I have been shopping Big Lots for years and never had any issues until now. My husband and I recently went into the furniture department and saw a sectional we loved so we decided to inquire about it.The lady work said they did not have any in stock,it could not be ordered and no other stores had it. We asked if we could buy the display in which they have let us do in the past however they said “NO!” My question is if this style is not available anymore why keep it out on the floor and have to go through the same questions time after time for other asking about it . I really do not understand so we called corporate and Deane was no help said we would need to call the district manager. It’s a piece of furniture not a house I’m wanting to buy.

Everybodys really nice there but I dont like all the changes every time I come in there its changed and I dont like it because I like to know where everything is. I bought a couch there about a year ago and its I love it very much but as far as going in the store its not the same as it was before.

Nice and clean. Store was pretty well stocked. Things were kind of randomly grouped and placed. It was a little bit of a hunt and peck to find what we were looking for, but we did find it!!

I usually love Big Lots, but today they did not have one single item on my list.I guess its just the holidays; the shelves were bare.They carry some unique and cute items most of the time.I like their furniture; especially the cute little end tables.Oh well, maybe next time.

I found what I was looking for at big lots. The price was excellent and the staff friendly.

Did a refund with no problem, I bought 2 sets of rugs and took one set back after doing the matchy matchy..Barbara was wonderful with my check out .She reminded me to do my survey. The store was packed with beautiful items an great prices.

This location is always clean and staffed with pleasant employees. Inventory is low due to the pandemic but still plenty of good buys.

Deals on all of their products had a good time shopping there

I havent been to Big Lots in a very long time, but had a chance to go this day. Wow! Huge changes since I was there before. Everything was nice & modern. The selection was excellent, the prices were affordable, everything was updated and the store was very clean, including the bathrooms. Large parking as usual. Cant wait to go again!

I absolutely do NOT like the store. Have been there several times and have been unsuccessful in finding anything I needed.

Not a Halloween costume to be found but we did find Everything else we were looking for and some stuff we werent looking for as always. Store was very clean and well organized.

Okay. But went looking for a specific item advertised in their sales ad and did not have it on the first day of the sale.

I hadnt been in this store for 3 plus years. It has really changed for the positive. Large selection of merchandise and friendly staff. I also noticed it was a clean store.

Looked like it was stripped clean. Couldnt find a thing I needed.

I like shopping at Big Lots. They have furniture, clothes, toys, groceries home health products, home goods, small electronics and a selection of odds and ends that you will not find at any other store. Big Lots has come to our rescue quite a few times when we were shopping for curtains and rods, for pillows and for a wall unit and big book shelves. I also enjoy their unique selection of bottled and canned goods, many that I havent seen anywhere else. We found Christmas toys here as well.

My first experience in a Big Lots.

I have always liked this store in Texas...not so much here...prices are higher, staff not as friendly and never in 3 visits asked if you had card. I hate Walmart but would rather go there than stop round crossvilles big lots

If there was an option for no stars you better believe thats what I would give them. I came in and had been looking around finally found what I needed and came to the counter. The lady at the counter was so rude to me and my boyfriend. I had one item and it didnt have a tag. She snapped at me and said I had to go back and grab another. Well I couldnt because that was the last one but the box it was placed in with things similar to it said a dollar. She took it and told me she couldnt help me then. I did not need her attitude nor did I deserve it.

There was nothing I was looking for.

Theres a little bit of everything in this store. Prices are good. Store is uncluttered and clean.

Plaza management needs to fix lot lighting- not big lots fault, but there was not one flood bulb burning. Store was great as were employees.
