Great person who helped us but its very slow service. Pretty busy.

I made an appointment for my emergency brake cable. They fixed it very fast. The staff is friendly. They are professional. They have a waiting area if you wish to wait. There are restaurants around a Walgreens Starbucks Big lots so if you were shopping or something while youre waiting for your vehicle to repair and is within walking distance. At this time they dont provide coffee I didnt see anything. All in all they did well. It is a very busy place. So you might want to make an appointment or call them. What can I say its repair shop but its very clean. Stay safe have a great day.

Came here with a rim and a tire that I purchased from Les Schwab a few months ago. They wanted $50.99 to put my own rubber on the rim. I watched them dismount and mount/balance a tire in under 10 minutes. How much do those tire mechanics make, $200 an hour? Rediculous. By the time I had these guys swap a few tires out I could have just bought my own tire changing machine.

Checked in at 1:08pm and was told it would be a 2 hour wait. I was fine with that because most of the time it is within that time frame or sooner. Especially for a nail in a tire. Ive always only dealt with the guys there and never Hannah. After 2.5 hours went by I observed many of whom checked in after me and were done way before me. When I questioned it I was told the obvious that they had appointments when I have been told that appointments are for more concrete things versus a tire check. I asked for my keys to make an appointment and of course, there is nothing until 2 days out. Ive not only made purchases here but have referred many customers. A person can tell when they are not welcomed and that is exactly how I was treated and felt. I will take my business elsewhere as well as my referrals.

Priced mounting and balance for two trailer tires. Came back an hour later and the price went up. I questioned the price increase after only an hour. Was told the first price was wrong. Checked my phone for another tire shop in the area. Found Best Tire down the street. Les Schwab was $60.00. Best Tire was $30.00. Best Tire had the tires done before I finished with the paperwork. Had a gigantic screw in my tire. Came to this location. Bada bing bada boom they got me in and out in about 30mins 🤷🏾I was watching The Office so not really sure how long I waited. The staff was nice and it was a complimentary service. Will be back when it’s time for replacement tires.

I believe they should schedule appointments and attempt to promptly service you. Waiting 3 hours for a tire change with an appointment scheduled is rediculious...I was happy with service only because of quality of tires and warranty. Time management however is terrible.

Have a few cars. Always service with and by Les Schwab. Last week, bought 4 brand new tires for my Corolla. On Saturday, took my Sienna for tire rotation after a long road trip. After 1.5 hours of wait, the guy told me he wont rotate my tires because one of them is bald. So I was denied service based on this and the guy tried to persuade me to buy his tires. First of, I know my tires arent bald like the way he described. Secondly, this van has been serviced by Les Schwab many times before. I was very disappointed and upset. As an established client, I still consider Les Schwab but definitely wont go to this place again.I am commenting on Les Schwab in Covington, Washington.

Car was stranded on highway. Got a friend to pick me up, and we took the punctured tire to this establishment. Sidewall was slashed, so I knew I needed new tires. My wife was waiting with the vehicle, so I was trying to get a new tire mounted into the wheels ASAP. Sam jumped right in and took care of me. Hes the reason Ill be using Les Schwab in the future! I had a screw lodged in my tread and they were able to get me in first thing in the morning even though I didnt have an appointment. The place I bought my tires from made no effort to help me but Les Schwab went above and beyond when it wasnt even their tire. Needless to say, I will be purchasing my next set of tires from Les Schwab in Covington!

Took 3 appointments to get my alignment correct. People were nice and explained everything but 3 visits was frustrating.

This place has really gone downhill with their service. Don’t try to make an appointment because they don’t know how appointments work and will call you a day or two before your appointment to say they can do the work and have to make an appointment. I would take your business to another location that still cares, if there is one.

Excellent customer service! We just bought a Jeep from Northwest Motorsport that had a lift kit installed by Les Schwab. The rear suspension was squeaking badly due to the spacer between the coil spring and the body. Brian went out of his way to correct this issue including making a gasket for the repair. Let me tell you, these people went above and beyond to assist me get my new tires after I had a tire blow out on the freeway. The manager was nice and patient, and they assigned my car to Kyle. These guys are great! We pull in 30 min after closing, they were working overtime tonight, for a screw that was in my 70 y/o uncles trailer tire. They said no problem and helped us out. Amazing people and I will definetly be traveling up here to buy tires from them! Great customer service after the incident we had at firestone down the street! 10/10 would recommend!

Really awesome people! Our tire blew out at 7:30 am on a Monday morning on Hwy 18 while we were travelling from Seattle to Idaho. We had the whole family in the car, anxious to get back home after a long weekend at Seattle Hempfest. Someone answered immediately when we called, even before business hours, and once they arrived to get the wheel to take to the shop, it was fixed and we were on the road again within an hour. Even with the Les Schwab truck breaking down en route back to the shop. Very courteous, professional and diligent. Thanks Les Schwab!

Whatever the dealer cant fix (or they make worse), Les Shwab has been able to figure out and fix the issue.

I went in this evening to open an account so that I can get new tires for my car. It wasnt long before closing, so I anticipated that I would get my account setup and set up an appointment for tomorrow to get my tires put on. At 6pm (closing time) I was all set with the account and ready to set up an appointment for the morning. Tabitha was great, and said we can get you in tonight, which was great, since my tire wasnt repairable and wasnt holding air more than a day or two. At 6:25 I was all finished and out the door. Very thankful to all who stayed to get me all set up tonight. 😊

I have been going to Les Schwab for many years, because of great customer service, but I have tried several different ones because the customer service is terrible I guess its the sign of the times !!

I had a tire blow out on me and I had to swing by here late on a Saturday. The staff was totally understanding and ready to help, even though it was close to closing time for them.Its a nice enough place to wait while your car is being worked on.It was super nice that the staff here was willing to help out myself and a few other stragglers so late on a Saturday!

I would not feel safe with the quality of work done here and the attitude of the technician who worked on my car. I took my car in to be serviced last month and had it worked on by Jeff. I drive a 2007 compact with pretty low mileage that has been well cared for-- he called my car a throwaway car, not because of any mechanical issues but because it was an imported economy car, and then suggested body work that no body shop would touch because it was unsafe and would have voided any warranty on my vehicle. It ended up being a pretty simple part swap to actually fix the issue. I wont be coming back.

I had ran over a screw and came in hoping it could be fixed. They were able to fix my tire super quick, and installed it back onto my car with no charge! Very grateful and would highly recommend them for your needs!

I’ve been going here for more than 20 years and the senior staff have been working there as long. They do a really good job as this Les Schwab. I have all kinds of tire needs, tractors RVs, trucks cars etc and I’ve always liked their private tire brands. I have a pair of the open range on my Truck and I really love those tires. The prices are very good. Kenny and Don run the place and they are super good guys. They have a good young crew down there and when they say run, those kids run. Highly recommend.

Can we do less than 1 star?2nd time Ive used this location and 2nd time burned. I could not remember the reason the 1st time but should have trusted my gut.I took 2 ATV wheels and tires in to be mounted. Ended up costing me $90+ They didnt use the chrome valve stems I brought supplied and even lost one. They also mounted one directional tire backwards on a offset wheel. Yeah I made them fix that even though they didnt want to.I took the other 2 ATV tires and wheels to Discount tire 2 weeks later and walked out in 20 minutes and only cost me $20 without any issues.Ive never had issues with the Maple Valley location, only Covington.

Les Schwab always has great service. Showed up with a removed flat tire and they had me fixed, the wheel on the car, and back on the road in about a 1/2 hour. $20 is very reasonable for that...probably would have been free had I bought the tires there.

Excellent experience! Made an appointment online to get my cars tires rotated. They started on time and finished in less than 30 minutes. Best of all I wasnt charged for the service. You can bet when it comes time to get new tires I will buy them from this Les Schwab tire center.

This store did a great job for me. I pulled in with a bad wheel bearing on my boat trailer a long way from home and they were fast and efficient. Changed both wheel bearings and since my tires were worn I had them put on new tires too. Thanks Don you did a great job.

Came in when they first opened to get new brakes. They were not sure they would be able to fit us in until 3 oclock but would try to get us in. Ended up finishing us by 9:30! Very happy with their quick and courteous work.

They did an amazing job! I got work done on my car at a different Les Schwab and there was weird noises coming from the brakes, so I took it to this Les Schwab because it was the closest to me at the time and they fixed the issue at no cost and in a reasonable amount of time! Would definitely recommend this place in the future.

I have gone to Les Schwab many times and they always are very friendly and helpful. Every time I have a question theyre able to answer and they are always honest with me. There is a TV there and popcorn and chairs that are very comfortable. They make sure that if you need anything they are able to answer you and answer you thoroughly.They always let me know what else they find wrong with the car and tell me that it needs to be fixed and an honest amount of time not always saying immediately. I highly recommend this Les Schwab they do a great job and have great mechanics.

These guys are great. Ive been a Les Schwab customer for years, and this shop is top notch. Don and his team have always gone above and beyond for me. This trip, Matt re-packed the bearings on my trailer, and also checked the brakes and other safety equipment. Jonathan have me some pointers on my truck, which got new Schwab tires yesterday. Im a very happy customer.

We took the car in for service this time, but during many visits over the past several years, weve always found their products and service to be top quality. We recently had a situation when we needed to buy two sets of tires for the same car within about four months (one set for winter, the other set for the other three seasons). We checked with another tire shop in town and they didnt really seem interested in our business. Les Schwab was more than happy to provide us with the products we needed.

I first came here several years ago for a slow leak on a tire that I purchased elsewhere. They looked at it, fixed it with no charge and sent me on my way. I have since been purchasing tires at Les Schwab ever since. Additionally they support the local community. They have been very generous with donations my childs school auction. Sure I could get a better price elsewhere, but I would rather support a business that is not rapacious, treats people well and supports the community.

This has been our go to place for years. We bought a new to us car in January, got a flat repair a few weeks later (screw). Yesterday (1 month later)I went in for a different flat repair (nail) front tire and was told I needed two new front tires. I ordered them and Les Schwab put on same day (great service and response) however upon pick up I asked if they balanced and aligned ...since alignment was most likely the cause of uneven worn tires I paid to have replaced. I was surprised that they didnt align and didnt bring up at all. Only after I mentioned did they say my car probably needed an alignment....looks like they want me to ruin another pair of tires and buy sooner than necessary. Could have told me in January and had a second chance yesterday...Somewhat disappointed.

Went there cause of a slow leak in one of the tires in which they found a screw in my tire and they patched it up and off I went without a service charge. Thank you Les Schwabb.Fast and efficient. Job well done.

I called and asked if they were open through this bs. showed up around 8:30am there was no other customers around but 1 other person having a fun conversation with one of the clerks the other didnt greet at all step outside for like just 5 seconds acting getting lic. Plates of a truck park outside the entrance after he got inside he said what can I do for you I explained that I have a leak on my tire and need to fix he said there is an hour wait time when there is no other people waiting I said if that I need comeback in a hr and said comeback when you are ready and I said I am ready right now and he replied I am not ready comeback in a hr

I was stuck with a dead battery 2nd time in 3 months. It was late on a Saturday afternoon, about 1.5 miles away. Called them, a truck arrived ready to jump start my car....he followed me to the shop and I bought a new battery. People at the counter were efficient and personable

They were very fast and couteous!! Took great. ar to ensure I had my new tires balanced and mounted when I has showed up at 5:15pm. 45 minutes before they closed. They were spot on and done by 6pm. GREAT JOB ladies and gentlemen!!

I went in due to a slow leak in a tire. It was going to be a long wait. So I went to run am errand. They took my number just in case I was not back in time. There estimate on the time it would take was accurate. I was back in time to see my car cone off the lift. The found a screw in the tire. And am driving very happy.

They took the time to answer my questions even though they knew I probably wasnt going to be a sale today. They were very knowledgeable and didnt try to upsell a pressure sell me just saw the information that could help them provide me with choices. It was a comfortable environment and clearly no one was trying to shake me down.

Friendly service, not always as fast as I like, but comfortable seating and restrooms available for the occasional long waits. Granted, the wait is often caused by length of time to do the work correctly, and I dont have any where else to go. There is a few food places in walking distance, perhaps next time I will go for a walk while my breaks are replaced.

I’ve never written a review in my life but I left this place really upset and stressed. Came in to fix a nail in the tire and that worked out fine but recommended an alignment, and to check it is free but they set the appointment up as an alignment instead of a visual to “save me time from coming back” I didn’t know until after they charged me. Basically they upsold me and charged me unfairly, I felt very confused and scammed.

Was in a bind, my son tried to fix his brakes on his own while away at college(trying to save mom and dad some money), didnt work so well, need help asap, Its Saturday and he needs his car Monday for school and ROTC, i remember seeing commercial on how friendly and fast Les Schwab is, I called them ASAP, informed them of my situation, and they said bring it in we will do the best we can, mind you this was only front brakes being replaced. I received a quote and trusted my son would be taken care of, mom and dad are 900 miles away, feeling a little anxious. So now its Monday 5 oclock, car is just now done, was told we would have car back first thing in the morning on Monday , son missed class and ROTC and we were billed 150.00 more than quoted (front brakes) seems a little steep, no help from anyone there to adjust bill in any way knowing they have room.... we all know there is a mark up and thats how you make your money but when you have made Momma Bear mad one would think this would be the time to do it. Sad, just very sad

Great people and got me back on the road for a price I could afford

The boss Don Rogers is about the most self important man to ever run a business. He treats his employees like they are lesser humans and refuses to call them by their names. Instead he uses knicknames to belittle his staff and make himself seem like a bigger man. His employees do great work and do not receive the respect deserved. I dont know how he retains employment at all. I was quite aghast at the general bullish behavior happening in front of customers. The employees must be used to this bad behavior since none of them tried to correct it but I witnessed how morale changed when a young man was disrespected by being called something that was clearly intended to make fun of his name. I am very glad this behavior doesnt extend to the customers. However, in keeping with the spirit of community I will be taking my business elsewhere. And thus ends a long, loyal relationship between myself and Led Schwab. In todays society blatant disregard for people as individuals will not stand by this consumer.

This is a very honest place~~ they have chance to charge me $30 more, which I promise to pay, but they choose to tell me the ture and cut down my bill today. Our family use their service about 4 years, satisfy every time. They are very reliable!

Yesterday while leaving work, I realized that someone had placed a nail under my tire resulting in my tire going flat. I called Les Schwab and talked to John. Even though they closed at 5 (I left work at 4:30), he stayed open so that I can get my tire fixed. He was very wonderful and got my car back on the road. So thanks John and the wonderful staff at Les Schwab.
