They did a great job on my car. I had a chunk missing from one of my tires and needed a new one fast so I couldnt wait for an appointment with my car dealer. When I said I had a warranty through my dealer, they made sure the cost went through that so all I had to pay for was disposal of the old tire. I was in and out of there within an hour without an appointment. I would definitely recommend Tire Warehouse.

Guy at the desk was great! Very knowledgeable but the 2 changing the tires complained about working the whole time! Mad to see another car pull up like it was almost quitting time and but they had 5 hours left to work...smh...then my car alerts me the tires they put on was over inflated!!

Excellent. I called them Saturday morning after calling a few other places. Had some trouble sourcing some new tires locally for my work truck. The guy on the phone was able to get me two reasonably priced tires and have them mounted less than three hours later. Everyone else I called wasnt gonna have my work truck back on the road by Monday. Great staff, quick service and good tires. 👍

Place looks a little run down but the service is stellar. I ordered from tire rack and these guys installed. I watched them with my somewhat pricey car - they were super careful, did everything quickly and correctly. They even used the proper jacking point adapters specific to my make and model. They charged so little I wanted to tip them, but they didn’t even have a tip jar or credit tip option. I will be going back.

I find the guys their very knowledgeable and they dont rip me off like some other places. Definitely recommend:)

A couple of weeks ago I came out of work and my tire was extremely low.I called 5 tire stores and they all said we close in 15 minutes and hung up the phone. I called Tire Warehouse and told them it will take me 15 minutes to get there. The kindest man said no worries, Ill stay as long as I need to to help you. I will never buy my tires anywhere else and Im very grateful to the Tire Warehouse!!

He asked approximately how much I thinking. Gave me best recommendations for me. Then told me cost of his tire. Perfect choices. Now has done 2 cars.

These guys did me a solid. Went for an oil change and I found out my front tires were badly bald -- and this with my son riding in the backseat. Went to Firestone and they were not helpful. These guys squeezed me in Friday evening, got me on safe footing and were cheerful in the process. Very grateful for their hustle.

They were polite and very helpful I had 4 of my own tires mounted and balanced they did the work quickly and efficiently and they were extremely careful with my vehicle when they were done installing my rims back on my car they torque each lug nut to the proper specs I was on and out in about 30 min it was great experience thank you tire Warehouse

I have used Tire Warehouse (Cranston, RI) several times over the last 5 years (new tires, plugs) and theyve always gotten the job done at a decent price and in a timely manner.

My son hit a tricky curb and got a bubble. Tire Warehouse got me right in, was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will be coming here again! (Hopefully for maintenance, not emergencies!!)

Overall great experience. Extremely helpful and the Manager came in on his day off just to make sure they were able to install my tires since I had reverse mount rims.

All 4 tire were replaced but they didnt reset TMPS sensor. Brought it back but the tech needed to YouTube it on how to do it. I cant recommend this place.

Fast, efficient service. they accept walk-ins, and moved some vehicles to accommodate my repair. straightforward, pro service, diagnosed what i needed and worked on it immediately. explained the problem with my tire and fixed it. reasonable prices.i had to address a tire with consistent leaking /low pressure. had just come from town fair tire, where i had to make an appointment (fine with that, tho the day i went, the bay was empty of cars, so not sure why my minor problem couldnt be addressed).anyway, went to my appointed time, where they told me typical appointment took 1.5-2 hours (!?) this for a simple low air pressure/leak issue, which i know from past experience is pretty quick to address.i couldnt wait that long, or drop off car, so i left. glad i did.tire warehouse took care of the problem within a few minutes of walking in, and they were actually working on other cars as well.recommended.

Mike the manager is rude and disrespectful to his employees and customers. Came here to get two tires replaced first 30 minutes I was ignored while he ran his mouth in the back. I could hear everything and none of it was nice.

Thank you to the guys at Tire Warehouse for quickly getting us on the road again. Yesterday we found a huge bolt in our tire after hearing a kathunk kathunk kathunk driving down a nearby road. Luckily we didnt pull the bolt out, but instead googled a nearby tire place -- and found them! We drove a short distance, pulled right into a bay, they took out the bolt (immediate hissing noise of air flying out), repaired our tire for a reasonable price, and sent us on our way. THANK YOU! Highly recommend. And nice guys to boot!

We took my tire that had a slow leak to a couple of places that were open on Sunday only to be told they couldnt help us, so we called Tire Warehouse and Micheal told us to bring it right in. We arrived shortly later and we were greeted promptly. The friendly tech (whose name I didnt catch) took the tire inside and emerged 15 minutes later with my tire all set! He loaded it back in the car for us and we were on our way! Fast, friendly service and reasonable pricing! I know where Ill go next time I have tire issues! Thanks so much!

Like many other people, I think Tire Warehouse really earned a 5 star review. I blew out a tire while out of state over the weekend. I have a specialty tire for a mercedes. I called 6 shops, and no one could get the tire for a couple of days... except Tire Warehouse who got it the very next day... and was the cheapest place I had called. When I arrived, they changed the tire in a couple of minutes. I went to the bakery next door to order something, walked back, and by the time I was back, they were done. Very quick, very reasonable, and very responsive = extremely satisfied customer.

My experience with Tire Warehouse in Cranston was great. I needed to replace a tire in a hurry after it was shredded right off the rim late Saturday afternoon. Anthony (the Manager) was terrific. I got a great deal on a replacement tire including balance and a warranty. When everything was said and done, I was in and out in 15 minutes. Thank you for the speedy service and the help. I frantically called Tire Warehouse 15 minutes before closing time asking if they could help me with a flat tire... and I was about a 10 minute drive away. Michael told me to come in and they would be happy to help me out. I rushed over and Anthony checked out my tire right away. He told me what the problem was and was working on my car within minutes. Both Michael and Anthony were incredibly friendly, helpful, and efficient. Highly, highly recommend.

Good experience in all, except when I checked my trunk in the end,I realized that my spare was not fastened. I asked the employee to fasten the spare in order to stop any rattle when driving. I would recommend you anytime.

They Replaced this special order tire for me but didnt originally have in stock so they put on another tire to use for few days until I could get back to put on new tire once it arrived at the warehouse. I couldnt make it back for a week and they had no problem letting me use their tire. Great service!!!

I went to the location in Cranston Rhode Island, not only were the prices good, the service was exceptional. I had 2 tires put on my car and it took them no time at all. Last time I went to Town Fair Tire, 2 tires took them almost three and a half hours. I wouldnt go anywhere else

Called up this morning just looking for prices on a certain tire. They were able to get them for me and install them the same day. In and out! Also informed me of a rebate on that particular tire that I hadn’t known about. Awesome job!!!!

I had a flat tire and visited Tyre Warehouse Cranston, RI. There was some issue with the nozzle and they replaced it and installed the tyre back very quickly. I asked for charges but they didn’t not charge anything. Since I didn’t know what was the fault with the tyre, they could have charged me for full flat tyre service but they were honest and kept the transparency. First of all, there was no upselling to try to get me to buy four tires or anything like that, they have the tire that I was looking for, it was priced less than the other place that I called, and they had me out of there in about 20 minutes. Came in on Mothers Day morning with a nail in my tire. They had me out and back in business in half an hour. Very quick and responsive and it didnt cost anything because the tire was still under warranty. Highly recommended

Visiting from out of town and had a bad tire called these guys told me come on down they had my tire ready . They check the old one to make sure I didnt need to replace it and make sure the tire was the issue which is the fair and honest way plus the staff and service is top notch , honest and real. I walked in to make an appointment the guy at the desk was very friendly but another employee walked up and went off telling no no we have no appointments after I was told by the first employee I spoke to that he would put me on for 430 pm the employee was very disrespectful, loud and mean I wouldnt recommend this location to anyone.

As always, Ted and his staff are amazing. While there, I heard that Ted was leaving. What a horrible loss for Tire Warehouse. Ted is the best!!!

My family has been a customer at this location for years and I figured I’d give it a try myself. Hands down best prices around for tires! The employees are very friendly and welcoming. I had the pleasure of dealing with Paul at this location ( I believe he was the manager ). I selected tires on my own, but wasn’t happy with the ride quality I was getting. I went back and spoke to Paul about my options he knew EXACTLY what I needed. After explaining a different set to me and the pros Paul recommended I switch to a different set. Hands down I have never had such comfort driving my truck! Big shoutout to Paul and your staff at Tire Warehouse Cranston!
