I absolutely love Kroger!!! My favorite place to shop and get my prescriptions. Employees are very helpful and caring. The store is ALWAYS very clean and stocked. KROGERS IS THE BEST!!! 🖤🖤🖤

So I went to pick up my prescription from the pharmacy and it went smoothly and quickly. However I went to buy coffee pods and I noticed that they were on sale. So I went to self checkout and they were t ringing the right price. So I asked a lady her name is JoJo for help, and never have I ever been treated so rudely. She huffed and I quote said here heres your discount implying my fuel points were what I wanted. And walked away, and I work retail so I get it we all have bad days, but that was the worst customer service Ive ever experienced there, UNCALLED FOR.

Would be nice if they didnt announce everyones business by yelling across the store. Honestly some respect for the customer would be nice. Kept interrupting the Vietnam vet in front of me trying to tell her something. Cashiers get paid by the hour. Take a few extra minutes for someone who served our country! Wont be back!

The pick up staff were not wearing masks and if this continues, I will go to another store’s pick up service. They are too close to produce if they should be carrying the delta virus and I cannot assume they are practicing other healthy measures. I consider this a serious issue since most people in this area choose not to be vaccinated. My whole purpose in using your pick up services is to protect myself and others.

Super clean and well stocked grocery store. The store is well laid out with nice wide aisles. Everything from the produce department, meat and seafood departments, and the bakery was very fresh.The staff was very friendly and helpful.

You may want to avoid all the melons in this store. I have bought three watermelon and three cantaloupes and they have all been terrible. I threw away 2 watermelons and 1 cantaloupe because they simply were not fit to eat. Im stopping at roadside stands and so far have had good results. At least I havent had to throw any away yet.

Have been trying to buy red baron frozen breakfast pizza for the last 2 months but they never have them anymore. This was one of the few places I was able to get them.

Every time I go to deli there are long lines and extremely slow service. Today one person working deli got tired of waiting went to another store for my groceries. Produce is not that fresh and always out of stock. Theres always groceries out of stock, empty shelves, etc. Parking is always a problem. This town needs another better grocery store.

I like to buy my fruits and veggies their. Always so fresh,nice and good prices.

Went to your store, and went through a checkout line. And never have I been treated so rudely by a cashier. Hannah a cashier at your store, was rude and had a horrible attitude. She acted like she didnt even want to help me, I dont know where her mind was but it obviously wasnt on the customer. :( Never coming back

Even though I live in Cookeville, my wife and I drive up here to shop once a month. Much better than the Cookeville store, and they carry JFG Gourmet blend and Caffiene Free Diet Pepsi in cans, neither of which I can get at the Cookeville store. The parking is the only downside, while better than the Cookeville store, it is still marginal.

Love this store, fast check out and very nice cashiers.

Good selection but on the pricey side. Ive been there twice a while back and now I avoid it. Always busy then the parking lot is chaos with people circling and trying to find a parking space. Oh and there is no cell phone service in the store.

The customer service is non existent. The employees walk around like zombies and if you dare ask for help they never know the answer. The cashiers are terrible problem solvers and are extremely slow. And theres never more than 2 lanes open at a time causing long checkout times. I wish Crossville has a Publix.

I shopped there today after about 3 months of going elsewhere. Every time I went to this Kroger they never had the items I wanted in stock... ever!So I stopped going for about 3 months.But today I took a chance and went.Well...it was a totally different store.Everything I wanted was in stock and there was plenty of it. It looked as tho all aisles were stocked fully. So thats a good sign And I will start going againThank you Kroger

Pick up service was spot on. First time Ive ever been asked if I had coupons to use. I had never been asked that and was so happy to be able to use them. Thank you Kroger Shopper. Im very appreciative.

I went today to pick up some deli meat/cheese, produce, and a few other items. Store has been open 5 hours, first day of a new sale. More than half of what I wanted was gone. Down to 1 ear of corn. I used to shop there once a week and spend well over $100. Now I go in for a few items that were Kroger branded that I liked. Even those aren’t available. I’m done. I’ll go to Food City who seems to have no problem stocking the shelves. The cashier and the guy bagging were so deep in conversation I apologized for interrupting them. Sorry I even stopped.

The pharmacy at the Crossville, TN location is atrocious. They are very slow and don’t even bother to contact you when your prescription is readyThey don’t open until 11 on sundays and I stood there at the pharmacy entrance watching the pharmacist fill prescriptions until 10:55 when three more employees walked up. At 10:58 they said they would be open in a few minutes. My comment, “ yes, you open in two minutes”. I’m tired of waiting. Furthermore, my prescription was called in 5 days earlier and from what I understand the pharmacy is suppose to call you when your prescription is ready but they did not call.

Kroger sux, when you cant find something you have to interrupt works taking on their phone, or talking to each other then they point to where you need to go but you already been there. My favor is when the worker was paged and he just ran off, never darken the doors here again!!!

I ordered a cake for my sons birthday and the sugar paper is torn and isnt blended in with cake like it should be, Im not a professional Baker but I couldve done better and to top it off the both of the bakers we talked to, the one we put in the order with and the one we picked it up from where rude, shouldve just gone to Walmart.

Parking better since dentist moved. Three visits and no sanitizer for the carts. Shelves were so bare I think maybe you will close soon. No one in isles to help when product cant be reached. Maybe I am too critical. Will not shop there anymore.

This store is one of the nicest stores around. It is neat and always clean. The staff is amazing. No matter how busy they are, they always have a Ive got time for you attitude. I love the deli and their samples. Its just an all round good place to grocery shop. And I have never asked where something was that any of the employees didnt know where it was. Good place.

I pulled up to go grocery shopping and saw the parking lot had a lot of out of state license plates. Including Florida, a Covid hotspot. going in and out of the store people were not wearing masks. I left and went to Food City where they are requiring masks. Other than that its a good store.

After 10 years, I will not be a customer anymore. I no longer feel safe there. Employees (except for 2) wear their masks under nose or even under mouth. Useless! They do not care about the safety of the patrons.

This is a great Kroger in town. You can tell by the parking lot. Its always full! You just gotta go with the flow and watch out for those who may not be watching. Clean store. Fresh produce and bakery. Also has a Starbucks which also draws a crowd.

They need to move to a new spot and rebuild. Would be nice if they built a Kroger Marketplace. The parking lot is a joke, always full, hard to maneuver.

This Kroger is easy to find and navigate the parking lot. The staff all seem happy to be here. I found this one has a lot more non-food items to buy than others Ive been to.

My husband and I just got through going to Krogers for their sale . We got Maxwell House Coffee and some Easter candy that was 50 %off . Unbeknownst to us we had to have electronic coupons which we didnt have . Every one dont have smartphones . We do have but didnt have everything done . The cashier man was really friendly but we had stood in line for 15 minutes . My husband wouldnt stand there and make the other customers wait . We of course left our sale items there . Very disappointing. My Mother and Daddy according to that wouldnt be able to shop your sale . We will just go to Food City like they do .

Meat and produce are not very good at all. You find something you like and you are lucky its there the next time you go. Many stores in Crossville so we go to get credit on gas

Good prices on name brand groceries as well as store brands. Sells choice grade meats for what some stores in town sell select grade. Best gas discount program as you can accumulate points faster then other super markets. On the negative side, it is somewhat hard to get around the store because of aisle displays and restocking during shopping hours

My wife and I have shopped here every since we moved from up state NY to Crossville in 2016. We will not be shopping here any more! Yesterday 12/17/2020 we were going to do our normal shopping but the parking lot was full Exsept for 9 spacers for online shopping.

A little pricey, but they have any ingredient that you are needing for that favorite recipe youve been wanting to try. If I need a hard to find item for dinner I always find it at Krogers.

Best time to go if you can is after 9pm. Easier to navigate and usually stocked good. Tuesday is a very busy day. Senior citizen discount. They DO take advantage.

Store brands are usually as good as the higher priced name brands. Kroger brands exceed my expectations.The store however is getting old the buildings interior is becoming tired and outdated. The cleanliness is woefully inadequate from the cart storage area to the uniquely nasty bathroom facilities.Hopefully Kroger invests in a new modern campus soon.

I work here and shop here. My wife and I have always loved Kroger (shes from Atlanta). Hell of a staff and great customer service. You can find deals on almost everything and then go fill up your gas tank for way less than everyone else pays.You can believe when I say everything is fresh. We get trucks 6 days a week. And if we dont have something, we might just be able to order it for you.Crossville has a clean store and a Starbucks. Get your shopping on!

Not a good sale this week prices trending slightly higher throughout the store. Kroger coupons use to save us lots on our weekly grocery bill. Now we get coupons for stuff we never buy.Wish they would concentrate on what your purchases were and offer savings accordingly.

Always clean, well stocked and good prices. Love the gas points and the fact that once every week I can do a quick survey w/one of my receipts and pick up an extra 50 points. I drive alot so these are very helpful. Good sales and helpful staff.

Nice clean store. Have a wide selection. Prices are pretty high and as with most stores not a lot of checkouts open.

Store is always clean and stocked. Employees are great as well. Sometimes the self checkout clerks are inattentive though, and this usually results in you having to actually go find them (or interrupt the conversation with their friend). This location has a Starbucks inside, a RedBox, and a pharmacy. This location offers ClickList.

This store has really hone downhill. Normally out of stock on numerous items, and I would be totally ashamed if I was the meat department manager. Dirty, not stocked, half the lights in the meat case were out or blinking. Extremely unprofessional and unsanitary looking. Moving on to other stores as this one isnt worth the time or the high price.

Kroger is a great store, not only does it have sales and accepts coupons but it has a community rewards program that donates to charities. Even small local ones! There is a Starbucks as well and did I mention the sales? The only down side is one of the pharmacists is really obnoxious and especially if you use an app like goodrx. He actually acts like you shouldnt be allowed to get discounts on the outrageously priced medications. The rest of the pharmacy dept. Though are delightful. I simply dont go there if he is working.

I went to this Kroger last night. Only the self check outs were open and there were at least 10 people trying to check out. I had a small shopping cart full of items and another couple had a large shopping cart completely full. There should have been regular registers open. I am not a Kroger employee. I do not want to scan and bag a cart full of groceries. Horrible customer service.

Maybe its just because I shop here so much but every time I go in it seems like theres some sort of issue with either their computer system or some rude employee. Who are normally super nice until they have to deal with any kind of issue related to their system, Im assuming because they likely know it screws up constantly.I put money on a prepaid Kroger Visa card and when I came back a couple of hours later it declined my card, I then took it up to customer service and they refused to help me there too. Then I ended up leaving without the groceries I came in for after arguing with some dumb kid at customer service, went and got gas and then strawberries at IGA and my card worked just fine.Ever since the new computer/cash register system in Kroger was installed this place has gone to sh*t.I cant go in and get even a weeks worth of food without something either ringing up improperly, or not ringing up at all.Often times the MAIN thing I went in there for! It would be one thing if the staff would actual help with this situation but no, they dont, they just act like youre bothering them for needing help with THEIR screwed up system.And if you actually ask them to fix the problem like their supposed to in their job description they just get all huffy and puffy and act like youre just waisting their time somehow, or trying to steal something or take advantage of THEIR glitchy computer system.They should have just kept the old system and registers, they worked just fine!All I wanted were some freaking strawberries and for them to take my money for them! That was it! It was THEIR card that wouldnt work on THEIR system!Im not sure what they need more, new management, new employees, or just the OLD system back.But until something changes I absolutely hate shopping at this place. The only reason I do is because of the way I have to eat medically, theyre the only place in town that carrys what I need, even if it doesnt ring up properly.So you got me Kroger! I guess I have to put up with your BS until I find somewhere else that carrys what I need and that actually cares about their customers.

Always busy everyday of the week, except late in the evening. They are open until about 1am. Just like Walmart though, expect to use self checkout or wait in line forever. And Id advise to always check while being rang up to watch if you have digital coupons or look at your receipt

Money gram center does not stay open til 10 like the website says. And employees doesnt even know what money gram is, the guy looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. So I suggest a phone call before you drive 40 something miles to a place that was closed before you even left home!!

This Kroger has so many problems. The store and parking lot are outdated. Both are constantly congested and difficult to navigate. They have these humongous super-sized grocery carts, and their shoppers always block the aisles with them. I wont buy anything from their seafood department after an awful experience. The produce is always out of stock. Most of the staff members are nice.

We are into organic and no matter what day of the week, Kroger runs out of organic produce and organic chicken which tells us THERE IS A DEMAND yet here we are manuvering around 2 story stacks of junk food and sodas. There is a serious health problem in TN and Kroger doesnt help with limited choices of non gmo and organic!!
