never came back to the phone. Take your hard earned cash somewhere else, anywhere else!, just not All Import.

One of the Worst experiences in an auto parts store ever. Dont waste your time and go straight to the OReillys next door. I spent 20 minutes on hold while driving to this store. One person answered in Spanish; when I asked for English, he put me on hold. Ten minutes later he picked up and asked what I needed; I told him and he put me back on hold. I walked in with my phone on hold and on speaker 20 minutes after calling. No customers in the store and three people working in there; No one on the phone either. I walked in a second before a Mexican and they fell over themselves to help him. I guess not being mexican or speaking Spanish was the reason for my problem. When I finally got someone to come out of the back; I showed him I was still on hold, he then picked up his phone, selected my line , then hung it up. I guess letting him listen to his recording on my phone was irritating. They had no other calls on hold and had no explanation as to why I was on hold for twenty minutes. He could not find my part for a datsun pickup truck and said it wasnt available. I walked to OReillys next door and they ordered the brake part for me in 5 minutes. I dont think I will ever step foot in this store again.

They serve very well the three people who work there, they do what they can to get the part you need, I have never had problems with buying with them, much less ordering the parts, they have them that same day or the next and it is better to go to oreally or autozone also the parts are original and much cheaper than elsewhere I give 5 stars to the workers and the store
