Great store, many bargains, you go in & you never know.what goodies you will find. I always manage to have a smile when I come out as its like a treasure hunt lots off stuff for a great price!! 👍

Ive been shopping at the UGO for years. You never know what you are going to find when you go there, except you know youll find a good deal! I usually buy canned goods, but I stay away from brands that I dont know. Occasionally Ill try something, but I dont buy a ton until I try it first. You can get really good deals on lunch meats and bacon, but you have to watch the expiration dates. Thats the only reason I am giving them a 4-star and not a 5. Yesterday they had some lunch meats that were way out of date. That just isnt okay. People can get sick on that. Other things I have found there are candy items, dog food and treats, cereal, vitamins and occasionally produce. I love going because its always a surprise! You probably wont find the same thing there twice. But youll always find a deal!

Great place to find bargains. Employees friendly and helpful. Always go home with a buggy full of groceries.

Very affordable prices, especially on meats! Wow! Staff was very friendly. I just wish they would have packaged cheese slices instead of them packaging only two types of slices theirselves. (Still bought it though). Will definitely be back. OH and Natures Own Honey Wheat bread and Meritas white bread 2lb was only $1.29 and soft!

This is a great place to save money but its much like a yard sale and you have to carefully select what youre going to purchase and check it well.

Prices seem good however I got canned mandarin oranges and when I opened it the oranges had a funny color. I tasted a wedge and spit it out, yuck!I look to see where it came from--China?? What happened to Florida, Georgia, California?? I check dog food to make sure it doesnt come from China, never thought to check my food. I wont go back.

As always they have some of the best deals in town. They moved the store around, it is better to maneuver through the store now. There restrooms are always available. Selection of meats are always fresh. The vegetables could be better but they have the basic choices.

Probably the best meat department in Crossville. They do a great job.

Great prices on meats and chicken. A bunch of 1/2 dozen large long stem Roses for $4.99. Lots of other bargains, produce and canned goods too.

Meat is always priced well, but look at expire dates on pantry and cuboard items like soup. Have found most is out of date

Gross! Floors are filthy, stock is coated in dust and it smells like dead bugs. No thanks!

Great at least they had whipped cream and beautiful flowers and greenery. They have cheep coffee pods.

Evidently it has new management, because the place is cleaner and the shelves are stocked and organized. I changed my previous 1 star to 4 because it still has a bit of work to do. I raised it to 5 stars. The new manager, Justin is absolutely remarkable. This store is so clean and organized now. We really enjoy shopping there. The meat department is a thousand percent better than it was.

Worst place to get mear got a pound of hamburger laid it out in the refrigerator one day went to go cook it the next day and it was Browner than brown ask for a refund and all they could do is give me a store credit Will Never shop there again!!! if I could give this place 0 Stars I would

Some good prices and some that are higher then regular stores. Helpful hint check your receipts if the price doesnt sound right. We had one lady type 19.99 on a 1.99 item and 79.99 on a 7.99 item...

Good prices on near or expired date coded foods. Great meats & prices on it. Not all brands . . . Limited selection. A bit disorganized/cluttered. A fair selection of fresh veggies. And small enough to not get lost in.

Great place to really look around for basic things and find really good deals occasionally, depends on what you like. In store meat department and very helpful people there.Watch the expiration dates but just freeze or eat right away.Never have I had anything bad, but can return or exchange if needed.

The groceries are so cheap a very clean and people are very nice

Hit an miss kind of place due to being a closeout store. Recommend visiting but you could be happy that you did or very disappointed. Prices are cheaper than the big stores but might not be a local brand or flavor that you are used to.

The store does not have a lot of stylish decor, but it is clean and the goods sell by date are still well within reason. Good red cuts of meat with some really good sales on the meat. Many of the items are new flavors or variations of the products that we ate used to, that may or may not have been successful.

This store is ok but nothing like the one in Harriman, Sweetwater, Athens or Madisonville. The meat dept had a lot to be desired and it didnt look fresh at all. I was to afraid to buy. It looked old and out of date when I was there. Everything else looked great.

They have cheap prices but they dont have a lot of things regular stores have.

This is NOT a high end grocery store. Good selection of reasonably priced meats. Most items are quickly approaching expiration dates. A lot of the stuff can be purchased elsewhere at a cheaper price. The store is old and looks and feels it. Disorderly and unclean.

Incredible bargains here. They acquire overstock, closeout, and near expiration food items and sell them at rock-bottom prices. Its an adventure...you never know what youre going to find!

Great prices on their meats. Not as organized as larger stores but that is easily overlooked because of the price. I like going there for specific items but its not for my routine grocery shopping.

Havent shopped in this store in years......the (1) cashier was soooooooo slow I never thought we would get out of there. And not friendly at all! Must really pay attentions to dates on products - so many out of date items. Bathroom was in dire need of assistance, and it is so old and decrepit, would not have used if it was not a must use situation. Overall, it will be a very long time (if at all) before I would go back here. Parking lot was not well lit at all either. Kind of scary heading out to the car in the dark. Some lights would have been nice and would have felt a bit safer too.....
