Wow, the new layout is nice. The remodel looks good. I obviously havent been in for a while.

Very clean and well lit. Good prices and wide isles. I had not been in an IGA in over 35 yrs. What kept me away was the condition of that last store. Over those many years there were very few IGAs around. I am pleased to find this one.

I like bargains. This is the best bang for your buck in Crossville. Fresh clean and very reasonably priced.

Had a wonderful visit with the young man that did a better job today. He was very respectful and helpful with my visit today. Great job 👍

I love this small store in Crossville, not huge like Krogers or WalMart. Prices are reasonable and is a popular grocery store.

It sure is a big store, got a lot of items that you need. They have a huge meat selection from The butchers at work there. Prices are low but you have to add 10% to the price and then you have the retail price. Strange they do that🤔

I use to love coming to this store. Since new manager started all the great friendly employees are gone, then they redid the store, less stuff, harder to find things, they had an entire health and beauty isle now its about 10 feet and has nothing. Going to Food City now, will pay more but better atmosphere!!

This store is always clean. The employees are friendly and helpful. The produce looks good and often come from local sources. The stores always nice and organized with great prices. Theres no reason to shop anywhere else for groceries.

IGA is amazing! The prices are low and we get way more there than an other store. We got a whole buggy full of food for $157. You cant get that at any other store.

Its ok. But not where i like to go unless i can get something i really need. Otherwise Id rather get things i need at UGO and Dollar General

Definitely not the cheapest, their identical premade salads can be found at dollar general market for two dollars less and without the 10 percent tacked on. Managment is also lacking.

It is priced cheaper than most other stores and carries red diamond tea the only store in crossville that had it

Nice friendly staff

Im from Florida and just bought some acreage in Crossville. This store is going to be our go to after we move, and Im excited about it. There was a man over the intercoms that was funny and informative of products. Every staff member we spoke with were friendly and seemed that they enjoyed there jobs!

Good place to shop. Most of the prices beat other local places. Staff is always nice too. Sometimes you get what you pay for, but overall they have some good deals.

I like this place, but they dont have anything I need. I tried to find gold peak tea in the six pack bottles. They didnt have it. But it is a great place to go pick up something for dinner.

Not the type of IGA I am familiar with. Definately an I GOT you AGAIN (IGA) They add 10 percent of your total plus tax at the register. Adding anything other than tax at the register is only trying to trick someone into thinking they are getting a better deal at the shelf. Its Lies, All Lies!! 😄 Will keep your math skills up to par but grocery shopping sucks enough without the extra math.

When I was in there on September 1, 2020 there was a certain employee that kept touching their face to put their mask back on. With the virus going around management needs to correct this before people get sick!Overall I love the store but I don’t like the fact that this cashier or stocker was touching their face and then they’re going to touch products!

Convenient to where I was staying. Friendly service and surprisingly really great prices. Walmart was just .25 miles away but we all know what thats like...time consuming and not really great pricing except a few things

Searching for three items that Kroger and food city didnt have. Was thrilled to finally find dried peppers in their international section! Problem was two lanes open with lines.

I was happy to find a very friendly and helpful staff. The Store Manager went out of his way to make us feel as if we had a hometown shopping experience. The store is clean. The meat department is one of the best.

Mostly abide by covid precautions; this is good.Stocked well with common items and seasonal items alike. We stop in here and tend to find all the things we need.

Excellent. Usually has a good selection and the prices are generally better than other stores. Like most things, you have to be aware of current products and prices. Some products are a much better deal while others are the same price as other discount stores. Very, clean and well stocked. Very helpful and professional staff.

This is my favorite grocery store. Shelves are very organized. Stuff is easy to find. Cashiers are super friendly and managers are very helpful.

Price Less IGA had a sale on meat this week. I was able to get great bargains on pork chops, ground meat 73/27, and Baby Back Ribs. It helped fill my freezer. We signed up for their alerts and get notifications on great deals. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I love our local IGA in Crossville.

I took back some cat food that had a lot out of the bag because I feed three raccoons 5 cats and a possum and none of the animals would eat the food. Even though they were not supposed to give me my money back because so much of the food was gone they did it that one time for me and all I did was exchange it for another brand of cat food in another 16 lb bag. Very understanding very sweet people.

Horrible customer service per phone. Called and asked about a certain item and they told me they had it when I asked how much because I was need more than one she said we are too busy to answer anymore of your questions and hung up.
