Let me start by saying the staff here are all outstanding. Been coming for years and they have been consistently been great. But...their guest internet access is embarrassingly slow. Im the only one in the waiting area early on a Monday morning and download speeds are under 2 Mbps. Sure Im here for car service, but cant get any work done while Im waiting. This would have been ok 15 years ago but today there is no excuse.

On 7/16/2021, I took my ’05 RAV4 in for service at Kerry Toyota, Covington, KY. In addition to routine maintenance, I had replacement of a head lamp added after an attendant at Kerry informed my passenger side lamp was out. Though I had a replacement at home, I added this service since the car was there, and was documented as completed on my invoice for $33.30. The following day when stopped behind another vehicle, I noticed it looked like my driver side head lamp was on but not the passenger side. After pulling into a parking area, the passenger side head lamp was out. On returning home, I called Kerry Service and got Rhonda Bradford’s voice mail in which I left a message. I routinely get an email from Rhonda Bradford after a service visit and if I wasn’t “100% satisfied” to call their service number. In the meantime, I replaced the passenger side head lamp with one I had and kept the old one. On Mon. July 19th, I had a text session with Brooke M with Kerry Dealership, who documented our session and indicated she would immediately forward to their Service Dept. and they would contact me as soon as they’re available. I did finally hear from Kerry on 7/30 after Kerry was informed of the credit dispute. I couldn’t help but notice a prior Google review where a customer complained Kerry documented services not reportedly done. It reminded me, on occasions, a wheel rotation was documented on a number of my past invoices with Kerry, but a wheel on my vehicle with a distinguishable mark had not moved pre and post service. This form of business practice, whether intentional or not, puts the customer at the mercy of the vendor to practice ethical standards of business, particularly in parts and labor that are not easily accessible and verified by the customer on their vehicle. And Kerry’s lack of response to a customer until the charge was in dispute, who for the first time brought an issue of service to their attention after purchasing two vehicles with them and spending tens of thousands in dollars for service, speaks to their Customer Service. Our newer RAV 4 was recently totaled in an accident in Cincinnati and we will be due a replacement, but the replacement will not be with Kerry.

I had a leak in my tire due to a nail. I took it to the service center and they fixed the tire at no charge. I feel like they are always fair and honest with me.

This place never tries to sell you, they are supremely friendly and timely. I’m used to getting those calls from service centers that are like “well, we recommend 6 more services..” and these guys never try to tack on anything before it’s really needed. 🤙🏻

My car takes full synthetic, they put regular oil in. I had to change my oil when I got home. Fluids were supposed to be topped off, they were not. Tires were not rotated, I know because I number my tires and the numbers were in same spot. I wasted money today. I have to keep getting bad service just to keep warranty.

I got my Lexus’s front lip painted in their paint center and it ended up having two big chips in the lip when I got it back painted that weren’t on the lip when I dropped it off. It should have been an easy paint job but they still somehow figured a way to return it to me screwed up

I had a lifetime drivetrain covered replacement of my transmission a week ago. Kerry had to really go to bat to get a remanufactured transmission for me, instead of the used one the company wanted to have installed. A week after I got it back, the starter on the truck went out. They got it fixed for me quickly and now Im back on the road. This service facility is clean, well run, and helpful with your Toyota needs, from top to bottom. Definitely recommend them!

It’s very easy to schedule warranty maintenance through an online chat. I love not having to wait on hold.

I typically go to Kerry Florence for service; however, they did not have an appointment for quite awhile. I made my appt at Toyota Covington who was able to get me in right away. Immediately the staff on the phone was very friendly. They inspected my possibly damaged tire, switched my tire to a new rim for me (the rim I brought with me.) They did all that for less than $20. I was blown away. I will be back here for all my service needs.

They had tires in the waiting room for my 3yr olds to play with.

Good price was able to get an aptmt to get a full checkup they went over everything in the car and now I feel much better about driving around knowing the wheels arent gonna fall off. Thought Id have to go to a dealership which would be minimum 30 mins away but this was right by my house.

I had to take my Tundra in today to get the breaks fixed. When I got there they had a service shuttle there to take me to work and the shuttle driver, William, was an absolute pleasure during this time. He was very warm hearted and friendly. The staff inside were equally as awesome. My truck was finished sooner than I expected and Will came back to pick me up and again was absolutely amazing! Will, the shuttle driver made my experience today the best experience I have ever had at this service center. Thank you Will!! Keep that warm personality.

Service was done on time only simple issue i had was a mic for my radio was removed to get the work done but was not put back where it went.

Got to the service center and was told I was scheduled for Florence KY instead of the location I always go to where I called to make my appointment, this was unexpected and certainly not welcome as my entire lunch break was wasted not to mention I am driving a good distance this weekend and really needed to get the car serviced. Got turned away and will likely not be back, Sad!

Car went in for an oil leak b4 the first oil change smh an my car sat there for a week b4 they even checked it out . Then I am told they dont know whats the problem is an it will be a few more days til they know something . meanwhile i am out of a car til then . We bought 3 cars in the last year from them an after this I wont never buy another one from them .
