I stopped by my local Auto Zone Covington La. on Hwy 21 , just to get a light bulb for my Map Lights. Associate was very friendly and found the correct part in stock. I ended up , as usual (window shopping) I asked for another item , I thought of & the associate found right away valve stem tool . I had to have WD40 as well. Anyway, the associate was very courteous and did make a couple up sales. I have always had good service at all the Auto Zone Stores. This one is Fairly New at a closer location and great parking, easy to get in and out of. I’ll be back for more shopping at this location. Thanks again

This place needs negative stars! Just called some black guy answered and didnt speak clearly. Asked repeatedly for something and he just not paying attention and asked about something with breaks. I never said anything about breaks. Worse place. Fires all and hire people that know something.

I stopped at AutoZone after driving my fathers car and discovering it needed power steering fluid. I have no experience with this but was told that they would be helpful. The young man behind the counter did look up what kind I needed to purchase but didnt know how much so suggested I get the largest container. I asked if I needed a funnel for this procedure but he said his car wasnt old enough to need power steering fluid so he wasnt sure. He did bring me to their lovely selection of funnels though. I asked what size I needed but again he didnt know. I asked if there was anyone else in the store who might know and he brought me to Jason. I assume Jason was very busy but he did take the time to tell me which funnel to get. I purchased my supplies and headed out to the parking lot to call my husband to see if he could walk me through this process. Thank heaven for video chat. I discovered that its easy for power steering fluid to overflow but all seems to be well. The funnel was the perfect fit! Jason was finally able to relax and take a cigarette break at the front door overlooking my work. He must have approved the job I did because he put the cigarette out and went back inside while I finished up. Im so grateful for the help I received. Thanks AutoZone.

Brought my battery in to get it tested and take advantage of the free battery recharge service when I brought the battery in they said we can’t do that out equipment is not able to do that. But we can sell you a new battery. Go figure why advertise free battery charge service and then refused to provide that service but want to sell me a new battery. FYI they did the same thing a few months ago and would not exchange a car battery that was one day out or warranty shame on me for going back

Attempted to return an Optima battery with receipt and store refused to accept. Claimed their store doesn’t sell them so we must drive to another location to return. What the hell is the value in purchasing at a nation chain anymore? If I could give a minus star review I would.

I had went into this auto zone n had some parts order witch never came in n I gave them 2 weeks okay well we r all humans but now I went in to get something else not only they didnt have it in stock but they sold me the wrong part!! I didnt realize it until I got the part off .. but now due to the wrong part they had sold me I cant fix my car cause they didnt have it in stock.. this will be my last going to auto zone I spent ALOT of money with autozone rebuilding motors n all but thats coming to a end no more

Here’s a review you do not want to miss I’ve been a loyal customer of AutoZone for as long as I can remember.But not anymore as of today I had a battery issue that was a couple days out of warranty and they took it upon themselves to say that it was not under warranty anymore,and that I had to purchase a new battery.what is the most disturbing for me more than anything else I spend hundreds of dollars a month if not thousands of dollars a year at this one local store on all of my repairs for all my cars and all my family members but that will no longer take place I will go somewhere else from now on because I failed to honor a warranty. Are sales that bad that you need to take advantage of customers. What ever happened to the customer is always right in this case I am. This post will remain up until I receive a public apology and my part replaced under warranty.

We had a great experience with the staff. They helped us with replacing our battery as well as diagnosing our truck after replacing the bad battery didnt entirely work. We always come here for minor problems and issues and have never left dissatisfied!

Very good customer service from Thomas Carter, the assistant manager, great attitude and very helpful. Changed out our bad battery after testing it and did it quickly and politely. Great experience and I would definitely recommend this autozone.

The level of customer service in this account, since I originally posted a five star review about a year ago, has declined dramatically. Their number one priority is apparently to give pricing quotes over the phone instead of servicing the only customer in the store. You should not have to wait 20 minutes for service in that situation. Very poor customer service and unfriendly staff.

Was treated first class at this location. Young man was extremely helpful and focused on task at hand.

They always seem to have what, thats once you can get someone to help you. I cant understand why there arent enough employees to handle more than 2 people. The last time, one cashier seemed to have a checkout issue, so she was out of the game totally! That left one guy to take on the store. Good clean store, just not a quick in and out!

Went in with a alternator problem, and was told to check everything else on charging system, changed all my wires for the alternator. In the end come to find out nothing was wrong with my wires. My alternator was bad, I was able to move the pulley side to side. Get a new alternator and everything works fine now. The customer may not always be wrong, stop trying to make them fix unnecessary parts.

Everyone here is always so helpful and friendly. They know where everything is in the store. We went in for some items for the car and they knew exactly where the items were and took is to each one. We will be back here again.

My car had broken down and needed to be towed. Not only were they helpful in giving me a free diagnostic but also had to leave my vehicle outside the store and instead of me having to wait around for the towing company to give them the keys - Autozone took care of this and gave me a courtesy call when they picked up the car. Great service and help. Thank you!

Every time I stop here they act as if they dont want to be bothered. They need to work on there customer service skills.

They have been helpful each time Ive been here. They have no problem coming to your car and installing things like windshield wipers.

In trying to shop will not show pricing until you select a store, when using store locator it fails to show any location from my zip being entered or using the use my location option. Could not shop for anything, poorly managed website, kinda of the same, poorly managed stores i have visited over the past few years.

These folks have been taking amazing care of me and my vehicles for years. I am saddened to leave Houston and the trust I have in this team.

What I thought was the worst day ever! Pulled in gas station to get gas - 100 miles from home, and my truck won’t crank! Managed to get it jumped off after sitting there for almost two hours and drove straight to Auto Zone. Stressed to the MAX - a very nice young lady assisted me and was capable of checking my battery which resulted in a BAD battery! 😩 She assured me they had a battery and everything would be ok! Thomas Carter removed old battery and replaced with new one! Super nice and very genuine! He made me laugh as we carried on while he worked on my truck! He made my terrible morning and afternoon manageable - in the end, life isn’t so bad and there are great people that work for Auto Zone in Covington! Fast and friendly service! Thank y’all so much!

Auto Zone is decent as a whole, but the employees here are on the short end of the stick. They were rude and judgmental.

My battery went dead. I had to get a jump. I went straight to Auto Zone. I called from my car to see if someone could come out and check the battery. They did and I only to go in the store once.

The staff here was very rude. Not just one, but several. I came in to ask some questions about tires and air conditioning, and buy what I needed to fix the problems. They interrupted several times, and brushed off my questions about whether different items were of the quality needed. This staff interrupted the kind that make you feel as if you are foolish for not already knowing the proper equipment. As if you are a nuisance for asking questions. Auto zone is a good store, but you should NOT go to this location.

Horrible, i was at work ,my wife with car problem with my 2 kids and mother in law ask them to check coolant level just to make sure was ok they rejected help her i had to call AAA to just check that and add coolant ,this store used to be great but for me from now on will never buy anthing from that store and will NEVER advise no one to shop at that store.only put 1 star because dont let me leave with no star.
