This particular Honey Dew 🍩 establishment (on Mendon Road in Cumberland) is one of the BEST chain coffee shops Ive ever had the pleasure of stepping into! Its not just the fact that the ☕ is always fresh & hot (or cold if you prefer iced!), nor is it the fact that EVERY 🍩, MUFFIN, PASTRY, SANDWICH - you name it! - Ive ever had has been incredibly delicious and extremely fresh. It is the WONDERFUL, AMAZING, KIND, CARING, KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF that takes the cake (or Coffee Cake muffin in this situation). It feels like youre being taken care of by your own family members!!! I wouldnt choose ANY other place to get my coffee, my treats, and my daily mood booster thanks to the truly wonderful people who take care such great care of me!!

Both coffees were made wrong the place wasnt even busy I couldnt understand why. If they were trained to make the coffee correctly then our coffee would have came out great because Honey dew is one of the best.

There is one Woman their that is totally rude to everyone why she is dealing with people is beyond me. The place is clean however now they are nickel and diming for Styrofoam cups.They mess up my order more often than they get it right it seems to be the only honey dew like that. I have always been courteous and left a good tip usually go through the drive-through because it is convenient but there is a Dunkin down the road they cannot accept tips and they are much more pleasant I think I will start taking the extra ride for the less than a mile or so that my morning starts off Well. Hate starting my day With attitude.

Not bad heck of a lot better then Dunkin across the street better service better quality better donut sizes better taste. Girls are always smiling. Cozy and warm and atmosphere is great

I have gone into this honey dew multiple times because it was convenient for me, but never again. Every time I’ve gone in there I’ve delt with a different worker and every single one of them have been rude and miserable. I’ve also seen the manager deal with people and she’s just as rude. You deal with the public on a daily basis, if you can’t handle being nice to people then customer service is not for you.Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 5 minutes to the honey dew on Diamond Hill

I love their original black coffee. Awesome

I have been to this location several times. But today the associate refused to take my debit card. Stating that it was against the rules for her to process it. Which was quite discouraging since I have used this same card several times beforehand, therefore I did not have any cash. So if you have AMEX then do not bother. What a waste of time for me and her fellow colleagues.

Get there early. The good donuts go fast

So I guess $2.80 is not enough for a medium iced coffee. They charged me .25 cents extra for a hot cup. I hate greedy people! Cant stand getting nickle and dimed. I will not be going back! Nor to any one else that does this.

I ordered my iced coffee without sugar, first sip I got a mouthful of sugar!!! Went back in with it, the girl at the counter was apologetic and replaced it immediately. Very friendly.
